Summary:
Wara Wara a beautiful original beach shack rich in history located right across from the Moffat Beach foreshore. One of the only remaining Moffat Beach shacks, Bryce Street is now beautifully renovated to a high standard with all the modern day amenities a family needs. With views overlooking Eleanor Shipley Park & Moffat Beach from the front deck, kitchen and dining rooms you will be spoilt for choice on where to relax and unwind. Perfectly suited for families with children & dog friendly.
The Space:
This spacious home features original polished floorboards throughout, large living areas, a fully fenced and secure yard, comfortable family friendly furniture, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a deck with outdoor dining and beautiful views of Moffat Beach and Eleanor Shipley Park, located directly across the road from playgrounds, parks and the beach, making it the top pick for families.
Kitchen and Dining:
The ground floor features a large dining table to seat 8, new kitchen with stone bench tops and modern appliances including: stainless steel oven; Nespresso coffee machine, microwave; dishwasher; fridge and electric cooktop. The kitchen and dining room open to a deck with an outdoor table table and seating for 8.
Lounge:
Adjoining the dining room is a large living space with 3 seater leather sofa, 2 leather armchairs, 2 occasional chairs and and extra long bench seat to lounge out and read. So plenty of lounging space and areas for the entire family to enjoy without being on top of one another. The entire home has louver windows to invite the afternoon sea breezes, and air-conditioning in the living areas as well as all bedrooms.
There is a workspace for those travelling for business and hi-speed Wi-fi available free along with a smart TV with access to Stan & Netflix.
Bedrooms:
Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom with Plush Queen bed, bedside tables with storage, a wardrobe with ample storage, coat hooks a bench seat and an occasional chair.
Bed 2 & 3 contain 2 single beds, a bedside table, a wardrobe, bench seat, occasional chair, coat hooks.
Bathrooms:
The bathroom contains a shower and sink with a separate toilet. The second bathroom (located in the downstairs laundry) has a beach shower and separate toilet and laundry.
Visiting with Kids:
A Porta cot and high chair are available free of charge, just let me know when you book that you would like these and I will make them available. There is also 1 x safety gate to use inside the kitchen the close off the front deck to little ones if needed.

Pets: Please reach out before booking if you plan to bring a dog to confirm with us prior to booking, dogs are purely at the homeowners discretion.

Guest Access:
The property contains a fully fenced secure yard and is suitable for children and dogs (with prior approval). You will have access to the entire property including laundry, and secure storage for your surfboards, bikes, kayak or fishing equipment In a lockable courtyard.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located on the edge of Eleanor Shipley Park (the quiet end of Moffat Beach), which contains BBQ's, picnic tables a children's playground, a lake for smaller children and Moffat Beach direct access. Adjoining this is Pa & Ma Bendall Park which contains another huge timber playground situated underneath a huge tree which acts as shade.
Within walking distance is Dicky Beach (patrolled), Currimundi Beach (patrolled + dog beach), Shelly Beach (dog beach at certain times) and a little further along is King's Beach (patrolled). There are walking and cycling paths that connect all local beaches.
Sunshine Coast University Hospital
Is located just a ten to fifteen minute drive from the property in Kawana off Nicklin Way. The hospital can easily be accessed by car or public transport links within walking distance to the property.
Popular Mountain Biking trails for all levels are located within in a 10 minute ride of the house notably the Sugar Bag Road Trials. More information can be found in the house welcome pack.
The very best coffee, cafes and restaurants are just a few minutes walk where you can enjoy breakfast or a few evening drinks and stroll home.
Getting Around:
Bring your bikes and take advantage of the cycling paths at your door step. Within walking distance is a petrol station, Food Works, cafes, restaurants and a couple of local boutiques. Walking distance is Dicky Beach, Currimundi Beach, Shelly Beach and around 1km further King's Beach. Or cycle to any of the above easily. A car is needed to access Caloundra town centre or Mooloolaba, Maroochydore or the Hinterlands.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

The house had absolutely everything we could want or need. Immaculately clean and spacious. It is a simple but elegant cottage. The location across the road from the beach and within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants, post office, and medical centre was excellent. The local community are friendly and welcoming. Absolutely perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. The property management offered exceptional and prompt service on every level. Super happy and will definitely book again!

This is a great location, great beach and rock walks along the sea side, A very comfortable place to stay. There is a good coffee shop in the street behind, restaurants at the other end of the street with music on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beachside bliss
From the minute we walked in we were constantly delighted with Bryce st, .Moffat beach. Whoever did the interior design is brilliant! All the little details, board games, books, ice in the freezer, etc, made us feel very special to spend time in this place.

Perfect beach front with great features
The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms very comfortable. You can walk to the beach and sit on the balcony looking at waves and listen to birds. Nice cafes and fish and chips nearby as well. Great place to relax.
