Un accueil parfait dans un bungalow très agréable et bien équipé

La dueña amenazó con echarnos de la casa, situación lamentable.

Me encantaron las vistas a la Montaña. Muy cerca del pueblo, puerto y supermercado que se encuentra a un kilómetro y medio. Cama cómoda. Nos gusto mucho la bienvenida del ama de llaves con el collar de flores.

La baja valoración es debida a la dueña de la casa, quedan constancia de sus mensajes y de hecho hablé con booking para mostrar mi malestar. La tres primeras noches en la casa fueron muy bien, pese a un par de cosas que no nos gustó nada, como que el gel y el jabón estuviesen mezclados con agua, había más agua que jabón y por eso compramos unos geles en el súper. O que había muchas hormigas en la casa, incluso llegaban a la cama, echamos el spray de bichos por la casa, pero tenerlas en la cama era desagradable. He de añadir que no cocinamos en la casa y solo comimos 3 veces comida de take away en el Jardín para no atraer más hormigas. Después de 3 noches, pedimos quedarnos una cuarta noche más, ya que nuestro vuelo no salía hasta el día siguiente debido a las tormentas que había en el archipiélago, y ellos accedieron, cosa que agradezco, pidiéndonos el pago de la última noche en efectivo. Nos habían dejado en la casa unas bicis para movernos por la zona, cuya ruedas estaban apenas sin forma y muy oxidadas, aún así lo agradecimos ya que de esa manera nos movimos por la isla, con la mala suerte que el cuarto día una de las kruedas pincho. Estábamos a varios kilómetros y sin batería en el móvil, con lo que no podíamos informar a la dueña, estuvimos andando por la carretera con la rueda pinchada hasta que vimos una gasolinera y les pedimos ayuda, nos repararon la llanta, al principio nos dijeron que nos cobrarían 10€ pero cuando fui a pagar nos querían cobrar casi 30€, al negarnos nos dijeron que entonces la bicicleta se quedaría allí.

For the cost it fit our needs.

The location is close to town and to Matira Beach. The view of the mountains is nice.

For 4 people - 2 adults 2 children the futon in the living room is a very poor bed. Unless you are a small child it is impossible to sleep on. It would be nice to have a fan in the house to move the air. There is A.C. in the bedroom but a fan would be helpful in the living room. A small ice tray in the fridge would be helpful. It is not a full size fridge so that gets tricky with a larger grocery load. We bought a bag of ice.

Fantastic house for yourself with everything you need

Fantastic house for yourself with a large fenced yard to park your vehicle inside. The house includes a decent size bedroom with a king size bed and an additional single size bed for a kid. The bathroom is big with a spacious shower. The Kitchen/Living area is a plus, with plenty of space, cooking utensils and a sofa to relax. The front patio is also a great area to relax. The place is new and everything runs well, is nicely decorated and sparkling clean. The owner Stephen was really nice and welcoming and gave us a natural flower collar upon arrival; he also arranged a taxi from the ferry quay to the house. Two bikes are available for rental or included if you are a Booking Genius or have other applying condition. There is also a washing machine and drying area to use. This is by far the best value/price place I've been in all the French Polynesia.

We had a great stay there. Very private garden, aor conditioning in the bedroom, no street noise, beautiful view of the mountains, bikes to get to the beach or to town. This was an excellent place for us

There was nothing we didn't like. Our hosts were discreet and efficient. Céline and Stephen are doing a great job

Awesome hospitality. Everything is well thought of in the property. The hosts helped us get food from the market and even delivered our stroller when we left it. We appreciate very much!

Very good

The apartment is very nice and comfy. It's the perfect place for a couple. You get to enjoy the garden outside with a fantastic view on the mountain. Everything is brand new and in great conditions. The owner received us with flower necklaces and told us we could contact him anytime of the day if we needed something.

The apartment is located near by Vaitape, so it's not one of the best location in the island. A very safe place, but probably not the must beautiful.

Exceptional

We had a nice view of the mountain and the place was modern and clean. The host was very responsive and kind. Wifi was good for the middle of the Pacific. We were able to stream YouTube videos. We rented a car while on the island so the beach was pretty close. I think it would be a little far to walk though. The kitchen had the basics to cook a simple meal. Overall, I would love to stay here again if I come back.

Stunning view, patio, & bikes

Having access to two bikes was great so we could ride around much of the island with ease. There was a problem with one of the bikes but the owners quickly replaced it with another one which we really appreciated. There was AC which worked perfectly. It was kind of the owners to also provide a bottle of water and some fresh fruit on our arrival. The villa was very attractively decorated and had a beautiful bathroom. There was a washer outside which was great. Beautiful view of the mountains from the partially covered patio. The towels were thick and luxurious! The kitchen and lounge area was spacious.

We wish there had been a toaster instead of the crockpot which isn't very useful for most travelers. Didn't like seeing cleaning products on the kitchen counter. They should have been placed under the sink. Wish, too, there had been shelves under the counter on the left to place our food rather than leaving all food out on the counter. Hand towels in the bathroom would be very useful in addition to washcloths and bath towels. The biggest thing we'd have appreciated would have been a larger sheet or bedspread on the bed as the top sheet was too small for two people to cover themselves all night long. I slept very poorly the entire time because I didn't have a sheet to cover myself. I would also strongly recommend removing the sheet cover up from the sofa!
