DETAILS: A beautiful cottage in the heart of WaterColor's quiet and desirable Camp District. This charming "Safe Harbor" offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a spacious screened back porch, and wonderful accommodations.
The spacious front porch and ample outdoor seating create a warm welcome for guests arriving at 47 Red Cedar Way. The main living, dining, and kitchen areas are adjoined by an open-concept floor plan that features pine floors throughout. Plush furnishings and a mounted, flat-screen television make the living area a relaxing place to unwind after a long day of fun and sun. The chef's kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The nearby dining area offers seating for 8 guests, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Completing the first floor is the primary suite, which features a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with a shower and a separate soaking tub.
On the second floor, hallways separate the three guest bedrooms, allowing for ultra-quiet and peaceful accommodations on this level. This floor features two queen bed guest rooms, each offering a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. In the bunk room, two built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds create a perfect setup for younger guests in your group!
The home's large screened porch creates a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. Above the garage is a carriage house that is perfectly appointed for guests seeking a little more privacy. The carriage house offers a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Disclaimer: Please note that this home is not equipped with nearby exterior outlets for the purpose of charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). 360 Blue does not supply guests with extension cords for charging purposes either, as this presents a safety hazard.
