This Townhome will accommodate 8 people. The nightly rate, $315, Is for 4 guests. Each additional guest adds $30 per night.

This large (2100 sq ft) home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, free high speed wifi and plenty of high tech entertainment options. The living room is equipped with a wood burning fireplace as well as a 55" curved 4K UHD TV with DISH satellite TV service which includes the Golf and Tennis channels and a DVR. There are also board games, books and a DVD library.

There are two master suites with king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. Both suites have TVs with all channels and DVR. The upstairs suite has a private deck overlooking the pond. Two more bedrooms - one with twin beds and TV with DVD only and one with queen bed ensure that up to eight individuals will be very comfortable staying here.

You will enjoy beautiful sunset views from the deck overlooking the pond, outfitted with gas grill and seating for eight. Cooks will appreciate the spacious, fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware and extra gadgets like the Ninja blender and Cuisinart ice cream maker and bread maker. The dining room also seats eight. There is an attic whole house fan which helps rapidly cool the house down in the evening, very welcome on hot summer days. Very few properties in this area have air conditioning, and although the nights are always cool, the days can be hot and it can take a few hours for a house to cool down. Closing the house in am when it is cool will minimize heat in afternoon. I just had an evaporative cooler installed in the living room so you won't have any trouble keeping the house cool now.

THE AREA AND OTHER ACTIVITIES

There is something for everyone in Plumas County. If you enjoy golf, this home is surrounded by the beautiful Plumas Pines Golf Resort and five other championship golf courses are within easy driving distance. Walk down to the Feather River to fish or swim, or head out to the nearby Gold Lakes basin for spectacular hiking, fishing, swimming and boating.

Graeagle is a quaint little historic logging town of small red and white buildings where you can enjoy shopping for jewelry, art, antiques, fine chocolates and more. Indulge in a yoga class or enjoy a glass of wine at the local wine bar, which also features live music, bonfires and s-mores for the kids (and adults) on weekend nights. Be sure to visit The Brewing Lair just outside of Blairsden, a micro-brewery with facilities for grilling, relaxing and socializing.

There are also many fine restaurants in the area offering cuisine in a variety of different settings. You will find everything from burgers and fries outdoors to casual country to fine dining equivalent to what you would expect in a major city.

There are ample additional activities for the whole family to enjoy. Graeagle features mini-golf, trail rides, paddle boating in the Mill pond and tennis courts. Just a few miles away is the small Johnsville museum with nature walks, displays and activities highlighting local nature and Gold Rush history.

Explanation of "No Pets" rule which is based on a pet allergy. If you bring a pet I must have carpets cleaned which requires an extra day between rentals---sadly, a cost of $500 passed on to you. There are other rentals that are able to welcome pets.
