Such a comfy place to stay for beach relaxation with my 2 children and 2 grand kids just before they go to College. i enjoy going to Atlantic city at nite. Beacon Lane is so generous to its supply for their guests as far as kitchen tools, so much amenities and I hope its ok when i used their kuerig coffees. let me know if not i can bring back next yr to replenish it..... it was a wonderful stay thanks.

My family and I just finished a week stay and we did not want to leave! We loved everything about the house, which was well-furnished, airy, and clean. The owners were incredibly responsive and generous, providing lots of beach, deck, and yard amenities. Additional touches like easy to access to Roku channels and games were a nice bonus. The house instructions were easy to follow and convenient. We also loved the location. It's a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to shops. We will definitely be booking future dates!

For what one pays, one should expect the house to be better furnished. The home is aging and needs some love and upgrades.

Lots of open areas, patios & decks. Close to the quiet beach and the AC casinos. Lots of steps. Found mice signs near Frig & left note in the area as proof. Saw no mice. Owner very cooperative.
Would like to rent next yr, but at a lower price.

Great experience. Everything provided for a great beach vacations experience. Also : The owners checked on us after a day to make sure everything was alright and nothing was missing. We will definitely return if available.

This house is a fantastic size and has great character and appeal. Perfect for my family. The outdoor space was fantastic, it was spacious inside as well. The rooms were just the right size for our family. The walk to the beach was pretty far but we didn’t mind that at all. What we DID mind was the first floor banister detached from the wall the first day and I called and emailed the property manager and sent photos. No one called me back or replied to my email for the entire stay. That is a safety hazard! Many of the fixtures weren’t fastened to the walls properly throughout the home and that is so disappointing. It seemed like a lot of quick fixes and cut corners in such a pretty property! The a/c seemed unbalanced and ceiling fans didn’t work at all in the bedrooms to move air throughout so the upper floors were very warm and the first floor was frigid. We would loved to have rented this property again, but were very turned off when we the property management company never bothered to address our concerns at all. I’m so sorry to give this review as I really loved this location and the property itself as everything about it was perfect for my family!

Nice property poor up keep
We enjoyed the property but it needs some updating and care. We noted with the cleaning crew upon our arrival that the banister was not on the wall and that a part of the freezer was broken. Neither was repaired during our stay. The oven/ stove is very old and many of the burners did not work. Made cooking very difficult. The BBQ was so old the hole bottom of it was rusted out. You are supposed to check in and get the entrance code from the cleaning crew. This guy is very unpleasant. If these issues are taken care of we would probably rent again as the property is nice.

Not what I expected.
First the positive. They provided linens and towels. Supplied the paper products which was great. The air worked great and plenty of outside sitting. The negative. Advertised as beach block. The Beach is almost a mile. With 3 lil kids that's alot. No where to put your clothes in the bottom bedroom, so you live out of a suitcase. The freezer was broken, very hard to open. Only 2 burners worked on stove. Which Made it hard to make a meal. Also, we had mice that popped out of the stove every night, which doesn't make it appealing to cook a meal. There is no street parking. If you have 2 cars you are fine. I did email the owner and she said she would send someone for the mice but, I really didn't want exterminators on my vacation. She did not offer a discount in anyway.

It was a nice week
Lots of stairs in the townhouse, long walk to the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood and town, the beach was not crowded at all. I had a pretty good idea what the property looked like from the listing and knew the beach was a hike because I checked Google. All in all we had a good time but I'm sure my son and husband never want to pull wagons that far again.

very accommodating , beautiful clean house.
The house was super cute, clean and had everything we needed and more. The area was quiet and close to the supermarket and shopping center. The beach was very nice and not overcrowded. So very nice of the generous owners to provide beach tags among other things like beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. They also provided 4 bikes/helmets, which i regret not taking advantage of. The 2 beach carts and wagon were broken which was kinda of a bummer because it is about a 11 minute walk to the beach and than another trek to get to the water with the stuff. I only mention this because had we known we would have brought our own. There was a life guard right there so we felt very comfortable relaxing in the sun while our children enjoyed the surf close by.

