About this house rental
Create a wonderful memory in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offering tranquil accommodations for up to 8 guests. The master bedroom and the second bedroom have a sliding door access to the backyard where you could enjoy the screened saltwater pool. The outdoor area is surrounded with beautiful tropical plants including banana trees and is completely enclosed with a privacy fence.
This is an H O A family neighborhood absolutely NO partying NO loud music quiet hours during the week or 9 PM quiet hours on the weekend 10:30 PM if I do get a noise complaint you’ll be asked to leave with no refund.

The kitchen is fully equipped with most of the basic things you will need to enjoy your home cook meal if you want to save money from eating out. The living area holds a large flat screen T.V. , fire stick, playstation3, and WiFi along with comfortable furnishings.
Palm Harbor area offers a variety of entertainment and restaurant options including, Thirsty Marlin in Downtown Palm Harbor, Pinocchio’s Pizza, El Texano Mexican Restaurant, Hellas Restaurant and Bakery in Downtown Tarpon Springs, and many more, as well as dolphin cruises and fishing charters.

We stayed at this property for 8 days for a multi-family vacation (5 adults and 3 children aged from 7-12). We used this vacation to relax and enjoy time together as a family, but also for individual downtime. This property did not disappoint.
Both children and adults used the pool multiple times throughout the day. With the pool being enclosed, we did not have to worry about bugs and the tint in the pool screen created a perfect buffer that resulted in our kids not needing sunscreen. In our previous experience with a Vrbo rental, they did not have the screen enclosed pool, and I can tell you from experience now that it definitely makes a difference. The patio/grill setup was also great.
The house was very clean and had a lot of essentials available. Another downfall that we have ran into with other rentals is that we have had to buy a lot of staples (like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry supplies, cooking sheets, etc) just to be able to live in the house for a week. With this house, it was adequately stocked with essentials for multiple families to live there for the week. I loved that the host allowed for people to leave their slightly used shampoos, conditioners and hairspray for others to use. That was an additional savings to our grocery bill for the week.
The host (Jesse) was wonderful and immediately responded when we needed help. We loved this house and would definitely book again!

10/10 I highly recommend this property to any family wanting to vacation in the Palm Harbor area! The house was very clean, open layout and plenty of space for larger families, the pool and patio area was a huge hit for the kids, and communication with the host was so easy! The location is close to several popular destinations including Honeymoon Island and Clearwater. I will definitely be keeping this location in mind for future vacations!

Overall the property was very good. There was an issue with getting the TV working properly and the owner had to spend an entire Sunday afternoon getting it working. The dishwasher did not do a good job of washing the dishes. The water temperature in the house never got beyond warm, no hot showers. Beyond the owners control the dog next door barked frequently.

Amazing home in a wonderful neighborhood. Close to a park with walking trails, playground and tennis/pickle ball courts. House had all that we needed and more with a great yard for our labs to exercise. The pool was heated and refreshing. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area…

Our family of 6 stayed at this home and it was just perfect for us. We loved having the pool in the backyard. The kids could swim as much as they wanted and there were windows everywhere to keep an eye on them. We did encounter some strange bug bites but the owner took care of that promptly and worked to fix the issue. We were impressed with his prioritization and resolution of this issue. This was the best place to stay and we’d happily stay again!

Payment, Check-in, Check-out everything was easy!!! Great location! Nice house to rent. We were all very impressed and there was 9 of us total that stayed 4 adults and 5 kids. Very kid friendly. This was our most enjoyable vacation and we would recommend this rental and we would rent again.

The owner Jeff was very nice and easy to deal with . Even gave us back our pet fee after we decided last minute not to bring our pups . The house was wonderfully stocked with all the necessities and pool supplies beach chairs and toys and games . TV’s in every room . Would highly recommend renting this house from Jeff to anyone !

This was a perfect place for the bride and her bridesmaids to stay on the wedding weekend! Plenty of space! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and back porch were perfect for spending time relaxing. The home was decorated so nicely and was exactly what we needed for the weekend. I would definitely stay here again!

We arrived to a very clean wonderful house. It was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 9. The outdoor pool area and covered patio offered an extra living space which allowed us to take advantage of the gorgeous weather. I would highly recommend Jesse and his property. It was a wonderful experience and made our vacation into the oasis we were desiring.

House was a pleasant surprise as far as amenities go. Extras that are not included in many rentals. Little things like spices and coffee and things you normally don't see. It is much appreciated. Lovely outdoor living area around the pool. Enjoyed coffee out there in the mornings. Perfect yard for the dog. Used the fire pit more than once. Would stay here again when in the area. So much to see close by, lots of county and state parks. Pinellas trail for biking. 2 weeks was not enough time.

This house is very nice! It is clean & spacious. The lanai and pool are very welcoming. We enjoyed several meals sitting at the table outside. The neighborhood is quiet and located close to the Gulf making it easy to access beaches and Clearwater. It is close to Tarpon Springs where you can get great Greek food.
Our 2 small dogs enjoyed exploring the fenced yard.
Overall it was a wonderful place to stay!

We throughly enjoyed our time here! We didn’t have any complaints & Jesse responded quickly when I inquired about check in & check out. The house was very clean!!! The pool & backyard was a great set up! The neighborhood was nice and our family felt safe. The house had a game closet & some pool toys that our children enjoyed. We bought our own Keurig cups the second day but it was nice to have a selection available to choose from when we first arrived. It was also nice to have more than 1 roll of toilet paper or trash bag available. Seems like he tried to make sure all basic necessities were available in case anything was forgotten at home. Wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I, as well as her parents and brother decided to stay here and we were extremely impressed with the neighborhood, Palm Springs area and the house and it's accommodations. The size of the house is deceivingly big, the pictures don't do it justice. The five of us had plenty of space and privacy.
Hopefully if time permits, we would like to stay here again in the future.

Perfect family getaway
Property is beautiful. Home is well stocked. Jesse was fantastic with responding timely on all my inquiries. Only negative was ice maker did not work and since we were there for a softball tournament, we had to buy a bag of ice every day to pack our cooler.

Great place to stay for a Girl's Trip!
I booked this property for a girls getaway! We absolutely loved this place--easy check-in, very clean and owners were very quick to reply to any of our questions prior to our trip! When we weren't touring all of our destinations, we spent all of our time in the pool and covered area with couches and chairs. It was so relaxing!! We would absolutely stay here again!!

Amazing Florida home in quiet neighborhood
This house is an absolute gem. There was plenty of space for my family.. The house had a beautiful kitchen and an amazing outdoor space. There are multiplied sets oh doors that lead to the pool area. The neighborhood is peacefully quiet. Jesse was very responsive and helpful!

Great place for a family
Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate enough for us to use the pool, but have nothing bad to say about this property. Enjoyed a great week with my husband, myself, adult daughter, another adult daughter and her husband and 2 small kids. Another daughter and her husband, as well as her two kids that lived nearby came to visit, as well as my parents. Great location near park.

We had a great stay, the weather was perfect, the house comfortable and clean and well appointed, our dogs loved the fenced yard and great park nearby for walks.
