About this apartment rental

This comfortable two-storey townhouse has much to offer. In one of the best locations in Bermagui, you can walk to the shops, restaurants, the main surf beach (Horseshoe Bay), Beares Beach and the Blue Pool. With three bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas, the house caters well for the extended family or group of friends.

With an elevated position you can enjoy the views of Horseshoe Bay from the front balcony or cook your catch of the day on the Bbq in the back courtyard garden.

Ample boat parking at the rear of the townhouse with curb and gutter access.

Staircase has a child safety gate.

N.B. This townhouse shares common wall with Unit 1. Please be considerate of neighbours after 10pm, particularly with activities in lounge room including loud television and DVD use.

Kitchen: Upright range with oven and cooktop, combination fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, breakfast bar with 4 stools. Additional upright freezer available for use in the garage.

Dining: Dining table and 6 chairs

Laundry: Recently renovated - Downstairs with direct access to clothesline in rear courtyard. Top loader washing machine, clothes dryer

Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air-conditioning in upstairs living area & downstairs sitting room. Portable fan x 1 stored in Bedroom 2.Portable fin heater downstairs bedroom.

Parking: Guests have use of garage plus car space x1 on driveway, additional car space at side. Suitable for 1 boat at rear. Please note no parking on front lawn - Penalty fees will apply for noncompliance.

The place was very clean. The linen suppled was excellent. There was plenty of room with two living areas. Ocean views from either deck. Fantastic location, really close to shops and the (awesome) pub as well as to the main beach. Overall a gem of a stay we will be back!! Thankyou.
