Nestled 50 Meters above the Pacific Ocean and with direct beach access, our apartment is ideal for families and friends that want to have the choice of relaxing at the private condominium pool or the apartments’ generous terrace, or enjoying a fun day at the beach.
The 3500 sq ft apartment is ideal for families or friends that want to relax and have a good time together, yet have enough space to not feel crowded. Two bedrooms have two full size beds and the third bedroom has two twin size beds. Ideally, 6 people are recommended, but 8 can comfortably be accommodated by using the two beds that are available in the TV room.
To get to the beach, you can walk down steps (3 minute walk) or take the funicular that also goes to the beach.
Inside the condominium, there is a private pool area for you to relax and enjoy a nice drink while looking over the ocean.
Flor, our longtime cleaning lady, will be there during your stay (from 9am to 1pm).

This property is very nice and has the best views, including the entire Ixtapa beach, the bay and the mountains. The deck is very comfortable day and night. We absolutely loved our stay here and the owner communication was excellent.

Very spacious condo with lovely views and excellent location. Steps can be challenging for those less fit but keeps you in shape if the legs can handle it. Pacifica Resort has many amenities that support this unit - extensive spa pools, shuttle service, reserved palapa on beach with excellent food kiosk. Marcela is quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Forced to leave early due to pandemic and missed it much once home. Hope to return in the future!

The homeowner, caretaker and the property manager were all very helpful and responsive. We received 5 star service. The prepared food was delicious. Our kids really enjoyed all the facilities, pools, gondola, activities, and nightly performances. There’s also an area for adults to relax. The hotel manager responded to every request, including making dinner reservations and going to the store for us. The condo was clean, had beach toys, and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Exactly as advertised, very clean and well equipped. Flor did a great job with the house cleaning. We shared the place with two other couples and never felt crowded. The patio was awesome for early breakfast or late night dining. Would definitely recommend.

This was our 7th trip to Ixtapa and our first at this complex. The condo is beautiful with amazing views. It's very spacious with 3 large bedrooms, each with it's own bath, a large living room and a big wrap around deck. It's decorated with beautiful artwork. Having daily maid service was a big plus....we got pretty lazy! There were plenty of activities at Pacifica resort if you cared to take part in them. We were assigned our own palapa the day we arrived and it was reserved for us for the entire two week stay. The only downside to this unit is the stairs you must go up and down to get to either the beach or the road. At one time there had been a tram that would take you right to your front door, but it has been out of service for several years. I only mention this because the apartment would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Marcela was easy to communicate with and returned emails quickly. I hope to be able to stay here again.

Nine weeks of January, February, and now March of 2018, convinced us that Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo are not only safe for all normal tourist activities, but still make for an ideal tropical winter escape complete with summer-like temperatures (including the Pacific), excellent restaurants with high sanitation standards, no rainy days at all, abundant beaches, great shopping & prices, resorts of every size and budget, pleasant, diverse, and fun downtown areas, and a naturally hospitable local population. This apartment is exactly as pictured. First, it's large. The bedrooms and balcony huge. Most of the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are very acceptable and in theme with the living room. What stands out most are the beautiful art pieces present throughout, evidence of Marcela's excellent taste in decor. We never tired of the apartment. Most of our days were spent in an included palaypa / cabana on the beach. The food and service great, at fair pricing. The Palma Real golf course has great design, is in very good shape, and priced at $1,000 pesos for seniors, riding. Pacifica Resort surrounds the condo and all of its facilities and services are available to guests of this condo. Our favorite restaurant in Ixtapa remains Casa Morelos, for flavor, value, and variety. We ate there at least 20 nights. But so many others, in both towns, are excellent and well priced. Our favorite special-occasion restaurant is still El Faro, here at Pacifica. Marcela proved to be a competent and caring host. We are very happy with our choice and will miss this world-class view, and never forget it.

Our family recently spent a week at Marcela's property - My husband, daughter (31), son(34) and his finance (32) absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is spacious, so tastefully decorated and so very comfortable! We purchased groceries our first day in Zihuatanejo for the week - our day would begin with preparing breakfast and enjoying the fabulous view from the deck. There is so much to do in the area - parasailing, fishing, taking in the culture of Zihuatanejo, swimming, or just relaxing. I am an early riser, so I would fire up one of my workup apps and exercise on the deck overlooking the ocean. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need. The housekeeper, Flor is simply delightful. We did not take advantage of her culinary expertise as is advertised, but she is such a sweet, considerate soul. She does not speak English, but that was not a problem for our group as my son's fiancée speaks fluent Spanish and my son is learning! The staff of the property are very responsive to needs - from calling taxi's, carrying luggage, delivering fresh water - always so polite and friendly. The property is on a steep hill - during our stay the hillside tram was out of service, but there is a gondola that is very convenient. The property is about halfway up the hillside, so no matter what, you will be climbing stairs - I was thankful for the exercise, but you do need to be aware of it. Local "don't miss" activities - Take a cab to downtown Zihuatanejo to the community basketball court on Sunday evening about 6-7pm - This is where the community gathers every week for a community gathering - We were treated to an evening of dancing by several groups - what an experience - food and craft vendors are there to meet every need - one of our very best memories. On Thursday, the treat is Pozole- a local tradition - Santa Prisca in Zihuatanejo is very well known for excellent food and music - they are ONLY open on Thursdays! Don't stop at the pozole! The tamales are amazing!! We also ordered chicken tacos which were delicious. We also spent a day fishing - we followed the advice in a book we purchased to seek out Moses at the Zihuatanejo pier - His nephew took us out - we caught fish and then went to Las Gatas beach to have our catch prepared - so much fun. Don't miss the ferry to Ixtapa Island - great snorkeling and restaurants! Red snapper and lobster! Wonderful. Please look for the book on the area I left in the first bedroom!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The condo is perched on the hillside overlooking the ocean and the beach, and is steps from the beautiful infinity pool where we spent many hours. The bedrooms are all a great size and the living room very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the terrace where there was plenty of seating and spectacular views. The steps outside the condo lead down to the beach and from there it was a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The bus stops right outside the resort so no need for a vehicle. The maid service everyday was a pleasant surprise, and the manager was always available if we needed anything. The funicular can be seen from the terrace but there is no noise or distraction from it. And it stops very close to the condo for those that do not want to take the stone stairs down to the beach.
