About this house rental

La Playa de Kiki... Located about 1/2 block from the beach, our family has great fun here, and yours will too! This beautiful home has indoor family space, outdoor and deck space and parking that is unheard of in Port Aransas. Walk into a 2200 square foot, beach get-away and see a vaulted ceiling with large living-room, dining room, and kitchen combined for family fun.
Our pool has a waterfall, bubbler and sunning ledge that is great for little ones to play and large enough for adults to enjoy in their lounge chair. It has a very large outside patio area with table, lounge chairs and gas grill.
Enjoy the view of the gulf from the upstairs 2nd floor.
The kitchen is well equipped with a glass top stove/oven and dishwasher. There is an abundance of cute dishes and good quality cookware. You'll find all small appliances including Keurig and drip coffee makers. The kitchen also has a reverse osmosis water purifier at the kitchen sink and ice maker. Use pure water for cooking and drinking while you're there.
Free WiFi, a 42" flatscreen TV with DVD, in living room. Off this great room a wall of windows faces the beach with ocean breeze, large, covered deck with large patio table, sofa seating area and plenty of chairs for everyone. You and your family will enjoy hours of fun playing games, cards and enjoying one another on the deck.
The adorable "beach huts" faux painted over the fireplace add fun to your space.
Two bedrooms and two large bathrooms on main level. Upstairs one bedroom, another large bathroom, and 4th bedroom/loft with 2 queen futons, single futon, and closet with washer and dryer. Each bedroom has either queen or king bed AND queen futon. All three bathrooms are roomy with oversized shower with shower hose for bathing the little ones, plenty of countertop space, linen shelves, and long sitting bench. Ceiling fans in every room, wood floors throughout and tiled baths.
You'll love the space this house gives you that many homes on the island are not able to...including ample parking space!
Nicely landscaped with outside shower and plenty of covered parking downstairs. Please, No Pets and Smoking on the deck only. This house is perfectly decorated for beach life with color, comfort, durability, and FUN!

This was a great house for little ones. The stairs are minimal and easy to climb. Nicely placed so the kids didn’t even think about them. The toddlers did not play on them due to where they were located. The pool was great for all. Host was very responsive. We have stayed at several places in Port A and really enjoyed this house and would rebook.

This home was booked for a group to attend the Annual SandFest. The house is beautifully decorated with an open-concept kitchen. There were plenty of seats indoors and outdoors on the adjoining deck for our large group. The kitchen was well stocked with a keurig AND coffeepot to satisfy the coffee drinkers in the group. The bedding was comfortable, with large accompanying bathrooms near the bedroom. The pool was just 4 ft deep, which was perfect to just sit and enjoy the company. I would book again!

The house was beautiful. the view from the upstairs on the landing was so perfect, it could have been a picture. I wish there was some way to extend that upstairs to a loft for morning coffee/tea to watch the sunrises from those top 4 high windows. The pool downstairs was a perfect size and location on the house was wonderful too. I will defiantly be renting from Phyllis again. She responds fast and is very, very nice to talk to. The trip was for my 50th birthday and Port A never disappoints. Love, Sky

A usually grumpy 8 yo said that, and he was not wrong! My family had a wonderful time celebrating birthdays and Mother’s Day at this home. Phyllis was great to work with and the house was perfect. Even with a rainy days there was plenty of space inside and on the deck to relax and enjoy our time together. Once the rain stopped we got in the pool which was the perfect size for our kiddos. We will definitely be back!

This house is great from the location to how open and roomy it is. The only thing we can Complain about is the grass was super tall and we had 2 younger kids with us that need the area to play and move around in while we laid around the pool area.

Grandkids especially enjoyed the pool and a nice alternative for too much beach for little kids. The house floor plan and sleeping accommodations are well thought out providing plenty of bedrooms w/ private baths for 3 families. Older kids appreciated having their own space in the loft. Phyllis was outstanding and very responsive to our needs.

The place is amazing and fits us perfectly. The pool is cute and quaint and perfect after you come in from the beach or while you are waiting for your group to be ready to go to the beach. The location is great and perfect when you have so many that want to come and go to the beach. The property owner is so nice and very good in communicating when I needed to ask some questions. This is a definite MUST stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing beach house Phyllis, we LOVED it.

Family and I decided to finally spend time away from home, take the kids out to have fun. When we found this house online, it was the perfect spot for everybody to enjoy themselves. We were a party of 16. My siblings, kids and nieces and nephews. We all had a blast. The docor was very beachy which we loved. More then enough space for everyone to spread out. Kids loved the private pool and the adults love the patio area. Will definitely book again.

Celebrated my wife’s 30th and sons 7th birthdays. My children walked in and said “wow, this is what it’s like to be rich.” Their smiles are worth every penny. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. My only suggestion if any is access out the back gate for shorter walk to the beach. The neighboring property has a gate which cuts the wall in half. That is just me nit picking. My son is already requesting we come back for his 8th. And I had a happy wife which makes a happy life. God bless

Our first time in Port A with a large group.. This house met our big group needs and then some. It is a very relaxing environment as soon as you walk in. The outdoor shower and pool are great perks outside? Thank you Phyllis for being such a great host. We will definitely be back!

This is a large house that can accomodate a big family. There is only one king sized bed, and it's not very comfortable. The other beds are full sized and they are better. The little pool is very nice to sit in. The kitchen is well stocked as far as dishes and pots and pans. The house is surface clean, but needs a really good deep clean; the vents in the living room are beyond dirty. We dropped something under one of the futons and it was disgusting underneath. We had a little scare as the electricity went out for about 3 hours, but we contacted the owner and it came on before the house heated up too much. Overall, this is a good place to stay. The owner is depending on a cleaning service and probably is unaware that they aren't really cleaning that great. We had a very good time. The house is in a great location!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. 4 couples and 5 children under age 6. Everything was exactly as pictured. The floorplan is excellent - 2 beds and 2 baths are downstairs, 2 beds and 1 bath upstairs. Kitchen was nicely equipped -- even had both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker! Cooked dinner for 20 one night and had plenty of room. The place was spotless. Bathrooms are fabulous. I think we've found our "forever Port A" home!!
