Unfortunate

The apartment was nice and spacious.

It’s hard to leave a negative review because the apartment was lovely, and the contact person was very responsive. However, the issue with ants was significant—it felt like an infestation. We stayed for only two nights and had full-day excursions planned, so we were there only in the evenings and didn’t have time to change accommodations, even though a refund was offered. We requested bug spray, which helped, but unfortunately, the bug problem overshadowed the experience. The apartment itself is beautiful, but I just can’t handle bugs.

Huone täysin varusteltu ja erittäin puhdas Hyvä sijainti ja Kattouima-allas. Omistajan oli erittäin reagoiva ja avulias. Vartijat ovat aina paikalla,joten se on turvallista.

Perfect stay in every way...

Loved our 4 day stay here and fully recommend as a base for exploring Chiang Mai! Condo - stunning and brand new! Easy to find with very efficient security on-site, small swimming pool on the 16th floor, small coffee shop on the ground floor (tea/coffee/shakes and cakes!). Laundry, taxi and hire services available from the team in the foyer. Room - the best we've had on our Asia travels; large, well appointed and modern. Very comfy bed and all the facilities you'd need such as hair dryer, iron / ironing board, washing machine etc. Honestly perfect - would could have moved in for the long haul!! Location - super easy to get around the city from here as Tuk-Tuks are on the street outside and their price is the same or better than Grab. Only about 15 mins to get to the main sites. Food - 3 night markets / bazaars are no more than 10min walk away and all close together. Featuring everything you could want with a huge range of food choices. Multiple 7-11 stores are immediately nearby. Parking - brilliant, tons of spaces in the secure compound so perfect for bringing your own wheels (4 or 2 - as theres clear bays for scooters as well) Couldn't rate this highly enough; great pre-communication and perfect place to be for a few days or maybe even weeks!

Nobles Hotel mit coolem Gym, Infinitypool und Sauna

Sehr gutes Hotel mit Gym und Infinitypool. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sogar mehrere Saunen waren zugänglich. Exzellenter Ausblick auf die Berge vom Pool. Gym ist auch für einen Urlaubspump völlig ausreichend und man einen tollen Skyline-Blick vom Laufband. Der Pool ist das Highlight des Hotels. Würde wieder buchen.

Das Hotelpersonal, insbesondere an der Rezeption, ist relativ desinteressiert. Smartphone teils > Gäste.

Tolle Unterkunft, viel Platz, Preise passen absolut

Super Lage, Appartements sehr abgesichert, große Empfangshalle, freundliches Personal, Parkhaus vorhanden. Sauber, für den Preis super!

Wie überall, gibt es auch hier das Liegen Problem am Pool. Zu wenige, Glück muss man hier haben. Rauchen nur vor dem Hotel, auch nicht auf dem Balkon erlaubt, ist aber ein persönliches Problem für uns.

Wonderful, would definitely come back.

I liked having a laundry and kitchen unit inside our room and options for extra bedding. The balcony was nice as well and the rooftop pool was beautiful. There is no bar or restaurant in the facility, but plenty within walking distance and the night market which pops up is also within walking distance which was superb!

The directions in the room stated to leave the keys in the room, however the emailed check out instructions stated to leave the keys at the reception desk which was a little confusing. I would suggest getting the 2 instructions in line or stating you can do 1 or the other as we had a super early morning flight to catch and I wasn't sure which option I was supposed to go with.

A good place to stay in Chiang Mai

The apartment we stayed was neat and tidy and just few minutes away from night market. The location is convenient place to travel anywhere. Security guards are always there so it’s safe.

Stay was great, except the beds!

Location was great. Pool area was great with nice views, sunbeds etc., except that blonde hair turned greenish after swimming in the pool. Room was great. Reception area was great and coffee was excellent.

The beds were not very comfortable. The double bed was a bit hard. The futon in the bedroom was very uncomfortable, convex shape, very sore back after sleeping on it, not even the youngest child wanted to sleep on it. Sofa bed was also not very comfortable but better than the futon.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Wirklich außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, man fühlte sich wie Zuhause, es fehlte an nichts, zudem sehr ruhig, vor dem Hotel alles was das Herz begehrt, Essen, Restaurants 7/11 und und und... Pool auf dem Dach mit traumhafter Aussicht!

