If you are looking for peace and quiet and also still want to experience the typical Ticino, the "Casa Silvia" is in Scareglia certainly right for you! Scareglia, a small, sleepy village in the Valcolla, situated on a slope and is approximately 16 km from Lugano (SBB station) away. The house itself is at the upper edge of the village on a quiet, unspoilt location. The view is magnificent, and - if the sun is shining - you can enjoy it from morning to night.

Kitchen living with electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, espresso machine / coffee machine
Side room with large fridge and separate freezer compartment (50l), microwave

the upper floor:
3 bedrooms with 2 beds and 1 cot

and of course a generous turnaround (about 800 m 2) with:
