About this villa rental
You will find seclusion, rest, relaxation, relaxation and a little bit of luxury in our Villa Luisa! The small community Börgerende has about 1000 inhabitants and is 20 km away from Rostock on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Heiligendamm is in the immediate vicinity and it is only 17 kilometers to Warnemünde. The small village has grown into a fresh vacation spot. You will find the original nature in the form of a natural beach but also modern facilities such as bike rental, various restaurants and shops. You can walk to the beach in about 5 minutes. The nature reserve Conventer Niederung or the horse farm just around the corner offers something for everyone. You will find 2 golf courses within a radius of approximately 9 kilometers. Discover your own feel-good holiday in Börgerende and come to our Villa Luisa after a nice, relaxing day. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and has 2 large and 2 smaller bedrooms, a guest toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom with bathtub. A modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In the living area you can relax on a large sofa corner and spend nice hours at the dining table. The large terrace invites you to enjoy all meals outside on beautiful days and breathe in the healthy air of the Baltic Sea. A grill and a seating area and sun loungers are available. The children can let off steam on the 700 square meter property. A handcart, sand toys and a beach shell are available. Free WiFi, a clothes dryer, a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee) are available. Furthermore, towels and bed linen are available at an additional cost (€ 18 per package). A flat screen TV is also available in one bedroom. Even in the cold season you can feel comfortable in our Villa Luisa, because our underfloor heating ensures cuddly warm feet. You can easily park your vehicle in our double garage. All in all, up to 8 people can spend beautiful and relaxing days and nights with us. A baby bed as well as a high chair and stair gate ensure even the youngest ones feel good days. Pets on request for a surcharge, a dog beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
