About this house rental

Welcome to the Bordeaux Bungalow. This very nicely done 2nd Floor suite offers plenty of room to move in its 1200 SQ'. Beautiful cherry cabinets, granite countertops in the kitchen, and a Custom Amish Built Rustic Maple Dining set seats 8 comfortably. The Master Bedroom/ Ensuite includes its own full bathroom and a Custom Built Beautiful Queen size Hickory Bedroom set. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a Twin/Twin bunk bed. The second bath is a Full-size Bathroom.

The authentic rustic bedroom furniture is very inviting. Besides the very roomy interior, there is also plenty of room to move outside. There is a large covered patio for outside living just as you enter the Bordeaux Bungalow. The Patio has outdoor Furniture, a propane grill, and a Built-in Ski/golf/activity locker all for your enjoyment. (We ask that you supply your own padlock for the locker).

Your parking for 3 cars is located close to the entrance around the back of the complex. The location is also fabulous. It is in Ellicottville's beautiful village but has plenty of privacy even though it is in the village.

Ask us about our Chateau Merlot ( property # 2652927 ) and Chardonnay Chalet ( property 1750115 ) as well for when you are hosting a larger group. We hope you love our property as much as we do.

It was so nice to catch up with old college roommates in Ellicottville. We shopped, ate great food, and enjoyed the entire space of the Bordeaux Bungalow. Our favorite part was enjoying snacks and drinks on the outdoor patio. Thank you for having us!

This place is a short walk to downtown, lots of parking, shared fire pit area. It is a 2nd level unit which wasn’t obvious or stated in listing. It is also right beside an active train track ! The cleanliness of the floors, toilets and outside furniture was not where it should be.

Daryl’s Bungalow was perfect for our annual race weekend/girls weekend. The place was immaculate, beds were comfy, and enough room to hang out in front of the electric fireplace. A few of the highlights of amenities; washer/dryer, TWO bathrooms, and a short walk to town. Daryl was very responsive to questions we had.

Would recommend wholeheartedly. Very clean, exactly as promised and pictured. Well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Will have to teach the kids to ski so we can come back sooner.

We absolutely loved our stay, the location was fantastic! The communication with the property owner was first rate, very clear instructions and the home was even better than the pictures. We found the property extremely well cared for, very clean and comfortable. The fire pit helped was a terrific addition to our wind down evening. Quick walk into town to enjoy the many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this location, and we will look to book it again!

This unit was very nice- very clean and pictures were accurate. We’ll equipped kitchen . However, the listing doesn’t mention the location is next to the train tracks so we were woken at 1:30 am with the house and our bed literally shaking us awake as a train passes through. Certainty no fault of the owner but I’m surprised not one of the reviews mentions this!!

We went up for a couples weekend getaway. Myself and a friend have to been to Ellicotville during ski season and thought it was be fun to check out in the summer. The location is great it’s a short walk to town maybe about 8 minutes. The building was super nice. All the amenities you could ask for. Beds very comfortable. The 4 of us were very happy with our stay and already want to come back. The outdoor area with fire pit and tables under covered roof with lights and fan were really nice touch to enjoy being outdoors and relaxing. We live about 3 hours away would stay here again! Hopefully during ski season!

The location was convenient for walking to shops, restaurants and bars. The property offered many amenities but for the cost per night, the amenities and finishes could have been nicer. We have stayed at two other properties in the area that had nicer finished and amenities for less per night.

This property was wonderful. The owner takes great care to reach out before and make sure all the instractions for the property are available. The property was clean and was as described on the site. Close enough to the village, that you can walk. Would definately stay at one of thee properties again.

We rented this bungalow for our first trip to Ellicottville. Great location, literally right outside of town. We appreciated the top notch cleanliness and attention to detail. It was plenty spacious for 2 couples and provided all necessary kitchen items. My favorite part was the color changing fire place... nice touch! The outdoor space below was cute and inviting (even if we didn't get a chance to use it due to the cold weather). I would stay here again!

We stayed for my friend's bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect place to stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had a nice area to sit outside and grill then at night sit by a cozy fire. It was within walking distance of the village and Tops. The owner was so responsive and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

Property was newly renovated, super clean and had everything we needed. Ellicottville is a nice town with a great selection of restaurants, a vibrant downtown, a ski resort with ziplining/ropes course in the summer. This was the perfect place for us to explore the Niagara Falls area and outdoor fun at Allegheny and Letchworth State Parks. Communications with Daryl couldn't be better, and he was an excellent host!

The Bordeaux Bungalow was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and we were able to walk to and from town easily. A short 10 minute walk. It was a quiet location and would stay here again.

My daughter and I spent two days at the Bordeaux Bungalow for a girl's getaway. The pictures on line do not do the home justice! It was immaculate, comfortable, homey and SO close to downtown Ellicottville - a two minute drive and Holiday Valley Resort - a five minute drive. We didn't use the fire pit but did relax on the patio last night. I highly recommend this rental home to everyone who is staying in Ellicottville. You will be so happy, if you do! Thank you Daryl for your kindness, consideration and excellent communication!

Very nice updated space. Owner is very attentive, however, there did seem to be a lot of rules to go along with the property. You are connected to/right next door to another vrbo which I didn't realize since it didn't seem that clear in the listing. The beds were very comfortable and it was an easy walk to all the bars/restaurants!
