The property is close enough to ski all area, park city is 50 minutes as is Snow basin. Powder is an 1 -15 minutes away and the canyons are 35 to 45 depending on the roads.

We stayed for Christmas vacations and the most beautiful was when we saw a whole family of deers coming in the yard. The mountain view is very scenic and the house is pretty big and spacious. Good communication with the host, well supplied the kitchen. The only thing is if you going in a season that will snow a lot make sure you rent a 4x4 car because a lot of snow accumulate in driveway. Very pleased with my stay.

Beautiful backyard views!
We were very happy with our stay at Victoria, Angel and Charlene's place. This dog-friendly house is well located, and the property owners were communicative and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Large house, beautiful views
House was exactly as seen in the photos. It was large and in a nice, safe neighborhood. We were there for 2 months.
Shopping is not walking distance but everything you need is right in Draper or Sandy.
A car is required but we were there to ski, nothing more. Easy ride to pick up ski friends at the airport.
It’s not particularly private but we knew that prior to booking.
Victoria was always responsive prior to our arrival. We didn’t need anything while we were there.
We probably would not stay there again. Although it’s dog friendly, there is no fenced area (we knew that before we booked). We had long walks daily, great hills and trails right outside the neighborhood.

Much better than the pictures
The pictures of this home do not do it justice. It is much nicer! There is a mountain and city view from the master bedroom, the master bathroom is large with both a walk-in shower and large tub with a view. It is located on a "deer highway" and we were visited more than once by deer in the yard. Wonderful, up-to-date appliances in both kitchen and laundry room. There is a very nice office which was very useful to us. The owners are generous with supplies, from batteries to food items. A minor problem during our stay was quickly repaired. The home is very well located in the Draper area...not too high to make winter driving difficult, but high enough to enjoy the views. I am a very picky person but we were extremely comfortable there during our month long stay. We couldn't have been happier.

Transition
Our family was moving to the area and this home was perfect for us during that time. It had enough space for 4 adults and a toddler, and plenty more room for those working remote. Victoria was amazing and always helpful!!

Wake up to a priceless view!
Great neighborhood with deers that frequent the area. Homeowner is accommodating and responsive. Perfect amount of furniture that is kid/infant friendly. Always woke up with a smile once I opened my eyes and saw the view from the bed. Basement tenant is friendly and quiet.

Great location, lots of room, comfortable property.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room with nice view from the back patio. Everything was perfect. The only suggestions I have for improvement are to replace some of the older furniture and fix the upstairs air conditioning (so that the portable unit isn’t necessary).

Great House & Views
We stayed at this property for our annual ski trip. The location is very convenient to LCC and BCC. The house is very nice, updated and spacious. There are great mountain and valley views from all of the windows on the backside of the house. The downstairs neighbors were very friendly, but never overbearing. Overall, a great stay.

Very nice place in a great neighborhood. Very well stocked with everything you need already at the house. Just buy some groceries and you are good to go. 4 Stars because I could hear the basement tenant's kids crying every day through the air vent.

No Worries!!
Our experience at the Draper House exceeded our expectations. The website and rental contract was easily understood and executed flawlessly. The owner was accessible and answered all our questions. The kitchen, laundry and baths were fully stocked as described. The house was clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood was safe and access to the city was great. View of the mountains – indescribable!

Escape from the Arizona summer Heat
My family of six stayed in this Draper house during the whole month of July 2013. We were escaping from the Arizona summer heat and visiting family and friends. Before our trip we were worried that a month may be too long and that our kids may get bored. However, we found that Draper, UT in the summer was a lot of fun. At the end of the month our kids were sad to leave.
This house was great to stay in. I felt it was accurately depicted in the description. It is nice inside and has nice living space on the first floor. The TV, DVD player, Cable TV, DVR all worked great. We did not need the gas fireplace. The AC worked well to cool the house and there is an auxiliary AC unit in the master bedroom. The kitchen was nice and easy to use. Upstairs the three bedrooms fit our family well. The owners are very pleasant and made sure there was a pack and play for our baby and even bought baby sheets!
Having never lived in a home with a view I was surprised how much we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the city lights. The location of the house is fun to be up on the hill.
There is a lot to do around Draper. It is close to Salt Lake but also not far from American Fork and Provo. There is great mountain biking and hiking in the city preserve very close to the rental house. I would ride my mountain bike directly from the house and link up to the corner canyon trail network.
I rate our stay as excellent and would not really change virtually anything about the vacation. The owners were very easy to work with before and after our trip, but during the stay we had no need to communicate with them. They had the house well stocked with TP, trash bags, soap, detergent, etc when we arrived.
If I want to be really picky, I might say that the DVD player needs a remote to control the menus. It must have been lost prior to our arrival. Also, there is a young couple with children that permanently rents the basement. They were very pleasant, but we could hear their children crying sometimes through the kitchen floor vents. Our bedrooms were upstairs so it was never an issue while sleeping. Not loud, but just FYI.. As I said, an excellent stay, I'm just being picky at this point.
Thanks for a great trip! Really enjoyed the house! Highly likely we will be back another summer!

We are still here, but I couldn't wait to write a review
We are first time VRBO renters and could not be more happy about our experience so far. The house is fantastic. You walk in and immediately wish this was your home. There is an income property downstairs, but you don't even notice it. Everything has been thought of.. down to the ibuprofen. Thank you so very much! My only wish is that you owned homes in all the cities we plan on traveling to this year!

Clean and pleasent
We had a great stay at the house. It was roomy and clean with a lot of helpful amenties. Great location to be in the middle of it all. Nice furniture and a quiet location with an awesome view. The owner left some goodies for us which was very nice. The only bummer part was the changing weather you get with the spring and not being able to adjust the furnace to make it comfortable for us.

A Great Place to Stay!
An excellent property for a ski vacation located in a very pleasant residential area. The house is well situated for easy access to several ski areas, especially in Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Views from the front porch and back deck are magnificent. The listing description accurately describes the property and the photos, while accurate, don't do it justice. It was easy to reach the owners with questions and concerns. Thank you, Neeshan's!
