The house is divided on three levels: the ground floor is the open kitchen with living and dining area, and a laundry room with washing machine. In the two upper floors housed in three double rooms, all of which always have a subsequent, private shower room with toilet.
The well-kept interior is modern and offers comfortable facilities.
Next to the dining area is the open kitchen, which allows an extensive self-sufficiency in a four-zone induction hob, a dishwasher and a fridge and freezer.
From the kitchen you directly reach the garden with charcoal grill fireplace and a shaded terrace that is perfect for outdoor dining. From the living and dining room leads directly to the pool.
Our Villa are located in Duce, a town located between Omis and Dugi Rat, on the Riviera Omis.
Duce is a small quiet town, nestled between the Adriatic sea and the mountain Mosor. The royal mountain range covered with vast pine forests that extend to the beach, perfect destination Duce in a special way. The clean air, the mild climate and the enchanting views of the sea and the islands are things that will impress every visitor at first sight.
The beautiful sandy beaches are a natural phenomenon and are one of the most important tourist destinations in the central Dalmatian coast. The whole beach is continuously flat and therefore ideal for families with small children.
The town of Omis, just 1.5 km from Duce, offers a variety of entertainment, leisure and sporting activities. The history of this small town is long and very interesting. Omis offers because of its unique location, surrounded by steep cliffs, the Cetina river and the sea, an amazing landscape. Thus, the eco-tourism in rural households, sports such as rafting on the rapids of the Cetina, climbing on the cliffs, surfing, marathon swimming and beach volleyball are an attractive part of the tourist attractions and activities.
Because of the location of Omis, at the mouth of the Cetina River and the foot of the steep cliff, the wind in Omis never missing. The villa was perfect for our family getaway - there were 6 adults and 4 children between 4 and 8. The villa had everything we needed and the host Ivan was very communicative and really helpful, offering to take us to the bigger supermarket if we needed it (which we didn’t as there was enough around for us to get by on - shops and cafes.) Omiš was quick and easy to get to on the bus and split was just over half an hour on the bus so really easy too!
I would definitely recommend!

We were an extended family of 10 people that stayed in the house. Everything was great, from help with transportation from the airport, helping us as we arrived early, helping us with what to do and where to eat locally, to being available for questions. The house was much closer to the beach than we had understood, just across the road, 50 m as announced. We recommend this house for any larger group of people that want to stay and cook together.

Villa set on three floors, each bedroom has its own shower room/toilet. Plus one downstairs. Pool area was lovely, with shade in a seated outdoor area if needed. Washing machine and iron also available. Some rooms have a hairdryer, all have balconies. The rooms themselves are very good sizes, some with middle dressing rooms separating two sleep areas.
A couple of points which we would have liked, a mirror within the bedrooms (there is one in the bathrooms) for the makeup wearers, and maybe a toaster, but the grill in the oven was adequate. Lovely villa, would recommend. And the owners are very friendly and meet you on arrival.

We stayed in Villa Antonija as a group of 5 adults and 3 teens. The villa was very spacious, exactly like the photos and absolutely spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the linen and towels premium quality. We were met on arrival and Ivan took us to the supermarket in Omis so we could stock up on groceries as we didn’t have a car. There is a local shop which will meet all your needs but has smaller quantities.
The location near the beach and bus stop was perfect. The buses go very regularly into Omis-Split. Omis will cost you 2 euro though you can walk. The beach bars opposite were good value and very good quality food so we never ventured far in the evenings. Omis has rafting, canyoning and ziplining and is a charming place to visit with great food options.
Overall we loved this villa and would return.

Everything about our holiday was fantastic.
We were a party of 11 family and friends and all of us found Croatia to be the most friendly & beautiful place.
Ivan and Marina, our villa hosts were the most helpful and kind people in so many ways. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We experienced a few problems of our own making but Ivan came to the rescue every time and we really appreciate it.
Everything was so convenient, the small convenience store, the bus stop, the beach & loads of lovely restaurants (we can highly recommend Foram literally next door & across on the beach)

This house was perfect for our group of three families travelling together. Close to the beach, restaurants and a smaller supermarket. Walkingdistance to the Omis center or if you want to go to Split or Trogir, the bus stops right outside the house. The hosts are serviceminded to their fingertips and made our stay just perfect👍

