This exclusive holiday apartment in a promenade villa is located right in the heart of the new BeachBay holiday resort in Travemünde on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein.
Enjoy the view over the sailing harbour, the Travemünde estuary and the Baltic Sea. Not only from the spacious balcony, but also through the numerous panoramic windows, you can see the impressive Passat museum ship and the large Scandinavian ferries gliding past almost within touching distance - a unique panoramic view!
The apartment is furnished in a stylish, high-quality and modern style. A special highlight is the bathroom, your personal little wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and steam bath with integrated double rain shower. The feel-good programme continues in the living area, as the flickering flames of the bioethanol fireplace bathe the room in a particularly cosy light. The sofa can be converted into two comfortable sleeping areas in just a few simple steps.
Of course, the holiday apartment at BeachBay is also equipped with a modern entertainment system including Blu-Ray, music system and TV. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos jug and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.
All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.
The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. In addition to playgrounds, bike hire, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship, the BayCenter also offers fun and games for the whole family. Admission to the "BayCenter" with black light mini golf, adventure golf, 600 m² indoor playground, Lazermaze, teeny club etc. is already included for NOVASOL guests.
The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage!
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und auch gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einmalig und beeindruckend. Es gibt aber leider noch einige technische Mängel, die behoben werden sollten. Es dauert sehr lange bis warmes Wasser bekommt und der Ablauf der Dusche ist unzureichend. Dadurch muss man in der Dusche verweilen bis das Wasser komplett abgelaufen ist, ansonsten wird das Badezimmer überschwemmt. Wenn diese Fehler behoben sind hat die Wohnung auch 6 Sterne verdient.

Gepflegte Wohnung in erstklassiger Lage. Die derzeitigen Bautätigkeiten merkt man kaum. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen!
