La Charmette - Rare property for rent, 7 room chalet entirely renovated in spring 2016, and extension in summer 2021 which can accommodate up to 15 people,
located on a promontory at the entrance of the hamlet of La Charmette, and facing the Rocher piste.
South facing, magnificent view from the large 18m² terrace (not included in the 180m² living area) on the Crève-Tête ridge, the Gollet pass, the Niélard point, the Massif de la lauzière!
Entrance on the terrace side leading to a spacious living room of 45.34 m², with a warm living room with its wood-burning stove and its convivial dining area with its fully fitted kitchen.
On the same floor, bedroom 1 ensuite with 1 double bed 180x190, a shower room and 1 toilet. 1 separate toilet from the living room.
On the ground floor, bedroom 2 with 1 double bed 140x190 and a shower room,
Bedroom 3 ensuite with shower room, dormitory with 1 double bed 140x190 + 1 single bed on the mezzanine 90x190, 2 bunk beds 90x190, independent WC, bedroom 4 ensuite 2 single beds 90x190 with shower room, possibility of entry also on the east side of the ground floor, entrance distributing 1 independent WC, storage, giving access to the living room/lounge/cusine n°2 of 27.21m² with sofa bed for 2 people, bedroom 5 with 1 double bed 140x190 with cupboard.
This level benefits from another entrance on the south side with the ski room.
Service included : bed linen and end of stay cleaning (except kitchen).
