The west facing vacation home is nestled on a beautiful street with rich palm trees in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Southwest Cape Coral. New: Free pickle ball, tennis court, basketball court and playground in walking distance across the water way. Sand's park - 5 minute walk.
Several supermarket, many restaurants and bars are only a five-minute drive away. You can also enjoy beautiful waterfront dining at the Cape Harbour shops, just a five-minute drive from the house. It is also reachable by a 3 mile bike ride or by boat directly from the home.

The beautiful boat dock spans the entire west side of our property. If you decide to rent a boat, you can dock directly at the house and are able to enjoy beautiful boat cruises out to the Florida gulf beaches. A boat "driver's license" is not required in the US.
The closest beach is Cape Coral beach, located on the Caloosahatchee River and is about 10 minutes away by car. The stunning gulf beaches such as Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel and Captiva Island are about a 30-40 minute car drive depending on traffic. You can also reach the beautiful gulf beaches by boat directly from the house which takes about one hour.

The Master Bedroom (located in the north wing of the house) with a king-size bed, 2 sitting chairs and a Flatscreen smart TV overlooks the pool and has a separate door to the pool area. The modern designed Master Bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, bath tub and 2 sinks and is located in the north wing of this home with stunning views over the pool and canal. A separate pool-bath with a toilet and a sink is also located on this side.
Another bedroom with a queen-size bed (sleeps 2) is located on this side of the home as well.
The spacious and light-filled kitchen and open-concept living/dining rooms have stunning views over the pool and canal. They are located in the center of the home. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunny breakfast nook or on our kitchen bar. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, a Keurig coffee maker (please bring your own capsules), as well as a traditional dripping coffee maker.
The indoor dining room has enough seating for 8 people.
We are kid friendly. A baby high chair, 2 baby beds (pack and play), pool and beach toys as well as children’s dishes and cutlery are available as well. The pool can be secured with a pool baby fence upon request (if you are interested, please let me know during your booking for instructions).
The patio dining set on the covered patio seats 8 people. More chairs are located in the garage. You can also enjoy an after dinner cocktail on our cozy patio lounge sofa adjacent to the pool with beautiful sunset views over the wide canal or grill a nice steak on the BBQ grill.
Another bedroom with a king-size bed (sleeps 2) and direct access to the pool is located on the south side of this home. This bedroom also has a Smart TV.
A second bathroom and another guest room (sleeps 2) with two twin beds are also located in this part of the home. This room is perfect for children.
This home is west facing with breathtaking and unforgettable sunset views from the patio and living room. The pool is covered in sunshine all afternoon and evening which helps keeping the pool warm. In addition the pool has an electric pool heater.
The house is also equipped with 4 cruiser bicycles, plenty of beach chairs , beach umbrellas, coolers and a variety of beach and pool toys for our small guests.
One car may be parked in the garage. The other garage space is occupied by the owner. Additional cars may be parked on the driveway.
New: Pickle ball and tennis court in Sands Park one block away from Villa Royal Palms. Sands Park also offers a playground and a basket ball court.

This property is absolutely perfect. It is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Cape Coral. The entire home is well-maintained and extremely clean. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean and we loved that the fridge icemaker was large and efficient… We never ran out of ice! The communications and interactions with the owner and property managers was professional, helpful and positive. We really enjoyed the use of the cruiser bikes and also rented kayaks to kayak through the canal. We would book this home again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very well appointed. We enjoyed morning bike rides to the park around the block which was shaded. There are good grocery stores and restaurant options very near by.

One of the nicest properties we have visited ,Very well presented with quality furnishings and decor. The pool was a big hit and also the ambiance of the canal. Perfect for a family with bikes,kids toys and beach chairs available.
It is located on a beautiful palm tree lined street in a residential area and does require a car to go anywhere .

If you are looking for a perfect vacation home, look no further. This property is ideal. I have used VRBO for many of our vacation adventures, but this one is a gem! Beautifully designed, updated throughout, comfortable, with all the amenities you can ask for, and a fully stocked kitchen. Christina went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including welcome snacks and refreshments. So thoughtful!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Royal Palms villa. It is a beautiful home. Communication with Christina and the property management was quick and easy. The home is well stocked for cooking and dining.

The house was beautiful in quiet neighborhood. The house had everything you could ever need. The only thing not good was the mattress in the room with single beds. They felt like a crib mattress. Not good for a 30 year old man, but Im sure kids wouldn't mind. Everything was was excellent. The pool was awesome, and being on the water was wonderful.I would highly recommend staying here, you won't be sorry.

