Royal Palms Retreat is a home designed with a great vacation in mind! The house is located in Laguna Beach, between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach, directly across the street from a 'reserved beach' where no development is allowed. Laguna Beach is a small laid-back community away from the congestion of PCB or 30A.The house is a great family gathering place with a bright, open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Enjoy outdoor gathering spots including a front porch & a lovely back patio area with a charcoal grill on the 1st floor along with a large 2nd floor balcony. The house is pet-friendly as well. With 2,000+ square feet, there is plenty of space for everyone to be together, have time apart & make great beach vacation memories. Enjoy the beautiful emerald waters of our pristine beaches just a quick 3-minute walk away or relax by the pool next to the house.
Sleeping 12, the 3 bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the 1st floor, in addition to the family/living area, there is a spacious king bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a comfortable Queen Size memory Foam sleeper sofa in the family room. The spacious 2nd floor master suite has a sitting area and workstation. The large master bath has a double sink vanity, a separate spa/soaking tub and shower. There is a private balcony with a lovely beach view. The other 2nd floor bedroom is an oversized 'family suite' which has a king bed with 2 sets of bunk beds with a private, attached bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Before you hit the beach or after a long day in the sun, take a short walk down Front Beach Road to Thomas' Donuts for their amazing donuts, ice cream burgers or sandwiches. Be sure to stop into the award-winning Carousel Supermarket and wine store less than ¼ miles from the house. Nearby entertainment includes Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Gulf World, The Hub 30A, Destin Commons, Sandestin Outlet Mall, and much more. There are 3 grocery stores nearby & an endless number of dining options in Panama City Beach, Rosemary and many great options along 30A.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nicely decorated and well stocked for our family. You can tell that the owners take pride in making it a nice vacation home. We really liked having the fenced in backyard area for our dog too. The beach is so close and it's probably the prettiest beach I've ever seen! This area of PCB had a lot for us to do and see. It was a great vacation.

Cute house in an excellent location close to the beach. Nice layout and well maintained with no issues. Nice, big pool to cool off in and you can grill and chill on the back deck. The beach is beautiful, the weather was great, and we enjoyed fresh made donuts and ice cream down the street. Will gladly visit again!

We would rate the home as a five star. It is a beautiful home with a spacious kitchen and wonderful décor. It is a short walk to the beach and so convenient. Being pet friendly is awesome! The neighborhood has changed and is not a five star. We have stayed at the Royal Palms for five years. This year there was much more construction in the area which led to increased noise and congestion with work vehicles. We walk our dog in the neighborhood and it was just a little more challenging. There are three new multimillion dollar houses to the west. They now obscure the view of the beach and guests on the balcony can look down into the back yard patio and pool area. We also had trouble with Paradise in securing a rental spot for 2024. This was a one star experience. They were not timely or respectful of us as long time customers.

Loved being so close to the beach, where you can go back and forth at your leisure. Forget something? No worries! Quick walk back. Need something at the store? No worries. EZ walk to the way cool local grocery store named 'Carousel'. The home is beautiful! Everything you need in the kitchen. Loved the upstairs balcony for night time sitting and morning coffee. I love the location. It's the perfect distance from the beach. The accommodations are very attractive and comfortable. And who wouldn't love that giant kitchen? I hadn't been on vacation in a few years and it was just what I needed to decompress and relax. I hope I get to come back next year.

We stayed at Royal Palms Retreat for a family reunion in September. The home, access to the beach and surrounding communities made this a perfect setting for a relaxing vacation to reconnect. The house is beautifully furnished, modern, clean and comfortable so that while we were indoors, our time there was delightful. With the pool and beach only steps away, the activities outdoors added to the magic of the week. Sunsets on the beach were a spectacular end to the day.

Recently spent the most wonderful girls getaway at the Royal Palms Retreat. The home is warm and welcoming, well maintained and appointed. Did not lack for anything. The bed was extremely cozy. Slept so well! The location is ideal. Steps from the most beautiful and tranquil beach. Turquoise, clear waters and magnificent sunsets. Close to supermarkets, fun restaurants and delish donut shop!. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to go back.

