Spacious house with comfortable beds, well-stocked amenities, and responsive owner. Had a great time preparing meals and enjoying the backyard. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The house had a small odor when first arriving but everything was clean and well taken care of. The TVs were outdated. The thermostat was broken but there was a portable AC in the garage. The parking was great! We were able to park 6 cars without using the garage. The rooms were spacious and there was lots of extra bedding.

This house was convenient and spacious enough for our family.

The property is dated but clean. Everything that you could want is supplied for you (soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, toilet paper, laundry soap, dryer sheets, etc). The owner is very nice and responds promptly.

This property was everything we needed while we were in town for a friend's wedding. We had enough space to prepare and enjoy group meals, and the backyard was beautiful. We only ended up having a group of 8 and I think if we had our full 12 that originally planned on coming, it would've been VERY tight, but I'm sure a group could make it work.

Needed a place to stay for our big group. (10 pax)
Place was decent and clean!
Thanks for having us.

Pictures create wrong expectations.
Property was not as clean as expected / pictured. Asked host about potential for black mold/water damage clarification in the bathroom, and received no explanation back.
The location is nice, but the host needs to hire actual cleaning people, we arrived at check in time, and the cleaning people were still there, came back 15 mins later, and they were leaving, we walked in, and it looked like they had done nothing except take out the trash.

Must DISGUSTING place EVER! DO NOT STAY HERE!
Worst rental EVER! Do not waste your money at this place. I rented this place out for my family coming into town for my wedding. I was excited because it was 10 mins away from my house. The first night my sister in law found a blown up condom in the downstairs bedroom. The shower downstairs was not working and the sofa bed down stairs smelled musky like rotten garbage. But wait thats not the worst part, the upstairs main bedroom had used and dirty water bottles that pervious guests had drank out of. The bedroom sheets were unwashed and clearly not clean. Main bedroom shower was not working. The must disgusting item besides the blown up condom was that the 2nd bedroom next to the bathroom has blood stains on the pillow, not something small but huge blood stains that should have never been missed. There was a knife under the bed as well. Upstairs bathroom did not drain properly and you would have to stand in dirty water while taking a shower. the downstairs bathroom was not working and the shower head downstairs never worked. Dishes were clearly used and dirty, my family had to go and buy new pillows, comforters and bedsheets because everything that was provided was not clean. When I brought this all to Peter's attention he dismissed our concerns and is now wanting us to pay a fee for items that were already damaged. He was very dismissive and not really listening to our concerns. Over all im just DISGUSTED that this property is even being rented out when it was clearly not clean and not following the Covid protocol. How can someone miss a soiled pillow with blood stains and a blown up condom if they supposedly said they cleaned the house. Worst place ever!

Nice Family Getaway
My family and I stayed at this house in early April. It is a spacious house with plenty of amenities and the owner is very responsive and accommodating. He even hand delivered our shot glasses that were left in the kitchen cabinet. Much appreciated! The beds are very comfortable with hotel quality, clean sheets. Full stock of paper towels & toilet paper which is important! The walls/floors are super thin so bring earplugs if you don't like noise. Also, the kitchen doesn't have large casserole pans so bring some if cooking for a large group. Other than that, we had a great stay!

Squeaky Retro house
House is very retro and makes for a unique experience. It could use updated sheets and new tv’s. Property manager was quick to respond and remedy any issues we had.

Spacious home
We stayed on this property for a long weekend. Positives for our stay were: comfortable and clean beds, a well stocked kitchen for cooking, good technology access and storage space for our bikes during our stay. Not-so-positives were the outdoor garbage bins not being emptied by trash day, so we had to store extra trash in the garage, and the deck space was not usable due to winter weathering (debris, pine needles). Some bathroom fixtures feel dated but are still in working condition. Overall, we had a nice weekend in the home and were pleased with the space it provided us.

great location - kitchen needed some basic supplies
The location was great - culdesac for grandkids to play safely with basketball hoop. close to middle school with tennis courts. plenty of beds to sleep in. there were some issues though. BBQ started didn't work - had to use lighter. Kitchen - (a) had only one medium casserole pan - could use more for large group (b) no flat cookie or pizza sheets (c) plenty of soap for dishwasher, but none for washing pots and pans (d) no kitchen towels but plenty of bath towels that we used in kitchen (e) only 1 large and 1 medium mixing/serving bowls - could use more for large group. Since we have rented vacation houses for years, we were equipt for most of these. However, it made preparing meals for 10+ a little challenging. Would be nice to have the above for future renters.

