Central.location for amenities , vey clean and well furnished. After a fair trip great to get there and find not only usual things milk etc , but a proper coffee machine and coffee pods . Nice touch

Loved everything! Clean, tidy, amazing beds, it was perfect for our group. Nice thoughtful extras of complimentary slippers, water, and sweets too.

Great place to stay. Nice and quiet opposite the lake.

Excellent location and has everything you need.

The upstairs bedrooms were extremely hot even with fans.

The door code locked me out the morning I left before 10am, luckily I had left a window open so I could throw the keys inside. This was an annoying end to a good stay. Would have preferred actual keys.

Great for a break or attending an event.

Apartment was neat clean and tidy. Bedrooms and facilities were great.

Tv reception a bit iffy (not venues fault) and bed in lounge was very low to floor.

Wonderful place to stay!

Great location with a park across the street. Stocked with many amenities including a patio (small), garage parking and washer & dryer. Would absolutely stay again!

Spacious, clean property in a central location

The size of the property was impeccable. All rooms, including the downstairs area, three bedrooms and both bathrooms were clean and well-kept. In particular, the bathrooms were extremely clean. The garage downstairs with easy access was convenient, and the property is well-located across the road from a lake. The WiFi connection was excellent.

Great place - pictureque gardens and park across the road. Quiet at night. Great beds and facilities

Loved the wee labels on the switches. They should be compulsory in all short term accommodation! Couldnt work out how to use the TV - !!

It was expensive.

Spacious modern and clean. Excellent location when attending appointment at Waikato hospital. Tracy was so helpful and great to deal with. Would definitely stay here again. Everything in the apartment was there for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

A central, modern and very comfortable place to stay.

This property is modern, clean, warm comfortable and it has a great layout. It was so handy being able to drive into the garage and have internal access to the house. Everything was beautifully presented and all the little touches made our stay really enjoyable. The beds were super comfortable and we had the best nights sleep. We did wonder with the location being so central that the road noise would be an issue, you can hear some traffic in the living areas but it was very quiet upstairs in the bedrooms (and I’m a very light sleeper). It was great to be able to cook a meal in the full sized and well equipped kitchen. The large tv was good downtime for our 7 year old after a busy day exploring. The location was excellent, it was an easy walk to the Waikato Museum and back. There is also an amazing playground just down the road at Hamilton Lake. This property surpassed our expectations, we didn’t want to leave, and would definitely like to come back one day.

We were 2 couples and we all enjoyed our stay. It was warm and comfortable.

The location was within walking distance of the theatre and restaurants. We had secure parking for our vehicle. The property manager was nearby and was able to help us access the apartment when we misplaced our key.

I knew there were stairs and we were okay with them but probably not suitable for someone with limited mobility

Nice for a family trip to Hamilton staying in a good location.

Clear instructions from hosts. Hassle free - very clean and roomy enough for travelling family. Easy walk to Hamilton CBD and right next to the lake. Beautiful!
