About this villa rental
A luxury apartment on a villa park on the Veerse Meer. It is free-standing and lies on the water (a small creek). The apartment is equipped with three bedrooms, two toilets and a bathroom with designer shower. The kitchen has an induction cooker, dishwasher and microwave / oven. The apartment is equipped with a gas fireplace, flat screen television, DVD player, underfloor heating and a central vacuum system. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms for two people (2x1 and 1 + 1). There is a bathroom here. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two beds (1 + 1). There is also a toilet on this floor. The two car parking spaces are next to the house and in no way disturb your holiday enjoyment. The large (600 m2) garden is fenced for the safety of the child.
The apartment is non-smoking. No youth group is allowed because it is a quiet family park.
In high season (July - August) the arrival / departure day is on Friday / Saturday.

The restaurant:
The Grand Café in the park has a large terrace with a view of the Veerse Meer and the marina. The terrace on the west side offers a view of the playground and the paddling pool.
The supermarket:
There is a well-stocked supermarket in the park and of course freshly baked bread rolls and the newspaper every day. In addition, it also offers everything for other purchases: from groceries to sporting goods and toys.
Indoor playground
Children up to 12 years can live here to their hearts' content. In addition, there is a table tennis table here in the winter months, so that older people can also do sports indoors!

Rest
There are 2 playgrounds and a sandy beach on the coast of the Veerse Meer. Different types of messengers can be rented (boat license not required).
Outdoor swimming pool: The swimming pool is 20 m long and 10 m wide. The pool depth runs from 1.10 m to 1.38 m! At the bathroom there are seats and a terrace.
Indoor water playground: the indoor water playground is intended for children up to 10 years. There is a slide for larger children and a paddling pool with play equipment for small children. There is also a wellness area with a sauna.
The indoor water playground, like the rest of the equipment, is free of charge for the tenants of the Villa's.
Animation: For the children there is an animation team on site during the school holidays - from Easter to autumn. Crafts, sports and games as well as the children's interactive theater are part of the daily activities. Sports activities are mainly offered for older children.
Every Thursday evening becomes the highlight of the week: sometimes with a musical rehearsed by the children or as a show evening.

Wirklich eine sehr schöne Anlage
Die Umgebung und die Anlage sind toll, man kann sehr viel unternehmen und entspannen. Leider lies die Sauberkeit im Haus etwas zu wünschen übrig und durch die Sonne wurde es im Haus unerträglich warm. Es gab keine Klimaanlage und die Fenster waren nur bedingt zum öffnen. Leider hat der Fernseher auch nicht funktioniert, was jetzt aber nicht tragisch war.

Booked this property for 10 nights and can not recommend it enough. 3 couples stayed here and we all found it perfect. Our hosts were lovely and replied to all my questions immediately. Would highly recommend.

Super Villa am Veerse Meer
Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub in Kortgene. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß dabei am Steg Garnelen zu keschern. Der Wasserspielplatz war echt eine Attraktion. man erreicht zu Fuß das Veerse Meer oder mit dem Auto ganz schnell einen Nordsee Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein gelungener Urlaub
Es wäre schön wenn bei der Anzeige zu erkennen wäre, das es sich um einen Villenpark handelt.
Das Haus war wie auf den Fotos zu sehen sehr geräumig. Leider heizt es sich durch die große Fensterfront sehr schnell auf. Die Betten sind leider nicht für Erwachsene Menschen (vorallem wenn man etwas aus der Norm fällt) gemacht.
Alles in Allem hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen, auch die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß!