Wedding celebration
We had plenty of space for all our needs. Was a short distance from the venue and my sons house.

Great house to stay!
We have spent 3 days and 2 nights at this house for our Thanksgiving vacation and we really love it. The owner is really friendly and easy to reach out to solve problem. The only thing is the heater downstairs didn’t work that great. But overall, the house is nice and we had a sweet time staying here.

Very comfortable home. Perfect for our family weekend celebration In Redmond.
Comfortable, clean, plenty of space to gather and hang out with our family, and a great location. We would stay here again!

Nice place at the right price.
Peter’s cozy house had everything we needed for 2 nights pre-cruise. I missed the fact that like many homes in the area, there is no air conditioning. Fortunately, the recent heat wave broke and we had pleasantly cool weather for our stay. It was an excellent economical alternative to the very pricey Seattle hotel market. Wish the roofers across 87th Ave didn’t have to work into the wee hours (way past midnight). I’m sure the neighborhood is usually very quiet. Some of the lights were in need of replacement, one of the hair dryers didn’t heat and the front door screen needs repaired but otherwise a very comfortable property. I’m sure we’ll use Peter again in the future. Thanks for everything.

Nice home!!!
Nice place and well kept. Had all the “little things” there you forget to bring. Very comfortable.

The house was cozy!
We enjoyed our stay here. Peter was very responsive and helpful. All information and instructions were clear and covered all we needed to know. The house was roomy and offered good sleeping options for our group. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and towels. Everything was clean and nice. The furnishings and kitchen supplies were adequate though a little sparse. Paper products and shower supplies were plentiful. Appliances all were fairly new and worked well. We had everything we needed and had no troubles finding things. The location worked very well for us. We had family nearby but also had no problem getting to shopping and to the city for outings. We would definitely stay here again!

So much potential!
This home fit our needs. Nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen a nice size for everyone to have breakfast together. This is an older home with great potential to be a little more 'cozy'. The carpets could use a good scrubbing (or just need to be replaced). Musty odor that could be helped with some scented plug-ins. Had an issue with bees in the house. Hope that gets fixed. Would I stay here again? Maybe.

Nice home, old, but nice
The home was very large and accommodated our whole group with ease. The home itself was quite dated and a little worse for wear in some spots. But it did the job. Peter was very responsive if I had any questions. Directions on wifi and TV usage were clear. I would book this home again if I needed to be in the area with a large group again.

quirky, convenient, cozy on a cul de sac
Not fancy but comfortable split level home, In town for a family wedding and six of us stayed in the house for four nights. Adequate sheets, towels and kitchen tools. Nearby, though not walkable, grocery store and decent access to the freeway. Good location for a wedding near South Lake Union and a brother in Bothell. It worked very well for our needs and the owner left good information and instructions.

Home was roomy. Was worried about the heat, but with the windows open at night, it was okay.
Clean, roomy, and comfortable. Coffeemaker was greatly appreciated. Only negative was a noisy garage door.

Lack of towels and basic kitchen objects
Disappointed with the lack of towels (not enough for 10 of us to all shower!). Not enough dishes...silverware...no can opener....no utensil to flip pancakes or cook eggs. Lack of bath mats...just disappointing.
There was an abundance of paper towels and toilet paper. Much to improve but the house is comfortable and quiet. Hope that the owners will add to the items that a basic rental home will need.

Cozy Kirkland Home
The Finn Hill home was perfect in every way for our needs when staying in Kirkland. The house is quite large and has several bathrooms, so it would be perfect for groups of 6 or more. The kitchen is fully stocked with almost everything you could possibly need in the way of utensils and there is seating for 8 at the kitchen table. What really impressed me about the house was actually the main contact Peter. Not only did he work with us on timing, but he actually would reply to my questions instantly, so it was like I was actually texting him. Excellent!! Great place and if we ever need to stay in Kirkland again, we will be booking here.