Perfect Beach house for family
My wife, kids & in-laws stayed at this listing this past week, it did not disappoint. The beach was in perfect walking distance & was not crowded but just the right amount of people. The Town house was well equipped and clean. The property manager did very well on this property & gets 6 out of 5 stars from me and my family/in-laws. Brigantine, NJ also gets a 6 out of 5 stars. That town is as close to utopia I think you can get

Great Location and House has everything!
My wife and I stayed here for a week with our 2 young kids and grandparents. It is in a wonderful location nestled in a col-de-sac and there is a path leading off the dead-end road going right to the beach. Although the walk to the beach is deceptively longer than we anticipated, it was still manageable by foot. The house is also a very short distance from the center of town making trips for food and groceries super convenient. The house itself has everything including beach badges, umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, kitchen with all the amenities, etc. We brought baby gates from home but there were already 2 baby gates in the closet! There is an outside patio with a grill and lounging area on the bottom floor and a nice deck with a patio table and chairs on the second floor. The house is clean and spacious and the owners are very generous and accommodating to allow their renters to use anything they need. We really enjoyed our stay!

Just as adveretised, and more!
Had a great stay here. Our first time staying in Brigantine. House had everything you could want. Didn't need to bring half the things we did. There were 4 bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, toys, etc. The walk to the beach could be a little shorter, but once you get there it is a beautiful beach and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Kids could ride their bikes to different activities like mini golf and to get ice cream. Outside could use some updating but for the price it was as good as could be expected.

Great 2 weeks
We had our grandchildren with us as a family type vacation. They enjoy the condo and all of the places to get away from us and each other. The beach was convenient as well as local options for entertainment.

Bright, spacious townhome close to beach
We loved this property for its proximity to the beach path! Other highlights:
Garage with plenty of space for beach paraphernalia-and use of the owners items as well.
House was clean and bright with plenty of space for our family of four (teenagers aged 16&17) to spend time together and apart. Bathrooms are updated, kitchen is open and well stocked and the grill was used a lot!
My husband and I loved the 'loft' feel of the master as well as our own bathroom and cozy deck.
Family room was very comfortable- we enjoyed board games and puzzle building.
We counted approximately 1100 steps from door to oceans edge.
Best beach in NJ! Clean, wide, great waves and terrific little tide pools.
AC has some nice restaurants, but Brigantine has Hoopers for great seafood, Laguna Beach, Aunt B's for ice cream and our favorite, Pirates Den for breakfast. Acme is close, but I had groceries delivered from the Shoprite in Absecon. Nice not to fight the crowds on arrival day( order well in advance to get best delivery times). Great beach rental- highly recommend

Bright, airy, fully appointed.
Second visit and just as pleased as last year. Cassie's home is a breath of fresh air. Clean, and bright, and everything needed to gather at the end of the day and self-cater for good times with extended family. Cassie is a responsive host who anticipates her guest's needs for a pleasant stay. Beach chairs, cart, toys and especially a kite were much appreciated. Thanks so much for sharing your home, Cassie.

Bright, spacious, clean and well-equipped
Wonderful townhouse on a cul-de-sac a minute's walk from beach access path. Plenty of room for people to spend some leisure time apart and comfy couches for families to gather for game or movie time after the beach. Really an all-included arrangement. Everything was as specified in the listing and more. Having a beachcart, boogie boards, chairs and even toys available was such a convenience. Thanks for a fabulous week, Cassie

Great vacation house for a family
For the second year in a row our family had a wonderful vacation at this home in Brigantine. The house has a layout that makes it easy for a family or group to spend time together, while allowing for privacy for everyone. It is clean, spacious and inviting. We have come to love Brigantine as a vacation spot. The island is beautiful and quiet, but Atlantic City is right next door whenever you're looking for a little excitement. The beach is close by and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this home for a lovely vacation.

Great Place for a Stay Near one of the Best Beaches Anywhere - and so close to Atlantic City!
Our daughter was turning 21 this year and she wanted it to be special. We spent many vacations in Brigantine when my parents lived here and she has fond memories of the beach here. And nothing beats the subs at Ernie's.
So when we looked for a place we found this one, and it totally met and exceeded our expectations. The renovations were done very well. It's a spacious unit easily accessible to the great beach. Cassie was responsive to all communications concerning the rental and I highly recommend this property

Great vacation home
My family enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing and fun-filled vacation in this home. The house is great for spending quality time together with the open living space and inviting deck. We ate every meal on the deck and found the kitchen very convenient for preparing meals. The home is in a quiet setting, but also just a few minutes away from Atlantic City. We definitely would like to come back again for vacation next year.