Schöne großzügige Häuser, ideal mit hund
Wir waren im April mit der Familie und Hund in den Villenpark. Unser Haus war komplett eingezäunt, sodass auch unsere Hündin viel Spaß hatte.
Die Sauberkeit des Hauses war nicht so gut.
Der angrenzende Wald ist wunderschön für Spaziergänge.
Vom Vorteil war auch das Restaurant und die Snackbar, sodass wir nicht gezwungen waren immer irgendwo hinzufahren.
Gefühlt hatte jedes 2 Haus einen Hund zu Gast. Leider waren die oftmals sehr laut.
Unsere Kinder hatten auf dem großen Spielplatz viel Spaß.
Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Durch den umzäunten Garten konnten die Hunde toben, ohne das wir aufpassen mussten! Das war toll!

belle villa spacieuse avec grand jardin
villa très agréable, lumineuse. Bémol, trop chaude en été car pas de stores occultants - fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas complètement. Par contre, la porte fenêtre de la chambre des parents au rez, uniquement ouvrante, pas de sécurité ! La terrasse carrelée remplie de mauvaises herbes !

6 dagen verbleven in deze mooie en ruime woning met een grote tuin. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Auf dem Campingplatz war alles top.
Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nur leider war es nicht Sauber.
Dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank, sehr Dreckige Fenster, der Fußboden war Dreckig und unter einen Bett leg ein benutztes Pflaster und Taschentuch.

Haus ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet, bei den Temperaturen fehlen jedoch Ventilatoren oder andere Lüftungsmöglichkeiten, Verdunkelungen und ein Grill

Was weer erg lang geleden dat wij op een vakantiepark / camping geweest waren, maar een verblijf op dit vakantiepark is geen straf zeker niet in deze vakantiewoning. Had zomaar een weekje langer mogen zijn.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Die in der Beschreibung genannten 600 Quadratmeter beziehen sich auf das Grundstück und nicht auf das Haus. Das war uns aber schon vorher klar :). Ansonsten alles wie beschrieben, alles gut.

Wir haben hier eine schöne Zeit verbracht.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Leider hat das Wetter nicht wie gewünscht mitgespielt, so dass wir uns auch über das deutsche Fernsehprogramm gefreut haben.
Der Park ist gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Nach anfänglicher Irritation im Zusammenhang mit der Buchungsanfrage und Verwunderung, dass der Mietpreis bereits im Februar voll umfänglich von FeWo-direkt erhoben wurde, obwohl das Ferienhaus erst in der zweiten Septemberwoche belegt werden sollte, ist nun doch alles zufriedenstellend abgewickelt worden.

Schöne Tage in Zeeland
Das Objekt ist ausreichend groß und es ist alles das was man braucht. Das große Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt so das ein Hund frei laufen kann. Es gibt eine Wasseranbindung mit Steg direkt am Haus. Es ist den Kindern sogar gelungen vom Steg aus Krebse zu fangen. Sofort aufgefallen ist uns das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Wobei die Niederländer generell deutlich entspannter sind als die Deutschen, so unser Eindruck.
Einzig der Staub im Haus ist uns negativ aufgefallen. Da braucht es eine motiviertere Reinigungskraft. Wobei das jetzt kein Beinbruch war. Die Toiletten und Bad waren Tip Top sauber.

Sehr schönes Haus, nette, sehr gepflegte Camping- und Ferienhausanlage!
Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen! Das Haus ist top! Von dort kann man super Radtouren unternehmen oder Ausflüge nach Middelburg, Goes.... machen. Auch ist der Nordseestrand relativ nah, mit dem Fahrrad allerdings zu weit.
Toll war das Begrüssungsgeschenk, eine Packung Mehl von der Mühle in Kortgene mit Puderzucker und leckerer Erdbeermarmelade!

Wir haben uns im Haus und der Anlage sehr wohlgefühlt. Lediglich die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses, sowie die nicht abdunkelbaren großen Fenster waren ein kleiner Minuspunkt. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder kommen :)

Ideal für einen Familienurlaub mit Hund
Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau der Beschreibung, sehr geräumig, helle Räume, viel Platz. Möbel sind aufeinander abgestimmt, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Praktisch sind auch Waschmaschine und Trockner. Geschirr ist zu Genüge da. Terrassenmäbel sehr hochwertig, Sonnenschirm könnte etwas größer sein. Viel Platz draußen, Nachbarn stören in keiner Weise. Das Ferienhaus liegt ideal für unterschiedlichste Aktivitäten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