The house was beautiful. It was perfect for our family, even though we didnt spend much time in the house. Our boys spent the majority of the time in the pool. We spent the mornings on the dock looking for manatees. Perfect way to get away from the Minnesota winters. Management was easy to get ahold of. Well for sure be back!

The home was perfect for us. Great location, nice amenities. Pool was good size. You have an electric allowance so if you heat the pool you will go over that but it was very reasonable. Being on the canal was relaxing. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful house in a beautiful and quiet street. This is not a standard rental house, but a real residential home. The smart layout of the house and the high-quality furnishings ensure that you will lack nothing. The pool heating worked perfectly and provided wonderfully warm water even in the winter month. The villa was beautiful and very clean. GreT to have bikes, pool toys/ floats, and beach chairs in the garage. I wasnt aware a representative would be meeting us at the house for a check out process. We were a bit surprised when someone showed up at the door at 9am and we were still all in our pajamas. Other than that small inconvenience, the house was great.

We really enjoyed our spring break week here! Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful water view out back, and a nice house with lots of amenities. The pool is heated, which was perfect for Florida's March weather. The kitchen is really well stocked, and there is a grill outback, which made it really easy to cook great seafood meals at the house.

Price Family vacation
I wanted to make sure that I posted a review for this vrbo listing and our experience.
Christina was the utmost professional when it comes to customer service/support. We had difficulty with our flights (canceled at gate). We were unable to get there when initially booked, Christina worked along side of us to make sure that we had the accommodations for our family upon arrival to Florida. I cannot say enough regarding the relief this provided to us.
Regarding our stay at the property. It was exactly as described and pictured. The checkin process was easy, we didn't arrive until 4 a.m. We were exhausted and everything was ready and inviting and rest was needed. Beds slept well.
Our family was busy throughout the week, grandchildren 11 and 8 so we went to the beach, water park, top golf, etc. On off days we simply enjoyed Christina's home and relaxed. The perfect retreat. Access to many things in the area was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and beautifully lined with palm trees. We truly had a rough start but it was a good good week and we simply cannot say enough about our experience.
Please consider, you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous house and location
The house is spacious, very clean and comes with a well stocked kitchen, beach accessories, bikes and is in a great location on a quiet palm tree lined street. Christina was very responsive with any questions we had. The pool was warm and we swam everyday even though it was the middle of winter. We also enjoyed riding the bikes, fishing in the canal and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to stay here again next year.

Amazing! 5 Stars
This property & owner are top notch. The house was immaculate, loaded with a ton of amenities. The owner gives you so much information about the area that feel like you have a huge step up on navigating the area. From restaurants, shopping, boat rentals & local tours. The location of the house is really great. It’s just far enough from Cape Coral downtown to seem like you actually live here, yet close enough to drive there in under 10 minutes. The canal in the back of the property was so relaxing to listen to all the birds & fish that would try to entertain us. The beaches here are unbelievable, our favorite was the Gulfside City Park on Sanibel Island. We found hundreds of sand dollars & we even found a starfish. Parking was a little expensive, but totally worth it.
The property managers where very friendly & super helpful. Our blender broke on the first day and they had it replaced within an hour. The pool heat didn’t work when they gave us the walk through on Saturday morning. Kat & Lee stopped by less than two hours later and let us know it was fixed.
I would highly recommend this property over any other stay I have had in the past. The owner’s description about the property and the helpful information made an easy decision.

Perfect Getaway
We had a great time staying here! The pool was such a hit and overlooking the beautiful canal of Cape Coral. Of note, like others have said it is rather far from the locks (45 minute boat ride) but once you get out we had an amazing time driving out to the Gulf and playing on the shores of Sanibel and Captiva (so MANY sanddollars!) This vacation home literally has EVERYTHING- so much so, we brought items on our trip we didn't need to because they have everything SO stocked (extra beach towels, beach and pool toys, beach cruisers even noticed a car and booster seat for those that may need it). We loved our time here and beautiful sunsets on the dock! Don't miss Rumrunners happy hour- some HUGE shrimp for just $6 and you can park the boat (def recommend renting one). Thank you so much for allowing to use your beautiful home.

