This community has its golf course and hiking paths. There is a 30-day or more stay for a full month requirement for this townhome. We don't allow the month to be broken up. Please note June, July, and August are a peak season rate, there is a reduced rate for bookings of 6 months or more. Additionally, there is a no-pet policy, except for those required by law. The location is just a few minutes from NAU and is close to everything. This townhome sits right in the middle of Circle Drive right next to the Flagstaff, Urban Trail. The location is near Safeway, Best Buy, Flagstaff Mall, Village Inn restaurant, Wildflower restaurant, Salsa Bravo Mexican restaurant, and downtown shopping are all nearby. The back deck of the home leads to one of Flagstaff's urban trails. You can hike or jog right off the back of this property.

This home features 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths all on one level no stairs to climb, and a great living area for reading and relaxing. It also has a spacious breakfast bar with 4 chair-style bar stools. Inside the kitchen is an eating area that seats another four chairs for meal time. There is a Suede sofa and loveseat in the living room and a nice big wood-burning fireplace for your family to enjoy. This is a great location your close to downtown and the Continental Country Club yet it feels like miles away being nestled right in the forest with a hiking trail one of Flagstaff's urban trails right in your backyard.

This home also has WIRELESS INTERNET and Direct TV for the whole family to enjoy. You can relax on the outdoor patio and watch the wildlife or take a job or hike off the backyard area. If you want to escape with the family, get out of the heat, and enjoy the cool pines, then this home is an affordable choice with an ideal location for a vacation. We supply toilet paper paper towels trash bags, Dish soap dishwasher soap, and hand soap. We do not supply personal products or toiletries such as toothpaste and shampoo. If you wish to use the Country Club amenities there is a transfer fee the guest must pay. The owner will authorize the transfer but all fees must be paid by the guest to transfer the membership in their name. This must be done in person at the clubhouse. If you wish to use amenities please advise us 15 days in advance.