We cannot thank Ivan enough for all his help and attention before and during our stay. He and Marina met us on arrival even though we were late landing and showed us how to use everything etc. it was absolutely spotless and really well-equipped. Ivan gave us his number and came a number of times to take us to a bigger supermarket in his own car and he also organised a minibus to take us to Split and back for the day.
The house itself is perfect for a big family or group as all the bedrooms are large and en-suite. We got a change of towels and sheets halfway through and Ivan came regularly to clean the pool and check the chlorine etc (always with notice). The pool is lovely and much needed as it was REALLY hot the whole time - there isn’t a shallow end so better for adults/teens/swimmers but might not be as good if you had little toddlers who wanted to stand up and paddle. We thought the kitchen facilities and how there was more than enough of everything was excellent - superior to other places stayed in. We enjoyed days round the pool and then all being able to sit round the table eating and playing cards and games in the evening.
Location: ideal. Literally opposite the beach with easy access and several bars - Tamarind was good - and a small Konzum supermarket 2 min walk. Lots of water sports on offer -!: the sea is shallow and safe. You can get a small bus from the road into Omis (or back to Split) every 30 mins for about £1.65! However you can comfortably walk to Omis which you definitely should as it’s a beautiful town with winding streets, places to eat and boat trips to catch. We went to Brac island for the day which was lovely. We found all the restauranteurs very friendly and helpful and keen to make sure you enjoy your meal.
We hope to come back again and want to say a big thank you again to Ivan for his care.

Fantastiskt hus
Väldigt fint och rymligt hus. Rent och snyggt. Nära till strand, restauranger och butik. Trevliga staden Omis ligger bara ett par kilometer bort. Värdarna Ivan och Marina var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi bodde 12 personer i huset och hade en underbar vecka! Bussen stannar precis utanför. Vi hade en hyrbil men kunde klarat oss utan den. En dag åkte vi in till Split som är en fantastisk vacker stad.

Fabulous stay would recommend and we will absolutely return
Stayed as a group of 6 friends and the House did not disappoint we had the benefit of a bedroom each which was fantastic and the house had everything you needed. The pool and outdoor eating area is fantastic and we used the bbq which was great.
I’d highly recommend and a friend is ready to book for 2023 with her family.
The Owners were lovely and so helpful they arranged our transfer and also took us to the supermarket which was above and beyond.

Jättefint hus med egen pool. Nära till havet och ett bageri på andra sidan vägen.

Toller Urlaub, schöne Villa
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Freunden im Alter von 21-32 Jahren.
Check-In war ab 14:00 - wir sind um ca. 11 Uhr angekommen und konnten direkt bei der Villa parken. Die Besitzer haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir hatten bereits vor der Ankunft die Telefonnummern von beiden und konnten uns so ziemlich schnell verständigen. Um 14:00 Uhr war die Übergabe geplant. Da wir uns aber gerade in einer nahegelegenen Strandbar die Bäuche vollgeschlagen haben konnten wir diese ohne Probleme auf 14:30 verschieben.
Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Schön, groß und sauber.
Leider sind in der Küche keine 1/2 Liter Gläser und Geschirrtücher vorhanden, also haben wir kurzerhand welche gekauft :).
Betten waren sehr gemütlich und jedes der 6 Zimmer war mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Lage des Hauses war vorzüglich. Weg zum Strand: keine 1 1/2 Minuten. Weg zu einem kleinen Geschäft (dort bekommt man alles nötige für Frühstück und Snack): keine 1 1/2 Minuten. Weg zum Bäcker: keine 1 1/2 Minuten. Weg zum Obst und Gemüsestand: keine 30 Sekunden. Omiš ist auch zu Fuß in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar und eine nette kleine Stadt.
Großes Lob an die Vermieter die ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend waren. Sie sprechen beide sehr sehr gutes Deutsch.
Die Villa kann man jedem der einen gemütlichen Urlaub haben will nur an das Herz legen.

