Sunflower Villa - Modern luxury is exclusively exemplified in this 4 bedroom 4.5 bath villa sleeps 12. At 2500 square feet of generous living space and stylish finishes, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for relaxing. The Villa is immaculately designed with a private deck and patio inviting comfort and radiating elegance. Every detail was carefully selected and quality crafted with chic recessed lighting and ceiling fans. Fully air-condition with french doors that lead out to the rear deck when folded back against the exterior walls, it feels as the living room and deck are one. Comfortable all-weather wicker outdoor furniture complements the area. The captivating gourmet kitchen, includes an incomparable 10ft granite breakfast nook with 4 bar stool seating. KitchenAid and GE stainless steel appliances, wall-oven, ice-maker refrigerator, electric range with *air-fryer, washer/dryer, range hood, pantry and bonus outdoor kitchen cooking including a Weber BBQ grill perfect for outdoor liming. Charm and grace combine the sleek bedrooms with ensuite baths. There are 2 master bedrooms with elegantly displayed king size beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen beds each. Cable TV including a 65” Smart TV in the family room. -Free WiFi internet, Prime and Netflix. A large swimming pool. You'll also love the convenience of your own parking spot, and a great neighborhood near it all with great shops, bars and restaurants minutes away.

Me and my family had a awesome stay at the sunflower villa. The property manager Dana and the housekeeper were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely say it this properly again. I love the area.

Sunflower exceeded our expectations and then some! The villa is immaculately clean and welcoming! You have everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with all pots, pans and utensils. The rooms are very well put together. The bathrooms are also fantastic. The pool and outdoor area was my favorite space. Very relaxing. The nieghbourhood is also excellent. Quiet and very safe. Tucked away from the more busy areas if you are looking to unwind without much fuss. We were a party of 11 including teenagers and everyone had their space. The wifi is also excellent as i was able to work and the kids on their devices. The villa caters for everything you need on your vacation and it does not leave anything to be desired. The host and housekeeper are very friendly and contacted us throughout to keep in touch and make sure every thing was ok. We will definitely be back!

I do not usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to leave a review after my stay at the Sunflower Villa. My family and I had one of the most amazing time at this Villa. Everything was as expected and as advertised. Lots of space, great AC, and everything worked the way they were supposed to. It was that time of the season, and the mosquitoes were out, so just make sure to walk with repellant. We felt very safe, the neighborhood was very relaxing, and the beautiful foliage was refreshing. Enjoyed the pool that was cleaned daily, and all the other amenities. The only minor suggestion for the host is to more bath towels available upon request. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Thank you, Crystal, for your hospitality.

We had the best time at this villa. It was clean, organized, and looked just like the pictures that were shown online. Everyone was comfortable at the house. The only complaint I had was that the mattresses on the beds were not the most comfortable. Other than that I would definitely recommend the villa especially if you are staying with a large group

This property is as advertised, clean, updated and well layed out with its open Floor plan. My family and I had a wonderful stay and my two old grandson loved the pool ( we also did). I would definitely stay there again without hesitation and recommend it 100% to any prospective vacationers. I might also add the community is very safe with it’s 24 hour security.

This was one of those properties where the actual experience exceeded expectations generated from marketing photographs. And there was nothing wrong with those photos, it's just that homeliness has to be felt rather than seen.
Every member of our party had nothing but praise for the property.
Immediately, I walked through the door, I felt completely at home: no sense of imposing on someone else's space; the house just said, 'Welcome!'
The property is very well maintained and presented. The appliances were all of a high quality. The gardens and pool were beautifully presented.
The house is in a gated community, which, for me, is not necessarily an attraction, but in this case it worked very well. On arrival, we all had to show some form of ID, so be prepared.
You can walk to a couple of local shops for small every day necessities. If you want to do a larger shop then you need access to some kind of transportation. We hired a maxi taxi for our day trips and picked up our supplies at the end, on the way home. This worked well for us.
There are a few housekeeping rules, nothing too onerous. It would have been better if these were communicated in written form, rather than being given verbally on arrival. These together with local advice and contact for housekeeper, medical servives, taxis, eateries, etc. could have been made available in a guest folder.
Overall, a wonderful highly recommended villa. I just hope that whenever we come back we can still get a booking.

Beautiful house. Pics do not fo this place justice. Spacious rooms, we were a large group but never felt crowded. Pool was a hit with my kids. Host responded quickly to any questions I had and was super helpful.

our family enjoyed every aspect of the sunflower villa. Absolutely beautiful villa, very clean, all the amenities made our stay easy. Diana was very responsive and friendly to deal with. Checking in and checking out went very smoothly. We felt very safe and comfortable at Samaan Grove. The villa is very close to the popular beaches (Storebay and PP). We will definitely be returning. This villa was absolutely beautiful and more than i could ever ask for. I celebrated my 50th birthday with my family at the villa and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was located within a gated, secured and well maintained community of Samaan Grove. The grounds and pool area was perfect for lounging and relaxing after a day touring the island. The interior was clean, spacious and airy. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and was nicely separated. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Perfect vacation villa for family and friends . Would definitely stay again.

This house is just as pictured. My family of 7 had a wonderful stay. Primarily choose this 1 level house as my parents don't do well with stairs so this was the perfect house for us. Pool was fantastic and we had more than enough room. My only recommendation for the owner is to add a few more utensils as there weren't quite enough for all of us.

I've stayed in this gated community in the past and this same property was developed by the same contractor of the last home I stayed in (Villa 66) so I knew it wouldn't disappoint. Due to a death in the family I didn't get to enjoy like I knew I would; however, the home was as described and pictured--clean, modern, and fits all your needs. The host, Diana, was accommodating, pleasant, and very prompt when responding to inquiries. I will be back on better circumstances, and I recommend that you pay a visit to Diana's property!

My overall stay at Sunflower Villa was absolutely amazing. It did not disappointment. Everything is provided, and the ambience and vibe of the house is one of comfort and leisure. You don't feel like leaving once you get there. My family and I enjoyed every moment that we spent there, so much so that we wished we had booked for a longer stay. Diana was always reachable by phone, not that there was anything needed. Chrystal the housekeeper was warm and inviting.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Golden Grove house! It's the perfect layout for families with a pool and patio area that is ideal for the adults in our group to relax and talk while the kids had the time of their lives in the pool. The house is clean and just like the pictures. It's located in a secure, gated community that is not too far from the airport. Tobago is a small island so nothing is truly that far away but there is a grocery store very close by along with several restaurants and beaches, which is convenient. The property owner responds promptly and is communicative and available for any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

My family of 11 had a great stay at this villa. The check-in process was smooth and the owner willingly accommodated all requests. The rooms were all comfortable, the house well appointed and the exterior quite pleasing to the eye. The foliage was quite appealing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The stay at this home was very enjoyable. There was one unfortunate incident that had the children present a bit uneasy but after a day it was fine.

An idyllic villa
My stay at the Sunflower villa was just perfect. The home is well appointed, extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The housekeeper was warm and welcoming and Diana is both responsive and accomodating. Pool and yard are as beautiful as indoors. You will not be disappointed!

Its absolutely the best place to stay in Tobago
We loved everything about this house. Upon entering the clean smell that greated us was the first impression. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. Everything was so modern and well put away. The pool and the bbq grill was the highlight of our stay. All in all it was a wonderful experience so much so we didnt want to leave! Next time we'll be staying for a week. I highly recommend you stay at this house.
