PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The beautiful house is very quiet, in the middle of an idyllic holiday home complex with no through traffic, about 2.5 km north of the old town of Rovinj in Istria. The forest-like environment and the wonderfully clean, not 100m away sea, some good restaurants and a nearby supermarket create an excellent base for a relaxing and successful holiday.

The beautiful house offers on 3 floors a total of 4 guest rooms for 2-3 persons, a large apartment with 3 separate bedrooms for 6-8 persons in the 2nd floor and a small apartment with gallery on the ground floor for 2-4 persons. The two apartments and the rooms each have a balcony or terrace, some with sea views and have satellite TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. The 4 guest rooms also each have a fridge. There is a barbecue on the terraces of both apartments.

The house offers a private well-kept garden area with lawn and parking for 5-6 cars. The very friendly landlords live themselves in the house and are available to help you with advice and assistance. A washing facility for laundry is also available free of charge. They speak Croatian as well as Italian and English. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.

The arrival and departure can be achieved in coordination with existing bookings on all weekdays. Due to the central heating is in the fresher months of the year a holiday in this beautiful house nothing in the way.

A holiday in this house will bring you the hoped for recovery and you will definitely come back. The area invites you to long bike rides or hikes, such as the Lim Fjord and its karstic caves, which feeds on the mainland a little bit north on a length of about 10 km. Even walks in the old town of Rovinj are especially popular in the evening. The nearest beaches are well maintained, offer plenty of shady places and have good food.
