Milica is located in Sukosan, a small village and port located in the spacious bay of Zlatna luka, only 10km south-east of Zadar. Apart from its historical sights Sukosan is also known for its beautiful beaches and hidden coves. Some of its beaches are: the beach "Children's paradise", the beach "Makarska" and the beach "Zlatna Luka". Sukosan offers a range of opportunities for those who want to enrich their vacation with other activities other than swimming and sunbathing. Active vacationers can enjoy volleyball, basketball, soccer, tennis, hiking, running, cycling, etc.In the 150m2 house there are 5 bedrooms which can accomodate up to 10 people. You have a fully equipped kitchen with all the household appliances and cutlery and dishes to help you prepare your meals and desserts daily. In the living room there is radio and satellite TV. There are also 3 bathrooms with a shower, hair dryer, bedding, towels, washing machine and iron. In one part of the room is available air conditioning but with extra charge, while the Internet is free and can be used in all rooms. The great advantage of this property is 300m2 courtyard with swimming pool, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden furniture. The yard is fenced so you can enjoy complete privacy, peace and quiet.If you decide to stay in Milica, the center will be 2000m from you. To the nearest beach, you will need 700m, and it will take the same to the nearest bar and restaurant. A parking space will be waiting for you in front of the house, and if you decide to come by your own or rented boat, you will be provided with a berth for the boat, only with a prior notice though. Destination trop loin des animations et du centre ville pour des jeunes. Maison non propre à notre arrivé, les placards intérieur étaient sales et plein de toiles d''araignées. Point positif une cuisine extérieur.

Wonderful house

We were two families travelling together. We really enjoyed the house. Most of all the garden, the swimmingpool and the outdoor kitchen were we all could get together, eat and play.

Schöne Unterkunft! Der Pool ist riesig, mit toller Wasserqualität. Der Garten ist sehr schön und der Grill eignet sich hervorragend zum Familiengrillen. Leider sind die Kochmöglichkeiten in den Küchen etwas begrenzt (2 Platten jeweils), deshalb nur 4 Sterne bei Komfort. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen so dass man auch abends grillen und feiern kann. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