Vacation in paradise!
Just returned from an amazing stay at this listing. Everything was as described and then some. Home was spotless and bright, everything was labeled for easy navigation, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Thankfully, we rented a boat for the week as there was construction going on next door, however Christina let us know prior to our stay. For us, it was a non-issue. We traveled by boat all week and explored places like Picnic Island, Lighthouse Beach in Sanibel, Cayo Costa in Captiva, and a bunch of dockside restaurants along the way. All were incredible. As someone mentioned previously, the distance from the house to the lock was a little further than expected (approx 27 min lol) however it gave us time to take in all the beauty around us including beautiful homes, boats, and even some fins from dolphin sightings. All and all, it was an incredible trip. Would absolutely return in a minute - actually tomorrow as we're from CT and it's been cold and raining since we returned home. Take us back!!

Great Family Vacation
We had a wonderful experience staying at the Villa Palms! From the initial booking to the check-in process, everything went so smoothly. Communication with Christina, the homeowner, and Vanessa, the representative from the management company, was excellent - both were very responsive. Christina and Vanessa even worked together behind the scenes to get us checked in earlier than expected, which was great as we were ready to start our vacation after a 22 hour drive! The house was very clean and ready for our stay with everything we needed! An added benefit to the house was that it was right on the waterway and had a boat dock - we took Christina's recommendation and booked a boat rental for the week and it was delivered right to the dock! Our family enjoyed the house, pool, and boat for a wonderful family getaway that we will remember for years to come! Thank you, Christina and Todd, for making your beautiful home available! We can't wait to come back and stay at Villa Palms again!!

One of the best houses we rented!!
Very clean, comfortable and pretty house. Well equipped with everything working properly. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of pretty houses around. Only minor annoyance was the construction going on around that was very loud but we were previously made aware that would be noise while staying at the house. We all enjoyed our vacation very much!

A week in paradise
We had such a wonderful stay at the Villa Royal Palms! The house was perfectly equipped for our family of five, with three children under 6. Having the pack and play, pool safety gate, and high chair, made traveling with children much easier and better enabled us to relax at this gorgeous home. The home is so lovely in person, and the homeowner’s communication and care made this an excellent choice for booking. We absolutely loved all of Christina and Todd’s recommendations for restaurants- especially The Lobster Lady in Cape Coral; A perfect place to order out and enjoy dinner in the lanai. Taking a week made for a nice balance of being able to relax and enjoy “home days” at the pool, and adventure days shelling at Sanibel Island.

If you are reading this review, look no further. This is the house! Trust me! I shop for rentals relentlessly. This home is outstanding.
We are a family of 5 (three small children) and we had so much space to enjoy our stay. My two youngest shared a king size bed, which they loved. My oldest had a queen to himself. My husband and I had another king.
This house is on the prettiest street in Cape Coral. The Palms Trees will take your breath away. We were in awe every time we drove home. The house was spotless. Everything worked well. We used the grill a few times. We appreciated the 3 different kinds of coffee makers provided, so we had options on coffee choices. There is so much good about this home that is hard to put all into words. You will feel happy, as we did, you selected this place.
The Pool! What can I tell you. Amazing. My kids didnt want to leave the house. They spent hours upon hours in the pool. The water was warm. We enjoyed seeing fish leap in the air and boats drive by. We enjoyed some amazing meals outside by the pool as a family. We truly made memories. We loved everything about our stay.
Few suggestions: There is Aldi by hwy 78. Shop there. Amazing prices. Great food. Go and have dinner at the Blue Dog in Matlacha. We ate there 4 times in our 9 days stay. If you have children take the drive to Gatorama. Amazing places to see alligators in their natural habitat. Drive to Sanibel was a bit long, but we went 4 times and enjoyed good shelling on the beaches.
Anyway, the house is amazing. Very clean. A lot of space. Kitchen is well stocked. Grill is full and works. All appliances are in good working order. Communication with the owner was prompt and polite. Christina is an amazing host.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation
We had such an amazing time at your home. It was very inviting and we loved the decorations. There were so many amenities and the sound system was so awesome that I am buying one for myself now. The pool was great and we spent a lot of time in there. The only thing that I regretted was not staying longer. Hopefully I have an opportunity to stay again in the future. A must!
Wonderful home, found everything to be as expected. Easy drive to restaurants & shopping. The guests that stayed at the end of house with the kitchen on it, said they heard the ice maker and water filter working, more so at night. Without carpeting in the house it can be a bit echoing/loud. But other then that, very comfortable surroundings and would love to rent again.
