The exclusive, newly renovated and quiet apartment 'ART City-Studio 3' is in a prime location in central Vellmar, right on the city limits of Kassel (the two cities merge seamlessly and imperceptibly, so that Vellmar looks like a district of Kassel) and is only about 5 kilometers from downtown Kassel and therefore from many Documenta exhibition venues.
The apartment was recently completely renovated and newly furnished. You can expect exclusive designer furniture, lovely accessories and many works of art. As a free extra we offer you W-LAN for internet access.
There are numerous FREE parking spaces right outside the door.

Kassel city center with the DOCUMENTA exhibition areas can be reached in a few minutes by car or public transport (bus, Regiotram and streetcar within walking distance). Tram line 1, for example, goes from Vellmar directly to Kassel's city center in just a few minutes.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable, pull-out sofa bed (1.60 by 2 meters) for 2 people, with a flat-screen TV, DVD player and hi-fi system.
The kitchen / dining area was equipped with a modern kitchenette, the high quality, modern bathroom u. a. with shower / toilet and towel heating.
The large south-facing balcony with table and chairs invites you to linger in the sun.
