Kleineicholzheim is a district of the municipality Schefflenz in the Neckar Odenwald circle.
You have access to the entire house with terrace and garden. An evening "little" campfire in the garden does not bother a small-minded neighbor. There is a fire bowl with grill accessories available.
STORAGE FIREWOOD, SAUNAWOOD AND GRILL CARBON ARE EXTRA CALCULATED.
You have the house for yourself during the booking period. We, the landlords, live only a few houses away and are happy to answer any questions or problems.

After a long search we found this little gem for a friends meetup and well worth every penny. The place is nice, on the edge of the village, but still close to the train station (about 10 min walk), has enough space to park multiple cars (we had 4 cars and still had plenty of room if needed), got a huge garden with the sauna and fruit trees, there's almost none light pollution at night, so you can see the stars well on a clear night . Edeka is located in the nearby town (10 minutes drive) if you need to buy some groceries. One thing, if you do come by car, the driveway to the place is a little steep, so if you have a lowered suspension car, you might scrape the bottom of the front or rear bumper if you are not careful, but anything with a stock suspension will have no issue. The landlord is really friendly and helpful, did replied to all of our questions fast. Definietly gonna keep this little gem in the list for the future.

Es war ein super Wochenende für einen Junggesellinnenabschied unter Frauen
Sehr netter Gastgeber; wir hatten super Wetter; ein Wohlfühlwochenende mit Party an Abenden bei Lagerfeuer auf der Terrasse; das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, rustikal, Garten und Terrasse naturbelassen. Allen Gästen hat es sehr gefallen.
Und perfekt um Partys zu feiern;)

Wochenende mit Freunden
Wir waren zu acht über ein langes Wochenende in Schefflenz Die Hütte war schön gelegen (etwas ab vom Schuss), mit einem grossen Obstgarten, gemütlicher Feuer- und Grillstelle und Saunahütte. Der Küchentisch war für 8 gerade richtig, bei Vollbelegung könnte es allerdings etwas eng werden... Die Ausstattung war gut und ausreichend, an der Sauberkeit könnte man aber noch etwas arbeiten ;-) Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas Älter und die Küche eher schlecht ausgestattet, aber das Haus ist sehr geräumig und die Terrasse sehr schön.

Erwartungen übertroffen
Vor Ort waren wir über die gute Ausstattung sowie die augenscheinlich erst kürzlich renovierten Bäder überrascht. Das Objekt hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und kooperativ in jeglicher Hinsicht: ob Restaurant, Ausflugtip oder das Organisieren der Getränke vor Ort.

Tolle Downshifting!
Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist absolut top Besonderes im Mai👍. Das Haus ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Sauna ist einfach perfect und für uns war alles gut, weil wir kein Luxus wollten, sondern ein Ort wo wir uns entspannen können und mit Freunden Zeit verbringen können.
Feuerschahle hat unsere Abende wirklich unvergessbar gemacht.

Gelungener Aufenthalt
Mit dem Haus waren wir zufrieden, alle hatten platz. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut und jeder hat gut geschlafen. Die Bäder waren sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Wlan im Haus hat gut funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war jederzeit vorhanden. Sollte man Unternehmungen planen, so wäre es ratsam dies im Vorfeld zu machen (SBahn etc.), um auch Zeit zu sparen. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt ungezwungen und erholsam. Gerne wieder.

Gemütlich rustikales Ferienhaus, kein Luxus, aber alles da, was man sich für ein Wochenende im Grünen wünscht. Endlich mal ein Haus dieser Größe, wo Kaffeemaschine und Kochtöpfe die richtige Größe haben!!
Ich hätte gerne mehr über Badisch Lappland erfahren, legen Sie ruhig ein paar Flyer aus!

Idel für die Großfamilie
Von vorne bis hinten ein gelungenes, verlängertes Wochenende in einem romantischen Häuschen. Der ideale Ort, um sich mit der Großfamilie zu versammeln: gute Betten, Platz (innen wie außen), eine tolle Landschaft und Vermieter, die jederzeit ansprechbar waren und mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung standen.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht von dem Ferienhaus. Tolle Lage im Odenwald, sehr ruhig und idyllisch, trotzdem sehr gut erreichbar mit Öffentlichen oder dem Auto. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Kann das Haus ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Kurzfreizeit
Wir haben die drei Tage sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und unkomlpiziert. Für unsere Ansprüche als Wohngruppe hat das Haus alles geboten. Das Highlight war der Kamin, welcher schon angefeuert war, als wir das Haus betraten.

Bei nasskaltem Wetter konnten wir es uns vor dem Holzofen gemütlich machen. Auch ein Ausflug in die nahegelegenen Tropfsteinhöhle ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!

Perfekt für unser Familientreffen
Wenn sich eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern, Eltern und Grosseltern in einer bestimmten Region für ein Wochenende treffen möchte, ist es nicht leicht, ein großes Ferienhaus zu finden. Wir haben es geschafft und uns in Kleineichholzheim sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Küche war mit großem Herd, ausreichend Geschirr, Grundzutaten gut ausgestattet, die Wohnraumausstattung rustikal und unempfindlich und der große Garten mit Terrasse wäre in einer anderen Jahreszeit toll nutzbar gewesen.
Die Vermieter waren in der Nähe und das Ein- und Auschecken verlief ganz unkompliziert . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wunderschönes Familienwochenende
Wir hatten ein Haus für die ganze Familie (Eltern, Kinder, Ehepartner, Freund/in und Enkel) gesucht und sind in Schefflenz fündig geworden. Es gibt genügend Zimmer, die Betten sind bequem, die beide Badezimmer zweckmäßig und der Wohnbereich ist groß genug für ein schönes Gemeinschaftserlebnis. Nur die Küche erwies sich (für uns) als etwas klein, um für die ganze Gruppe gut zu kochen. Dennoch haben wir es prima gemanged. Dass man bei schönem Wetter die Terasse hinerm Haus nutzen und sogar Feuer machen kann, ist einfach cool. Wir haben an einem Abend auch die Sauna genutzt und den Saunagang genossen. Allein der Gang zum etwas abseits gelegen Kaltwasserschlauch ist nicht so komfortabel (aber vielleicht hätten wir das auch anders lösen können). Wandermöglichkeiten liegen direkt vor der Haustür. Ob wir das Haus noch einmal buchen? Sehr gut möglich :)

Großes Grundstück in kleinem Ort
Wir waren 3 Nächte mit 14 Personen in diesem Haus, welches neben dem großen und schönen Garten auch bei schlechtem Wetter genügend Platz bietet.
In wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt findet man einen Edeka der alles bietet was es braucht.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

We had a great time in the house. House is big with many bedrooms. There are enough of most important things such as tables, chairs, beds and they are confortable and in good condition. Missing some clothes storage in the bedrooms. The host are very friendly and sauna is a big plus.
