The 4 room apartments are about 90 square meters and are located in the 3rd. Floor. From the bright living room you reach the large balcony. There is a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, a bathroom with bath / WC and another separate toilet. In the three bedrooms there are two double beds each with two mattresses as well as two single beds and a sofa bed. The living room can also sleep up to two people on a combined living / sleeping couch. For a child up to 4 years, there is a wooden bed in a bedroom. For a toddler up to 2 years we are happy to put a travel cot in the apartment (once 15 €).  The apartment has W-LAN reception.  Coin - washing machine and dryer are available in the property.  The price includes a parking space in the car park (about 90 m) for a car up to 1,90 m height. Higher cars, underground parking spaces and further parking spaces only on direct request at the Feriendomizil at an extra charge.
