We welcome you to our Villa Karlici! This building complex is something special in every sense of the word.
The villa consists of two fully equipped houses. This is a big advantage if you have a large family or just want to spend the vacation with several friends.

The village of Karlici is located in the eastern hinterland of Istria, where there are many mountain bike routes. Our village is only 15 km from the Učka Nature Park with more than 60 hiking trails - what makes a hiking vacation.

The house is fully equipped and adapted to today's lifestyle and standard.

The villa offers the following fun and relaxation options:
Outdoor pool with shower and loungers on a sunny terrace, a second large covered terrace with grill, indoor and outdoor entertainment options such as B. Playground for children, table tennis, billiards, table football, Playstation etc.

Building A: Ground floor and 1st Floor. In the 1st On the floor there are 5 double rooms with private bathrooms. Each room has air conditioning; some rooms have the possibility of an extra bed. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with dining room, a corner with satellite TV and a fun corner with a pool table, table football, picado, etc.

Building B: in the 1st On the floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with private bathroom and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom). The raised ground floor has a kitchen with dining room, living room (with satellite TV) and a large terrace.
The house is air-conditioned: a device for the rooms on the 1st Floor, the other in the living room.

The yard is completely fenced. The area is very quiet and promises relaxing holidays.

Wenn man die etwas abenteuerliche Anfahrt überstanden hat, erholt man sich in einer sehr schönen Anlage für große Gruppen. Sowohl innen, als auch außen, Tische für 16 Personen. Einzig störend die Wespenplage am Pool, der jedoch permanent gepflegt wird. Tischtennisplatte, Billardtisch und Tischkicker runden das Freizeitangebot ab. Vielleicht könnte man in der Küche das eine oder andere erneuern (Pfannen und Töpfe). Herzlichen Dank an den Vater des Vermieters, der uns sehr gut betreut hat. Insgesamt ein zwar etwas abgelegenes, jedoch damit sehr ruhiges, empfehlenswertes Urlaubsdomizil in dem wir uns wohl gefühlt haben.

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe für eine Woche dort und wollten weder biken, noch wandern - chillen mit Tagesausflügen standen auf dem Plan. In diesem Setting war der Umstand, dass die Pooltechnik nicht richtig lief, sehr bedenklich. Sehr viele Mücken, sehr viele Wespen - wenn dann der Skimmer im Pool nicht läuft und am Abend die Poolbeleuchtung per Zeitschaltuhr anspringt, kann man sich vorstellen, wie der Pool am nächsten Morgen aussah. Da in der Woche keine externe Poolreiningung anstand, musste man jeden Morgen selbst Hand anlegen. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schönes Haus, leichte Mängel in der Ausstattung - für 16 Personen zwei Kühlschränke und ein 2er-Toaster - Defizite, die man leicht abstellen könnte. Sehr schöne Anlage, nicht zentral (war aber auch nicht gewollt) und halt die mangelhafte Pooltechnik. Und bitte nicht das Mückenspray nicht vergessen!

Objekt liegt abgelegen daher sehr ruhig und kaum Touristen. Objekt kann mit größeren Fahrzeug Sprinter 9 Sitzer schlecht angefahren werden. Sehr schöne Anlage mit allem was man braucht. Es könnte jedoch das eine oder andere erneuert werden. z.B. Sonnenschirme, Geschirr und Besteck, Steckdosen.

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber und wir(8 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder) haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, die Lage ist toll, die Kids können so laut sein, wie sie wollen. Einziger, wirklich winziger, Minuspunkt war das schlechte WLAN. ;-) Ansonsten rundum empfehlenswert!! **** Sterne verdient

Superbe grande maison familiale

Situé en hauteur et au calme, splendide ensemble de 2 maisons sur terrain clos, qui nous a agréablement hébergés pendant 2 semaines. Nous étions 14 dont 5 adolescents, le nombre de chambres et de salles de bain permet de profiter d’un grand confort. Tout est prévu pour l’amusement (salle de jeux très bien équipée - billard, fléchettes, babyfoot, Ping Ping) et le repos (piscine, chaises longues en nombres). Le barbecue a fonctionné tous les jours. Le propriétaire est un charmant monsieur qui fait tout pour que le séjour soit optimum. Merci à tous

