Bay View Tower 535: Enjoy from your screened in balcony, beautiful views of Sanibel Island and sunsets every night over the sparkling waters and barrier islands! Like all of our Fort Myers, Florida vacation rentals, this condo is well-appointed and sea life inspired. This unit has tile flooring throughout, updated kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has a Double and Twin size bed. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room and both bedrooms, and a DVD player in the living room. The condo was exactly as listed, clean, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is great, we were able to get everywhere we wanted to visit easily. We saw shark, manatee, and dolphins while were on the balcony having our coffee. The view is spectacular! The only downside to our stay was the pool and hot tub were closed the entire time we were there. We had been informed there was going to be landscaping going on but were not informed the pool and hot tub area were going to be closed. It would have been nice to have access to the pool and hot tub at the property next door or have been offered a discount for not having the use of the pool and hot tub. This would not deter me from staying at the property again, it was a great vacation!!!

We expected good but not fantastic! The condo was clean and fully stocked with anything you need to cook with. The furniture was all very comfortable. The balcony was wonderful. There weren’t ocean waves but the waves from the bay were very peaceful. We are in our 50’s and felt it was very quiet whereas most of the families seemed to be in the Marriott Resort next door. The pool was heated and the private beach, although smaller than I expected was really nice. We really enjoyed it just as much as the ocean beach. There was plenty of lounge chairs on both the beach and by the pool. You can walk to the Marriott resort for dinner etc…. The surrounding area was beautiful. We spent most of our time in Sanibel Island. You can’t be any closer to the causeway to the island than Harbour Point condos. Sanibel was hit pretty hard by Hurricane Ian but recovering fast. The best thing about the island is the bike paths that are everywhere! We rented bikes at Billy’s and felt so welcomed as tourists. The beaches are beautiful as well. White sand and a nice breeze off the ocean. Same on Captiva. A few notes: Check-in is late in the afternoon so be prepared to have essential food with you when you check in. (Water, coffee (with filters- not Kcups ) there is a Publix on the main road about 2 miles away and a Walmart about 8 miles). There seemed to be only 1 grocery store on Sanibel. It’s a very charming island- you’ll love it!

This property was very clean, so close to the beach & the beach was basically private. Normally no more than 10 other people were there. Very relaxing place to get away.

This was a great place. Unfortunately IAN destroyed the pool and lobby. We had no water and electricity. Nice TV , great sunsets. A little too much information about check in. Appliances were top notch. We had to leave early. Hope the place is up and running in no time.

The condo has a beautiful water view and spectacular sunsets. It is decorated very nice. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses, which seemed hard and uncomfortable. The condo is easy to get to near the causeway to Sanibel Island. However, you will have to pay a toll each time you go to Sanibel. The toll is $6 each time if you have a transponder. We bought ours at the nearby Publix. The area seems safe and quiet. The Marriott resort is next door to the condo and we spent quite a bit of time there. The staff there was friendly and made us feel welcome even though we were staying at the condo.

My husband and I took our parents to Fort Meyers to visit my son. Everything was Perfect! Our room was Beautifully Decorated and very clean which is very big plus for me! The small beach area was great and so close to the condo. The screened in porch was so nice. Great trip and would definitely go back again!!

My first comment is for the incredible helpful staff at the property rental office. They set the standard for property management! They addressed the minor problems immediately and resolved all. We can't say enough about all of the staff--extremely professional. The condo was spotless, location great, well stocked kitchen and the views from the balcony at sunset amazing. My only criticism is the master bedroom furniture is so outdated--it all needs to be replaced. All other furnishings were great. If you are looking for a condo in Ft. Myers, this is your place!

The accommodations were exactly as stated. Very comfortable. Convenient to Sanibel Island and everything Ft. Myers has to offer. We had our own little private beach. It’s a quiet area which is what we were looking for. Perfect.

Very clean and well maintained unit with a great view of the bay. Nice pool area. The only problem we had was the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived and the weather was unusually cool for a couple of days. It took a lot of effort on our part for management to fix the problem. Other than that it was a great experience.

From the time you walk into the front door, you're amazed with this condo. The view of the bay area is remarkable! The entire place was very clean and beautiful! By far, the most spotless VRBO we've leased. Great view. Great location for activities. Well organized and well-equipped. One caution: The king bed is quite firm. Great for me, not so much for the hubby. A nice little addition to the starter pack would be a couple small packages of coffee. We got in quite late and could've used a pot in the morning, before we went out to forage for our week's worth of food. Absolutely will try to snag this unit on our next trip. Great place!

The property was just perfect for us. Short walk to the beach. Grass to walk on prior to the beach was perfect as we ranged in age from 59-93. My parents were able to get to the beach due to the grass.

This was my first time to the Ft. Meyers area. I came to the condo alone to relax and recharge. I quickly found out that this condo was perfect even for one person. Upon entering I immediately noticed how clean it was. It was beautiful and exactly as described. I went straight to the lanai and didn’t want to leave. The view was breathtaking. It was overcast the first two days but still beautiful. I was able to capture pics of the sunset the following evening. I sat on the beach watching the pelicans while waiting for sunset. What a joy to see so much beauty in a year of chaos. The inside was decorated beautifully. You know that you are at the beach INSIDE and out. Since I was alone I didn’t utilize the kitchen very much although it was very well stocked. It was great having the Marriott with it’s restaurants next door. I felt safe even at night walking to and from the Marriott alone. I highly recommend Charley’s restaurant at the Marriott. The food was delish! I took Uber from the airport so no vehicle and didn’t need one. I did order a few snacks from Publix and they were delivered within a couple of hours. It was very quiet the entire stay. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with everything. I got EXACTLY what I needed from my three night stay-RELAXATION. I left on Sunday feeling cheerful and ready to take on the world again. I’m already looking at plane tickets to return in the spring.

The condo was clean and gorgeous. It was so close to the beach! We loved opening the sliding doors and listening to the waves down below. Sunsets were beautiful and mornings so relaxing on the lanai. We had a little mishap with not receiving the email with the lockbox code, but other than that it was a perfect stay 😊

We love the location, the privacy, the balcony overlooking the bay and the safety. Everyone, including the 17 year old felt right at home. The kitchen is organized and filled with every possible need to cook at home should you wish. And, this property was spotless - which was important to us during this pandemic. The service was impeccable as we had to extend our stay at the very last minute (on a Sunday morning) and they were responsive and took excellent care of that need. Only negative (and it's minor because we would absolutely stay in the unit again) is the door to the washer and dryer won't close. It could just be removed, but we just left it open. Thank you for sharing your unit with our family.