Do yourself a favor; stop looking at other options and just rent the Royal Palms Retreat. First class all the way! Plenty of space, less than a 90 second walk to the beach, and everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Just outside PCB proper so it's nice and quiet on the beach but a short 2 mile drive if you want the nightlife of the "big" city. Highly recommended!

This house just welcomes you with a warm, family feeling. It's literally across the street from the beach! And, the pool is right next to the inviting porch. (LOVE that palm tree that gives you a little shade!) You can walk to food stores, ice cream and sandwich shops and more. Everything you need is provided. The house is decorated beautifully- the owners must know how to make you feel welcomed! We were just there in September 2020. Can't wait to go back!

Just came home from a perfect long weekend with close friends and the perfect home to relax and get away. Royal Palms is just steps away from the beautiful white sand of Laguna beach in the Florida panhandle. The water was crystal clear and the waves were great fun. Such a wonderful place to hang out with family and friends. Great porches to relax on while drinking coffee. And for watching the rain when it comes through. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure--even when all the showers are being used at once! One house and one street separates you from the beach! Forget something? No problem! Easy walk back to the house for that extra towel...or whatever! Prefer chorine to sea salt? Pool next door! Little traffic in the area. Great doughnuts and ice cream within walking distance. Who could ask for more?!?!?!?!?

We had the best week of our lives here! It's so close to the beach and the pool is also perfect for our little vacation. It's so close to a great collection of restaurants (highly recommend Thomas' Donuts for a morning pick-me-up)! There's nothing like waking up and seeing the ocean. We also loved the outdoor space and spent some time cooking up some fish and steak on the grill. We definitely will recommend this to other people and can't wait to return!

This house feels more like a home than many of the vacation rentals we seen. It's just lovely and has everything we could ask for. The house is literally next door to the pool (although it was too cold to use). And best of all, walk about 100 steps you are on a beautiful beach! The area Laguna Beach, isn't nearly as crowded as PCB, Rosemary, Seaside. But we were close enough to enjoy the activities and restaurants of all these areas. Our family/friends had a great time. We definitely want to come back!

This is my second visit to my new home away from home. Everything is there for you so you just have to bring yourself. The beautiful beach is 200 feet from the house and is a flat easy walk and there is a pool outside/attached to the home. House very roomy and comfortable equipped with everything you could possible want. I like to walk in the morning and the area is flat so easy to walk. Great location, great restaurants! Can't wait to go back.

This is my 3rd time at this vacation home, my home away from home. All the amenities are there, it is comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped so when you don't feel like going out everything is there to prepare your meal(s). I love how close it is to the beach and going to the beach to watch the sunset is breathtaking. Good restaurants are close. We had a great time and will be back soon!!!

We rented the Royal Palms and the Beach Witch next door to accommodate 17 family members from three generations. We had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook in several times for the entire group. We encountered one problem when we moved in on Saturday afternoon, where the shelving in one of the bedrooms collapsed when my adult daughter started to hang up her clothes. We called the Paradise office on Sunday morning and actually reached a person. A repairman was dispatched the same day and fixed the problem by mid-afternoon. The back patio, the adjacent swimming pool and the short walk to the beach all made t our stay a pleasant one.

Everything was clean and it was very spacious for our party of 9. The location was great! The only complaint I have is the sliding glass door would not lock from the inside.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you need for a great week. The beds were comfortable and the house was in a great location. The beach was never busy and a short walk across the street. We had friends staying on the same street and a street over so our kids enjoyed meeting on the beach and walking to the donut shop and market. Thanks for a great week!

What a beautiful home we had the pleasure of staying at during the winter holiday. The house was fixed up to be comfortable and inviting. It was such a relaxing environment. And location was the best! Seriously, only 200 steps to the beach! I counted. The beach was not crowded and the sand was so soft to the touch. Restaurants and fun activities were nearby. Our family had the best week! Seconds walk to the gorgeous beach. Plenty of room at the beach house for 6 people plus our mini goldendoodle. The beach house was cozy and we will definitely plan another visit.
