About this apartment rental
Enjoy the excitement of the city without suffering: the double glazing soundproofing ensures peace and tranquility in all rooms. Three large rooms plus kitchen and en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom, separate toilet this apartment is 80 sqm.
A large bed of 160 x 190 in the master bedroom, two twin beds 90 x 190 in the yellow courtyard room are complemented by a twin bed built day sofa in the living room. This configuration can accommodate a family of four to five people or ensure three colleagues in congress or study trip, a substantial independence. Each bed has a mattress and duvet and two pillows per person, all with sub-covers and pillowcases. Normally, tenants bring their sheets and towels, but we can rent them (sheets, towels and linens for couples: 30 € for a family of four or five people: 60 €)
Finally, a large closet, located on the ground floor, lockable for storing equipment, suitcases, stroller without climbing upstairs.
WE RENT WEEKENDS AND SHORT STAYS OUT OF SEASON.
THE HOLIDAYS ARE AVAILABLE ONLY FOR MINIMUM STAYS OF A WEEK FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
