Spacious, LARGE 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, parking spot, coin washer and dryer, brand new kitchen, hardwood floors, in the heart of Berwyn and in a safe multicultural neighborhood. THIS APARTMENT has been professionally painted, remodeled, and boasts contemporary, comfortable, high end furniture (NOT IKEA). Across street from the library, steps to Costco, Supermarkets, shopping restaurants. 8 miles from Chicago's loop. This apartment is part of a 6 unit building and it's on the second floor.

Perfect location for us and easy to find. Assigned parking spot is a plus so car is off the street. Very close to super target for food and necessities. Coin laundry available but plenty of towels and linens available. Key code locks on building door and unit door so very secure and no keys to lose. Full kitchen and well equipped. No dishwasher but we are good at doing dishes together. Shower is excellent with plenty of hot water. No elevator so be prepared for 3 flights of wide stairs that are carpeted with railings. Both beds are queen size and a bit soft so bring a strong back! A very good stay for us and we plan to return next summer.

Lovely apartment near cultural sites
The apartment was just what our family needed as we visited the Art Institute and saw Hamilton. We were able to use the laundry facilities to refresh our clothes on an extended road trip. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