Amazing property and perfect location would definitely recommend
It was our first visit to Croatia and we couldn’t have been happier. The villa is spotlessly clean, a great size for our family of ten with a mix of ages from 3-73 and in a perfect location. The owners were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The six bedrooms were big with en-suite shower rooms so there was plenty of room for everyone. In terms of location this is probable the best villa we have stayed in. A nice beach just over the road (the sea was shallow which was perfect for the kids), a number of lovely restaurants in easy walking distance and a supermarket a few minutes walk away. Would highly recommend this lovely place. We have a great holiday 🥰

Perfect villa stay
Loved our holiday in Ivan & Marina's villa. The villa was very clean and spacious and had everything we required. Enjoyed sunbathing by the pool and having a bbq in the evening. Lovely walks on the beach just across the road. Also drove into Omis for ziplining which was amazing, so picturesque. Visited a few restaurants and bars nearby which were all enjoyable and reasonably priced. Plenty of supermarkets within a few kms. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Ivan & Marina who always responded quickly to any questions and gave good advice on the local area.

The beautiful property was spotlessly clean, our hosts welcomed us and introduced us to this lovely are. The property was large enough for our three generations of family and the pool and lovely shaded area made it a very enjoyable stay.

Fabulous Family Holiday
We had a fantastic time at the house. We were a group of 12 (7 adults and 5 children) and the house was plenty big enough. The house was spotlessly clean upon arrival and the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. They also helped us book a few excursions including a boat day trip which collected us from the beach opposite the house. The pool was definitely a bonus, as was the outside bbq. The outside seating area is a lovely addition to the main house.
There are plenty of amenities nearby including several bakeries, a fruit stall, restaurants and a corner shop. A larger supermarket is within a 5 minute drive.
We would definitely book the house again if we return to Duce!

Super Family Trip
Nine of us aged 4 -70 very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts Marina and Ivan were knowledgeable and helpful. Delightful location very close to beach and shops cafes and restaurants. Memorable early morning walks on the beach for coffee. Excellent sandy beach - clean clear water which was shallow and safe for our little ones. Relaxed atmosphere and there was always somewhere shady to sit and enjoy a book or game and as we were blessed with hot weather the pool was a favourite spot. Nearby the adventurous members of the family enjoyed the zip wire and most of us went rafting.Thank you Marina and Ivan for friendly advice and arranging boat trip for family.

Kind hosts and lovely villa
We recently completed a terrific stay in Duce. The house is very nice, with large rooms. Air conditioning in every room.
The house is very close to the beach, with both grocery store and bakery very close by.
The hosts have been absolutely fantastic, and have provided service well above what one might expect. One of our girls had to go to Split for a hospital visit, and Ivan drove us to the hospital, helped us in the right department, and waited with us to make sure she was well looked after.
We have had a lovely stay and will be happy to return.

Perfekt för alla generationer!
Marina och Ivan tog emot och välkomnade oss med stora leenden. Bra början! Vi kommer lite tidigare än planerat men städningen var klanderfri. Ivan tittade till oss ett flertal gånger under veckan, tryggt!
Att alla rum hade egen toalett/dusch var helt suveränt, det blev aldrig kö :).
Vi och barn och barnbarn trivdes direkt och alla kastade sig i poolen nästan direkt. Vi kunde utan problem hålla koll på barnbarnen när dom badade.
Den lilla Konzum-butiken precis bredvid hade det mesta man behövde, dessutom kunde vi köpa färskt bröd i en brödbod tvärsöver gatan.
Med andra ord en perfekt vecka!

Great experience
We had a group of 10 and really enjoyed the stay. Villa was very clean and the hosts were very accommodating. There are some really nice restaurants within walking distance. A small market was close and the larger market a short bus ride. There are quiet hours that we were asked to respect :). We recommend!

Et særdeles velfungerende og dejligt hus med plads til en stor familie eller til en gruppe venner
Huset er pænt med dejlige rum både udendørs og indendørs. Der er badeværelse til hvert rum. Poolen er flot og ren. Huset ligger tæt ved en sandstrand, og der er indkøbsmuligheder lige om hjørnet. Værtsparret er særdeles venlige og imødekommende.
Ferieboligen kan varmt anbefales.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful country
We stayed two weeks in this immaculate villa. There were 12 of us and plenty of room to sit or lie by the pool, and also other seating areas, which I needed for shade. Ivan and Marina, the owners, could not have been more helpful and supportive. Ivan took two of us to the larger supermarket so that we could stock up, rather than going on the bus. They also brought a local dish for us to try which was delicious. Beach just across the road which was sandy and the sea was shallow for quite a long way out, which was good for the non-swimmers in our party. Lots of beach bars, good local restaurants. Small supermarket just 50 yards away from the villa, plus an excellent bakery across the road. The villa has an excellent bbq. Regular bus service into Omiss and Split with bus stop not far from the villa. The Croatians were very friendly and helpful wherever we went. I can thoroughly recommend this villa you will not be disappointed. We will be back.