Amazing Luxury condos close to Night Bazaar

We loved the Astra. Clean, very comfortable, great security and communication with our host, good location. We stayed a week but we wanted to stay longer. Excellent value for price. So comfortable. Great rooftop pool! We will be back.

The bed was a bit firm for our taste but we find this is usual in countries in Asia.

The spacious and comfy condo provided everything I needed including a washing machine. Security is good. Quiet location but not far from night market.

Water pressure for the shower is a bit weak.

Great apartment not far from Night market

After booking we had a great chat with the host and she help us with our questions before arriving. The apartment had what we needed for a kitchen even we only used the fridge. As we have smaller children we were allowed to stay 5 people in the apartment and that was great. But it also costed the space in the living room. Not to say anything negative but the room would be best for 3 adults. Roof top pool was great but with many guests there were only little place to leave private stuff.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the Astra City. It was close to the soghts and sounds if chiang mai and the checking

The location of the Astra Condo City apartments were ideal for a short walk into the lively centre of Chiang Mai, or an array if local and super market shops. If you don’t fancy a walk then there are plenty of Tuk tuks passing by all the time :-)

The swimming pool advertused with the appartment is quite a walk from your room (from 6th floor, building B, to floor 16th), and the pool is looking very tired. There are no facilities around the pool area, and tou are not allowed to bring food or drinks to the pool…even though there is nothing on sale.

Great place to stay, nice apartment - good location.

The apparent is for two, but they have a sleeping couch and additional bed with towels for all. The pool is not big, but great to cool down. Also great view! Location good to visit Chiang Mai. City centre under 100 bath by Grab.

Good location, excellent customer service, spacious and well-equipmented room

Aon is super responsive and helpful, making my trip worry free. We had to return to home due to unpredictable issues, Aon was helpful to contact booking.com for new arrangement, we appreciated Aon and Astra were being very helpful and flexible to us. We definitely will stay at Astra and group. Thank you very much!

We’d a great time in Chiang Mai and apartment was easy walk to night markets.

Location was good. Use of gym and pool and rooftop garden were good.

Apartment was too small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers and little storage space for the four of us. Better suited to family of four with smaller kids. Only 2 Sun loungers in the entire rooftop garden. Heat in the hallways and lifts were unbearable at times.

we asked host's Aon for coffee maker but she said that she is sorry, she did not have one.

We like Astra Condo is that having laundry and a bigger refrigerator in our stay.

Don't Trust The Pictures of Astra Condo Post On Their Websites, they were fake photos. The reality was that there were spider webs everywhere in the ceiling and dust are all over. The sofa and couch are very dirty and thousand of stains were there. We took the photos and sent them to the host. There were not enough utensils, plates, coffee makers. We bought everything for Condo. We will never stay again in the Astra Condo again. We do not recommend Astra Condo. It is better to stay hotel than Airbnb Astra Condo.

Fantastic stay and absolutely loved accommodation and Chiang Mai. Will be back.

Nice outlook from unit, host arranged weekly cleaning of unit, excellent and unexpected. Fast replies to any queries sent to host, who also arranged taxi to airport and gift when we left.

Nothing except for no lock/safe box in room.

nice self service apartment with great facilities in the hotel.

the whole building was good. we used the gym a lot it had good equipment for a hotel gym. and also used the rooftop pool with amazing view of the city. close too the local market and the appartment had everything u need in there. the bath and shower loose from one and another were great for us as a couple and the washing machine was also handy. enough space too live in for a longer time. keep in mind it is a self service hotel. so no cleaning and trash take out only with check out or if u pay extra. for us it didn’t matter but good too know. ( we washed the towels ourselves for example )

the only down point we could think of is that the sunbeds at the pool are underneath a roof so never have sun on them. however there are (only) 2 on the rooftop not many people know of so we chilled in the sun there but u have too walk down too the pool again.

Nice place

The apartment is big enough for two people, is at the 15th floor with a great view. You have a small kitchen with everything you need. It is next to mall and close to city center and the rooftop pool is amazing. The owner is nice and friendly.

We would really appreciate if there were a little bit more cleaner.
