This was a great place to stay as it was close to the beach, restaurants and other shopping. The amenities on site were wonderful for both the adults and kids. The corner location was convenient, all things inside the unit were clean and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable!

My husband and I and our two adult daughters stayed here for a few days. We liked the proximity to the beach and the amenities in the community ( fitness center, ping ping, putting green). . The unit, however, was in need of updating of carpets and furniture as they were soiled and worn and not particularly attractive. It also had a strong unpleasant chemical odor that hit us each time we entered. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils to make cooking easy.

This was the perfect location! I can not get enough of the California sunsets that are just steps away. We loved our stay!

The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The downside was that this condo overlooks the jacuzzi which at times had upwards of 22 people in it including a lot of children which made it very loud. It was warm so we needed to leave the windows open so it was not as peaceful as we hoped. At least there were hours that limit how late people were allowed in the jaccuzi so we were able to sleep at night. It was also a little uncomfortable sitting on the balcony because you look right at the jaccuzi.
Also...more silverware would be nice. Thank you!

My family and I felt right at home! We absolutely loved the place..the location was perfect! Susan was very pleasant with the check in process and replied right away! She was awesome with her recommendations! We were so close to the beach! We would certainly stay at her place again! Thank you Susan!

Enjoyed the Beach
Unit was very organized with labels telling where things were stored. The owner provided many items that made the beach more enjoyable. The shower was good, and the beds were comfortable.
The view from the condo balcony was non-existent. All we could see were trees, plants, and a glimpse of the hot tub through the trees. The listing on VRBO showed a view of the pool and the complex, so we were disappointed.
We do cooking when vacationing to avoid eating unhealthy expensive food in restaurants for every meal. The kitchen was woefully lacking useful pots and pans as well as eating utensils. Fortunately we brought two skillets for cooking breakfast.
I wish I could give this rental a better review, but for the nightly price plus all the fees and taxes we paid, I don't think we will rent this unit in the future.

Nice property for family vacations
Our family enjoyed our stay at North Coast Village and unit C-113. Master bedroom was comfortable and roomy. The second bedroom and bathroom came in handy for the kids to share.

Perfect floor and location in one of the most beautifully landscaped resorts I've seen. Our towels and linens were most likely cleaned, but seemed like they were sitting there for a while. The couch and covers had some stains. We loved our trip over all and our kids had a great time,

Great tome
Very nice -felt like we were in Hawaii. Check in was horrible. Had no idea where the HOA office was (middle of the complex!!) to check in . Thank God we found the patrol office to help us.
we did have an ant problem in the kitchen. All in all our stay was very nice -nice people great location.

Not a very good selection of pans to cook with. Also some of the pans were not clean and one had grease in it. The place was well appointed but not very clean. The garbage disposal need to be replaced

The whole family had a great time at North Coast Village - the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and they have ping pong, mini golf and fish to feed. It is located right on the beach and you can sit on the harbor side for some quiet time or the pier side where you can watch surfers and find some yummy treats. We have kids of all ages and they all enjoyed it. The unit could have been cleaned a little better, and during COVID, the gym and sauna were closed and you have to make reservations for the pool and jacuzzi so you have to make a reservation 2 days ahead early in the morning. Overall it was great and we Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

Sweet condo close to everything
Two Bedrooms with baths in each room. Very comfortable beds. Great second bedroom for our older teens. Rained while we were so we did not get a chance to really enjoy the grounds and beach. But unit is perfect for a family get-away and in summer you will love proximity to beach and Carlsbad center. Owners are very helpful and quick to communicate and offer suggestions for things to do dine. . Super plus there. Loved it and wouldn book again.

Family together time
NCV is a beautiful place to stay with much to do for all ages. Kids loved the beach and pools. Adults loved walking to the harbor, on the strand, and choice of restaurants. Everything was so clean and well kept up. We have been coming here since we discovered the area about 5 years ago. It is the perfect location for walk , ride bikes, swim, eat and just be together. Unit we stayed at was plenty big for 6 of us and SO convenient to everything.

Great Location!
We've stayed at North Coast Village many times and this Condo is in an ideal spot. Parking spot is super close, nice for hauling groceries or luggage, and being a corner unit the ocean breeze is amazing. The jucuzzi is just just below the balcony but you get used to it very quickly and the adjacent waterfall will put you right to sleep at night. All the beds are comfy and the shower water pressure is impressive. We had a very relaxing week and will definitely be back!!

Great for a family vacation
We took our kids (16, 7 and 3) for the weekend. We thoroughly loved everything. Location is great. The walk to the sand is so quick and easy. And thanks to the breakwater my 3yo could play in the water safely. We walked to the end of the pier and ate at Ruby's. The condo itself is stocked with plenty of the essentials. The furniture was comfy and all the notes and labels on things were very helpful. We loved it and will definitely be back.

It is really very much like the listing. The environs are lush with greenery, the 2 pools are easy to access with an appt., the beach is just steps away...perfect for what we wanted. Everything in the condo worked well, situated steps from the elevator.

Spent 6 days during the Coronavirus Pandemic for first responder respite. Proximity and ease of access to the beach made it the perfect environment to relax and recharge.

Great stay
We just spent 5 wonderful days in this condo. We had some challenges with everything being closed because of the virus, but we are beach people and if you want to be at the beach this is the place to be. The condo was perfect. Very well stocked and well taken care of.

Lovely
This property was lovely. The property was so well maintained, it made me feel like we were in Hawaii, and the kids had fun feeding the koi and swimming in the pool. The condo itself suited our needs perfectly. Everything was labeled and was stocked with the basics. We had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was very well kept. Kids fed the coy with the staff in the mornings and loved it. Lots to do onsite. Condo was well-equipped with everything you need. And the beds were really comfortable! Would definitely recommend!
