LEGACY VILLAS AT LA QUINTA:
Architecture: Legacy Villas (like it's neighbor, La Quinta Resort & Club®) features Spanish hacienda architecture with smooth, white stucco walls, blue shutters, and barrel-rolled Spanish tile roofs. The community is built between 2005 and 2008.

Location: Legacy Villas sits in a dramatic cove of the Santa Rosa Mountains, just North of the historic La Quinta Resort & Club®.

Pools/Spas: Legacy Villas has 12 salt-water pools (incl. 3 at the Clubhouse) & 11 salt-water spas (incl. 2 at the Clubhouse)

Resert-Style Grounds. There are 19 fountains, wide walking paseos, Ruby Red Grapefruit Trees (ripening in January), and well-maintained landscaping.

Clubhouse: The Legacy Villas Clubhouse features resort-style pools/spas, a water splash kids play area, resort-style cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, meeting rooms, and the Legacy Grille (open high season weekends for breakfasts, lunches and frozen treats).

Security: Gates are guarded 24-hours each day for increased security.

Activities: Convenient for many activities in the Coachella Valley: HITS Thermal, PGA's Q School (every other year), Palm Springs Film Festival, Humana Challenge (PGA), BNP Parabas OPEN (Indian Wells) ATP Tennis Tournament, La Quinta Arts Festival, Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, Indian Wells Art Festival, and many, many other activities including fine dining, shopping, golf, tennis, hiking, biking, and hot air ballooning.

Pets: Well-behaved pets under 40 lbs are welcome ($75 pet cleaning fee per pet, must be crated or fenced when owner absent).

CANCELLATION FEE: $125/booking if before 60 days,

RESERVATION DEPOSITS: $500 if reservation is 6 months or more in the future. Reservation Deposits are refundable subject to Cancellation fee up until 60 days before the beginning of your stay. Payments in full must be made not less than 60 days prior to your arrival, or reservation may be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

Wonderful place to stay! It's within walking distance to LQ Resort, and just a short golf cart ride to downtown, markets, stores, etc. Everything is within 5-10 minutes at most. Kathi is an amazing host who is always friendly and quick to respond. I'm looking forward to booking with her again.

We had such a great time!! Communication with the owners was super easy- Thank you - but we didn’t need a thing. Everything in the condo was in great shape and the welcome book gave us all the info we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Excellent 3 bedroom place with lots of room. Multiple pools and spas close by. The La Quita resort and spa is walking distance from the complex. We had a great vacation with Family and Friends. Everything was super clean. We would highly recommend for future.

Property is set perfectly for a group traveling together, one master is on one side with its own private balcony with sounds of the waterfall outside, the other rooms are on the opposite side all with 2 full bathrooms. Perfect location 4 min away from tennis center 2miles from all shopping. We will definitely be coming back great host.

Kathi was so helpful and accommodating. She responded quickly each time I had a question. We had a late flight on Sunday and Kathi was so kind to allow us to stay in the villa a bit later than normal. It made our last day so much less streasful. The legacy villas area is just beautiful and wonderful restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful stay.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament at the polo fields. The condo was the perfect fit for us. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and enough room for our family to spread out. It had everything we needed. We loved that it was about a 5 minute walk to La Quinta Resort where we had dinner or grabbed coffee. The condo complex itself had a great pool, hot tubs, beautiful views hammocks and a little cafe...although hours for the cafe were limited. The drive to the polo fields was about 10-15 minutes so it made things very easy. Would definetly stay here again if we are in town!

It took us a minute to find the unit in the dark. It's not on the street but rather at the end of the parking lot area. Upstairs unit. Upon walking in, I could hear all of the ladies making sweet comments about how cute the place was. The bedrooms are nicely separated. The main suite actually has an interior door that separates it from the rest of the house (very squeaky, it needs WD40) as well as an exterior door for a private entry from the outside. This suite also has it's own balcony which I LOVED! Everything was very clean. Lots of trash bags were provided which I appreciated. The walk to the MAIN pool is VERY short. You will be pleased by this when it's over 100 degrees outside. There is covered parking (first come first served) right at the entrance to the unit. Each section of the house has it's own thermostat. WONDERFUL! The only place for improvement is the kitchen. If you are a chef, the kitchen will disappoint. I recommend bringing your own supplies if you are particular about this kind of thing. The cutlery, pots/pans, cookie sheets, cooking utensils, serving wear leave something to be desired. So if you are planning to entertain with lots of cooking, come prepared. Also, I couldn't find Tupperware to store leftovers so bring Ziplocs. I should have done that. Icemaker needs work. Bring ice! Lastly, there are not any plastic tumblers for your poolside beverages. Overall I would recommend this unit. Solid stay!

We love this place. Will definitely be returning to this home on future trips to Palm Springs! Make sure you plan on morning coffee on the deck with the Santa Rosas right in front of you! The blankets are right by the door near the deck to keep you warm in the morning and evenings.

The property is well kept and in a beautiful development. We enjoyed the fitness center, pools and hot tubs. A nice walking trail is available as well as easy walk to the La Quinta Resort and town. Kathi is easy to work with, organized and quick to respond. Great stay!

Wow!!! This condo is absolutely perfect!!!! There is plenty of space for a family or even a couple families. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. It was so convenient to have a washer/dryer. The furniture/beds were so comfortable and the condo is decorated beautifully. The La Quinta pools and grounds are great! If you have little kids, they are going to love it. Definitely will stay again! Thank you, Kathi. It was a pleasure working with you!

Extremely comfortable and well equipped condo with good separation of two king suites, plus a third double twin. Our family enjoyed the outdoor space and used the electric bar-b-que unit to grill steaks and seafood. It was quiet and peaceful, even during a holiday weekend . Booking and check-in were flawless. We are all looking for an opportunity to visit again!
