House was lovely, reasonably clean but dont look behind the lounge or on top of fridge.
Aircon only worked in the main lounge but not in bedroom and it was very hot outside. Fortunately there were some fans. Had to prod the agent for opening instructions and deposit refunds.
Great location, generally enjoyed our stay.

We found this stay a real home and felt very comfortable. We loved how close it was to everything in Freo. Would recommend to anyone :)

We absolutely loved this house - 3 bedrooms were all very comfortable, having 2 bathrooms was great, the size of the kitchen/living/dining area was great for our 11 night stay. Parking on the premises was easy. Communication with the property managers was good. The house was well stocked with items to make your stay as easy and convenient as possible. The house was in a fantastic location - easy-Ish walk in to Fremantle. Pub (The Wray) is only 2 minutes walk away. Overall, we highly recommend it and would love to stay again one day.

Very happy with cottage and location, however we found the beds to be very uncomfortable.Suggest putting some nicer beds for future guests. Would not stay again if the same beds were there.

No problem, very easy. So close to Fremantle, great bakery in walking distance. Very comfortable home and beds.
Very quiet area. Even over Christmas and new year.
Only problem was no air conditioning in main bedroom, but there is standing fan that helps to cool the room on a hot night.
Would recommend it.

We enjoyed our couple of nights in Freo at this duplex. It was a fantastic old cottage, close to town and within walking distance for us in and out of Freo/restaurants, etc. Very quiet and peaceful position.

Happy Customer
we really enjoyed our stay, we found the home to be very comfortable with nice furnishings { Not hard cold easy to clean } furnishings. it had a lovely warm cosy feel to it. The only complaints are with the kitchen lighting was very poor, and on arrival into the courtyard you could see the place had not been swept for quite some time.. pretty messy as was the the courtyard out the back. Loads of squashed black olives, should have been swept up so they are not walked thru the house. Would it stop us from staying there again?? Not at all I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else :)

Unclean
When we arrived at the property at check in time we discovered it hadn’t been cleaned at all which is of concern in these COVID times. The cleaner who arrived at the same time as us contacted the property manager who apologised, said there had been a mix up and said we would have to wait, which we then did for 2 hours! To give the cleaner her due she did a great job, but to not have the property ready at the stated check in time is poor management and we were very disappointed with the service provided.

Beautiful cottage in a great location
We loved our little get away to Fremantle! This is a beautiful cottage with all the essentials for a weekend away. The cottage is in a great location and the communication with the owner was excellent. An added bonus that it is dog friendly. We will definitely be back!

Great space to get creative
Renting this place for our 2022 Strategic planning was the right decision! A spacious kitchen / living / lounge room, gorgeous outdoor area and quite neighborhood, helped to achieve the set goals!

Thanks Chadia for our lovely stay in Fremantle
This house is really lovely. The weather was incredibly warm in Perth when we arrived and the aircon was on when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. There is no aircon in 2 of the bedrooms so it was quite warm at night during our stay. The plumbing wasn't working well and when I called the staff, they were onto it right away. Someone was called out that day even though it was during the end of year break.
When we arrived, I did have some difficulty getting in but I left a message on the mobile phone provided and someone got back to me promptly.
Thanks again for a great stay, we would definitely love to come back again.

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely neighbourhood, close to everything needed.
Lovely property, everything we needed except bugspray! House clean and neat. Beds compfy. Maybe a little attention required outside on the outdoor furniture, where there were quite a few cobwebs and redback spiders.

Located in the heart of Freo
Great location and secure parking makes this perfect for those wanting to spend time in heart of Freo.
A short walk to the Cafe strip

Great place but bad customer liaison
Both the owners and the parent company let me down!
Although I paid on booking I did not receive the property address or entry details from the owners prior to arriving at the street- a 5 hour drive from my home in Albany.
Myself, and a Perth friend contacted the property’s management team several times during the arrival day but no one returned either of our calls or emails.
On the street I called the stayz helpline to ask THEM the address of the property -
Whilst refusing to give me the street address, they gave me two contact phone numbers (different from the one I had from the listing )
Whilst I understand it is policy to not give out the property address, this was the most annoying part- arriving in the city after a five hour drive, with excited dogs in the car, stressed travellers in the front, and no address to go - what a terrible way to start a holiday.
The house itself, once found, was fabulous, and our stay was great.
Although now, a week on, I still haven’t received my bond back, which is just that final piece of annoyance regarding that property management team!

Fremantle Short Stay
After a hiccup with accessing the property we were delighted with the cottage.
Presentation and cleanliness were outstanding and location was perfect, close enough to walk to market, beach and shops but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.
The cottage was even better than I was expecting and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Showers and beds were great. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and the family areas were inviting. If we had more time I would have enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas too.
We would definitely stay again.
Thank you

Great little getaway
We were very happy with the house, facilities and proximity to beaches, cafes etc.
A few hiccups, fridge space ( not freezer) wasn’t cold so after 24 hours the fridge was replaced, dishwasher didn’t work and no tea towels, pot holders provided.
Other than that a great stay.

Very quiet neighbourhood.Well equipped bathrooms/kitchen/laundry.
