Самое главное - отсутствие связи и интернета, в 21.00 персонал уже спит, еле постучались. Не советую.

I wouldn't stay here next time

I did like the location and design of the facility. Also view and nature are pretty good

I didnt like: 1) The reception worker does not know any language other than Polish. I tried to speak English, the knowledge of which is indicated in the description of the facility, to which they answered me - that we are in Poland, so we do not know English. Then the employee continued communicating in Polish, although I don’t understand him, he didn’t even bother to translate what he said through the translator on his mobile device or find someone who knows at least a little bit of English lang 2) Room was very dirt. Bad smells in bedroom, bad smells of the bed. Hair dryer are not working, sockets are not working as well, only very few of them in the room. 3) Wi-Fi very poor 4) Breakfast is not really good. For breakfast you have to pay 35 PLN, after which you can choose ONLY one dish from those presented, for example, fried eggs or sausages. The absurdity is that even if you want fried eggs with sausages, you cannot order that two dishes together, only separate.

Recommend to stay here with kids :)

Everything was good, nice quiet location. Very helpful stuff, ready to assist for any queries. Food in the restaurant - amazing! Our kids loved chocolate fondan :).

Food and territory

1. No hot water. 2. No room cleaning. 3. There is reconstruction in nearby building. They start at 7 am. 4. Internet is unstable 5. Nothing in walking distance

Good but needs modernising

The park is very pretty reception and modern breakfast room, the room is well equipped, kettle with tea and coffee, comfortable bed, wooden furniture, near to PREZMYSIL, Outside lights to go to our room .Parking near the room.

Breakfast is a little expensive, Carpet in bedroom, bath WE prefer shower , The corridors and bedroom need modernising , There was hair on the carpet, cleaning to be improved

Pleasant stay outside of Przemysl

Unfortunately during my stay the hotel was going through a refurbishment. The evening meal at the restaurant was good.

There are options for breakfast, but I would not rate this as a highlight of this hotel.

I would recommend this hotel. Excellent service.

It was Easter Monday morning and as I had trouble getting a taxi a member of the staff took me to the railway station just to make sure I would be in time for my train. They are amazing people. Highly recommend.

It's a nice, warm, and clean property. There was everything you need.

Perfect spot for a night stay after a long drive. Comfortable and great hotel staff.

The hotel staff were very kind to us. We checked in at around 2 AM in the morning. They had left the keys inside the room that we were supposed to stay in and texted us. The room was absolutely ready when we arrived at the hotel, and we didn’t have to wait. It was really very convenient for us this way. I think I will always go back to the hotel on the border with Ukraine because of the Hotel staff. They always met us with a smiling face. The room was clean and comfortable. During the breakfast, we were served with delicious and huge portions of a meal.

Cozy and authentic

Very interesting interior. Great territory with a lot of trees and pines, places for barbecues. There was a place for children to play and rest. I think it will be even better in summer.

The breakfast is awesome. The beds are excellent. The hotel is situated in a beautiful place.

Wi-fi is really, really poor. Most of time there is absolutely no signal in rooms. Moreover, the mobile net is also absent in rooms. So most of time you are totally without any connection to the world. The personnel in restaurant don’t speak English at all and speak Polish to all the guests even if you say that you don’t understand a word. ))))

Wonderful place, but need to understand polish

The place is Magical. Great mountains view that you would be glad to admire even sitting on a grass. Also very happy for a possibility to stay with our cats. I would recommend that place only if you have a car because it will take some time to get to town

The only weak point of this hotel is a staff. Mostly the only language they know is Polish and it was hard for them to understand English/Ukrainian/Russian. Almost everybody still were trying to answer my questions somehow and it was ok for me :) However there was a very unpleasant receptionist on the first day during our checking in. She had absolutely no aspiration even to try to answer on any of our questions, as soon as she realized that we don't speak Polish. That was a very first impression about this hotel and we got a feeling, that we are not welcome in here.

That I'm no longer there.

Everything. Expensive. Overcharged me by $100. Refused to be of service. Not a very hospitable place considering it's a hospitality industry business. Daughter & Son in law were awesome though. Main staff are worthless. Always complaining if you need anything. Refused to give receipt for stay, even though I requested it BEFORE my stay. DO NOT STAY HERE. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. JUST NOT HERE.
