Great time.

Suitable for my family & pets, great location.

I'm not complaining but there was no kettle. An essential in my eyes. I borrowed one from a relative in the area.

Truly less impressive than photos suggest. It is an old family beach house, still comfy enough but nothing fancy about it.

Very disappointing for the amount of money

The location was great the size of the house was good for a family

It was very unclean lots of mould in the vanity in the main bathroom the second toilet in the laundry didn’t flush properly it smelt of animals there was a mat in the laundry/ second bathroom that had a very bad odour. The standard fans some didn’t work but we’re covered in mould and dust.There we’re dangerous holes on the side of the driveway and a drain covered in a mat as you walked out the back door. You felt like you had to clean it before you could stay in it very tired and run down.

Property needs some updates to ensure people have a great stay. You can't rely on location alone.

It is a great location.

It needs many updates. Bedding mattress in one bedroom was old and very stained. All beds need new pillows plus the linen was hospital grade. Water pressure in the property is so bad it wakes people when bathroom is used in the evening. Fire alarm beeping so needs replacement.

The house is really not clean and not comfortable.The bed and pillow so dirty.Quilt covers that were provided were dirty.Under beds and behind doors didn’t look like they had ever been cleaned really dusty.Dirty floors and footprints.Disgusting and a disappointing start to our holiday

We loved the location and the house was very comfortable.

location was great- also good for our dog

The doors jammed a bit and the windows could have been cleaned, also a few spiders and cockroaches. the house has great bones just needs a bit of updating but it is very comfortable.

loved shoal bay beautiful place was disappointed with the house being so dirty

fantastic location to the beach

the place was super dirty not enough linen supplied only got 5 towels and 5 [pillow cases for 8 people dirty pillow and quilts bbq was so dirty could not be used has a ant problem got into everything in the kitchen screen on bedroom window has huge hole so does front door screen other windows in bedroom cant even open as blocked by beds spent most of my weekend cleaning and washing so we had clean linen and dishes which all smelt musty as did whole house

Great location water views beautiful place to visit

Musty smell. Mildew on ceiling and blinds. No towels or bath mats. Beds were uncomfortable and low they could do with and update. Manly paying for the area you are staying at as it is a great location. House is a great size for a group to stay