Lovely villa, kind hosts, great beach.
The villa was immaculately clean and comfortable. Lovely pool and barbecue area. Also comfortable shaded outside sitting area with sofas.
Great location just yards from the beach, off the main coast road. The part of the beach directly opposite is the best, with no pebble line to cross getting into the sea.
The owners, Ivan and Marina were extremely welcoming and very kind and helpful. They arranged transfers for us to/from the airport and Into Split. They also brought us a gift of delicious soparnik; it was huge but we managed to eat most of it!
Duce has plenty of beach bars and places to eat but if you want late, lively night life until morning (we didn’t) then probably not the location for you. Conveniently the bakeries and a small supermarket are only yards away.
We enjoyed our stay immensely and have returned home reluctantly, but well relaxed, after a lovely week in the sun.
It was a first visit to Croatia for all of us and we’ll be back. If England don’t win the World Cup, we hope Croatia does!

Super Haus in super Lage mit perfekten Gastgebern
Wir, 8 Paare und 2 Kinder, haben das Haus geliebt. Ein super Ferienhaus in tollem Zustand. Der Außenbereich war unser Highlight, an dem wir jeden unserer Abende verbrachten! Zudem haben wir noch nie freundlichere Gastgeber erlebt. Leider hatten wir etwas Unglück mit einer Baustelle in der Nähe, die aber jetzt zur Haupsaison beendet sein soll. Dafür ziehen wir einen Stern ab, alles in allem aber ein toller Urlaub und ein schönes Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank wir haben uns bei euch sehr wohl gefühlt!

Fantastiskt villa med härlig pool. Väldigt trevligt värdpar som fixade det mesta
Vi var tolv personer som bodde i denna fantastiska villa. Villan är helt utrustad med diskmaskin och ett komplett kök. Vi gjorde lunch till tolv varje dag utan problem. Villan var ren och snygg när vi kom. Det tar 20-25 minuter att gå in till Omis, vilket rekommenderas. Det går även en buss varje kvart som stoppar alldeles utanför Villan. Kan även tillägga att det är bara att be värdparet att fixa transfer från flygplatsen om man kommer med flyg så fixar dom det till ett rimligt pris.
Kan bara ge högsta betyg och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Unseren Urlaub im Juni in der Villa Antonija kann man nur als Traumurlaub bezeichnen!
Die Villa ist absolut klasse, es gibt viel Platz und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind gepflegt und sauber
Wir wurden super nett empfangen und während unserem ganzen Aufenthalt waren wir begeistert von der Gastfreundlichkeit der Familie.
Dieses Haus würde ich jeden weiterempfehlen und würde gerne wieder kommen.

Perfekt för stort sällskap
En fräsch nyrenoverad villa med stora ytor som ger utrymme för bad,sol och gemensamma grillkvällar i trädgården. Rent och snyggt och bra service från hyresvärdarna Ivan och Marina. 50 meter från stranden och granne med både restauranger och livsmedelsbutik som dessutom hade bankomat. Vi rekommenderar verkligen detta boende.

Great place for one or more families
We were extremely happy with the accommodation and the surroundings of the villa.
Everything in the house was nicely renovated, and the place was cozy. The common kitchen and living room area, as well as the garden and pool area, offered a great place to spend time together. (Grilling possibility!) However, it was good to have own rooms with showers and air conditioning.
The sandy beach on the other side of the road was ideal for small kids, and it was shallow until quite far. At a walking distance, there was another beach with big white rocks.
There were good restaurants nearby, not to forget about the small supermarket only 50 meters away!! Also, the town of Omis and Split as well as the island Brac at a very good distance (bus goes by the house quite often).
Friendly and helpful people that spoke really good English! Also, helped at organizing some trips (canoeing, rafting, excursions,..)
(We were traveling with a toddler so we blocked the pool area with garden furnitures.)