We were a party of 17 that enjoyed our stay at Villa Karlici. Bed rooms are nice and spacious, good standard of bath rooms as well. The swimming pool is well kept. The villa is situated very remote and car is needed for any activity, but the upside is that the area is completely quiet and no one complains if the kids are noisy in the pool at midnight......The villa is spacious and in general well kept, but there is lack of minor maintenance here and there, some examples; 1) mattresses for sunbeds are very worn and dirty and should be changed 2) equipment in activity room is very worn (table tennis rackets, billiard cues, arrows for dart board), only one control for Playstation 3) Wifi worked poorly or not at all during our stay 4) Parasols are very worn, some are broken 5) Shower by the pool needs maintenance In addition the bed rooms(3) in the second house do not have separate AC-units but share the AC-unit in the hall. In very warm periods this will be unsufficient. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend the villa to others, but the items I have listed should be fixed. When you pay 4000 € for 1 week you kind of expect such small things to be OK, the cost for fixing this will be minimal for the owners.

We liked the design and the old style of the villa! The houses are spacious, kids were happy to have table tennis, darts, billiard and table tennis because the weather was rainy. We certainly come back!

semplicemente eccezionale la casa è bellissima pulita e super confortevole noi eravamo in parecchi e nessuno si è lamentato di nulla, le serate tra partite di biliardo ,calcetto e ping pong dopo la giornata in moto con le zavorrine che preparavano la cena.. super !!!! se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto è le indicazioni per arrivare poco visibili ma si tratta di un piccolo dettaglio ....... in estate con la temperatura più calda e la piscina a disposizione forse non viene neanche voglia di muoversi e se non fossimo dei "vagabondi" sarebbe da ritornarci sicuramente grazie a Gigi di tutto

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage in den Bergen. Haben mit 17 Personen ganz bequem Platz gefunden und den Pool sehr genossen. Alle Räume sind mit KLimaanlage ausgestattet, was bei sehr heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super Quartier, perfekte Poolanlage, toller Auenthaltsraum, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Kaffeemaschine sollte man vielleicht eine eigene mitnehmen. Sonst hat alles gut funktioniert (inkl. Waschmaschinen). Einziges Manko vielleicht ist die Abgeschiedenheit, hat uns aber auch nicht sonderlich gestört, dafür konnten wir lärmen solange wir wollten. Also wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Haus und Aufenthalt im großen und ganzen OK! Ausstattung in Ordung, Moskitonetze wären dringendst notwendig! Sauberkeit in den Zimmern und Bädern OK! In der großen Gemeinschaftsküche waren noch diverse Spuren der Vormieter zu finden... Kaffeemaschine dreckig, Tisch und Stühle bekleckert, Spüle nicht sauber! Sind jedoch nur Kleinigkeiten! Z.B. wurde auf Nachfragen schleunigst die leere Gasflasche durch einen freundlichen Herren ersetzt. Alles in allem eine tolle Woche in einem tollen Haus. Leider wurde uns die gute Stimmung durch die bodenlose Frechheit und kaum zu überbietende Unhöflichkeit beim Check out gründlich verdorben! Wir meldeten 2 kleinere Schäden unverzüglich und diese wurden mehr als ausreichend von der Kaution abgezogen, kein Problem, dafür ja Kaution! Da wir uns jedoch danach gegen Diebstahlvorwürfe rechtfertigen mußten da die Vermieterin bei der sofortigen!! Kontrolle sich um 2 minderwertige Handtücher verzählte und nach Aufklärung des ganzen nicht mal eine vernünftige Entschuldigung kam sondern neue Vorwürfe, ist sonnenklar 1x und NIE wieder! Bei dem guten Geld das wir bezahlten und dem auch sonst sehr barschen Ton beim Check out steht für uns fest, das hat keiner von uns nötig!!
