Newly available for vacation rental May 2018!!! Took it off the vacation market and lived here for couple of years. Just back on the market!!
Come enjoy the beautiful views of the beach from the front balcony and the intercoastal waterway from the back balcony. Relax and spend time with friends and family in this family oriented unit and at the beach. The front balcony is great for sunning during the day and listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breezes in the evening with a cool drink in hand.
FULLY RENOVATED in 2016 ...NEW flooring, kitchen countertops, stove, dishwasher, bathroom vanities, mattresses plus lots more... 2017 tubs resurfaced, living room furniture etc.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. There are 2 other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 sets of twin over full bunks. Makes a great kids room. My teenagers bring friends and always claim this room.

Condo was a great place for a family and very clean and well stocked kitchen. Good location for beach access. And if you like cardio, then 3rd floor is great! Owner was great with communication. Would definitely recommend.

This is the best condo, location is just the right distance from the boardwalk and the beach access points are very close. The views from both decks are amazing. Highly recommend this location (As long as it doesn't get overbooked and I can't find availability!)

Fantastic location just across the street from the beach, about midway between the Pier and the Boardwalk. We had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and reclining couches. Convenient kitchen. Nice front deck with an ocean view and covered back porch with waterway and sunset view. Never-ending hot water. (Families with small children be careful: the hot water is super hot.) We also enjoyed the pool in the late afternoons/early evenings. We had a great time. Would absolutely come again.

We stayed here last year and this year and have decided that as much as possible, this will become "our family vacation location". We love carolina beach in general but this particular condo offers the amenities and space we need. I cook a lot (with 4 kids and these prices, there's not much choice). There is enough seating for our family in the living room which is rare. The beds are also not awful like many places. I have been very pleased with my stay and can't wait to book for next year's trip!

The house was amazing and perfect for my friends and all of our needs! Communicating with Andy was super easy and he was very understanding with all my questions. The beach was super close as well, public beach access less than 5 minutes away made for a very smooth transition from the house to the beach. Highly recommend this place!!

We had a good time staying at the property on arrival we noticed that we had such an incredible view of the Atlantic on the front even though it’s not Ocean side the property is spacious and I enjoy getting up in the morning and seeing the sunrise on the beach would recommend it. The only thing I would recommend would be to get a code for the door and maybe a code for the storage locker downstairs so you don’t have to walk up and downstairs with keys. It was a bit to put clean sheets on our own beds when we arrived.

The condo location is great. Being on the 3rd floor, you do have stairs to climb. But they’re worth it. You get nice water views of both the ocean and inlet. It’s as close to oceanfront as you can get without the oceanfront price. We also liked the bunk bed room. Gives plenty of space for families.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We watched the beautiful sunrise over the beach in the mornings and the gorgeous sunsets over the canal at night. Many attractions were within walking distance or otherwise a short drive away. The condo was clean and provided plenty of room for 6 adults plus 2 infants. Parking was tight with two full size trucks but that seemed to be the norm at most other places as well. Overall, I give this place 5 stars.

Condo was clean and had plenty of space for us. Loved tall chairs on balcony to enjoy view of ocean. Owner responsive to our text question. Two public beach accesses across street. Location was walkable for our family to almost all of our favorite restaurants and boardwalk. Had a fantastic stay!

We had a smattering of children of all ages and adults. The space is laid out perfectly with a master bedroom and kitchen/dining that was roomy. It had all of the pots and pans needed and thankfully plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. We loved the views and the quick walk to the beach across the street. I really have no complaints at all (maybe the 3 flights of stairs) lol. I highly recommend this condo for anyone with multiple children or multiple couples even.

We absolutely love this condo. The views are amazing! Proximity to beach access great. The set up of the bedrooms made for a great fit for our family. Owner very responsive. The only downside is all the stairs. We have used this condo for several years and sorry this may be our last as the stairs are becoming a challenge. We will certainly miss this place if we don’t return. Highly highly recommend if the stairs are not a problem for you.

Beautiful view of the ocean. The property was clean and had all that we needed to cook with when we cooked in. The grandkids loved swimming in the pool. Would stay there again. The only negative was going up three flights of stairs.

This condo is wonderful! The views, location, cleanliness, furniture, and pool were amazing! Andy is very responsive and accommodating. The beach wagon was a plus and plenty of toys for the kids. The walk up and down the stairs may be hard for some, but we were okay with it and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

This condo is the perfect blend of location, view, and essentials for being at the beach. It has everything you need to stay comfortably and safely at Carolina Beach. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed and were happy and comfortable. We loved our stay and plan to return next year!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The unit is very comfortable and well equipped. Beach chairs and wagon were great. Views from both decks were perfect. Andy was very easy to work with. We recommend Island Time Water Tours for exploring the inland water way.
