Great stay, would stay again! Comfiest bed ever!!

Loved the bed! So so comfortable, I'd love to have taken the mattress home! Yes it was noisy, but it's a pub! We enjoyed the live music! Great atmosphere, loved the coffee machine too, nice touch once we youtubed the instructions! Nice shower also.

Limited parking, so we parked up the road. If I was to be picky, the decor and furnishings from the pub up the stairs to the rooms was a little tired and dated. The rooms however were fine and clean.

Very nice inn, owner Damian was very hospitable, we would stay there again.

Breakfast wasn’t included in our stay.

Although our room was lovely, there was no coffee in the room, and not enough milk. In the bathroom, there wasn’t any shampoo either. Not a big deal, but it did detract from the overall enjoyment. As a side note, we had dinner in the pub downstairs, and our burgers were served raw inside twice.

Room quite small and says is a bed and breakfast, but does not do breakfast?!? So not value for how much we paid which was £99!

As it is pub down stairs, Disturbance through out the night. People trying to open the door when we are inside which is very scary. Not a good place to stay.

Superb

Staff were great, hotel rooms were lovely. Sky in the room was a great added extra. Had a couple of cracking bands on too

Room was a little hot at night, but nothing that the Cornubia could of done. Just a personal preference

Not bad for the price.

We wanted to stay somewhere we could eat without having to drive back as it was our wedding anniversary.

They only served burgers on that night which was disappointing as was a special celebration Also no hairdryer and the bed was a bit uncomfortable for the price and quality expected for a king deluxe.

had an evening meal and food is good so stay somewhere else but eat here

overpriced poor service but a convenient location

after we bought a hoover to clean the carpets the bedding was clean interaction with staff non existent so can not tell you if they are pleasant however unable to lock room and no one to help or put right so breakfast time since covid no breakfasts are available so if you want an expensive room that you have to hoover the carpets and fading curtains and during the 2 night stay no refreshment of the tea making services and out of date milk …… this is the place for you next time a travel lodge will be a far better option

Very poor

The place was nice and clean but the bed was shocking and the room was like an ice burg

The bed was so uncomfortable u could feel every spring in it and the room was like a ice box we had to sleep in are clothes it was so cold

As we only slept there as we were visiting family, apart from above issues it was generally ok.

The room was comfortable and warm with a good shower room

Unfortunately the room was very noisy due to people outside in the 'beer garden'. on some nights this went on till after 12.00 midnight and on one occassion till after 12.30am. This may have been partly due to World Cup but seemed to start after bar would have propbably closed. There was also what appeared to be noises such as knawing and scuttling feet both in the loft space above the bedroom and in the wall behind the bedhead! This was reported to the staff and it was admitted there had been a rat problem.

Excellent,

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

I should have checked there was no breakfast, I had kind of assumed there would be, but I guess it's up to me to check. I would have like a kettle in the room because I cannot work the coffee pod machine that was in the room - and there were no instructions for how to use it. The cleaning staff found me a spare kettle in the morning and that made up for it. Again, I should have checked about the kettle when I first saw the room.

Exceptional

Nice pub and friendly staff. They have all the sport on in the bar, so can be quite noisy if any sports are on. Clean room and comfortable with a nice coffee machine.

Only serve Carvey on a Sunday till 5.30 no over food available after this. And don't do breakfast on a Monday. Which was a shame but didn't affect our stay on the Sunday night

very clean rooms all mod cons and a great bar with good working friendly staff and a first class breakfast my favorite

the only thing I would have liked to see was bottled water in the room I just can’t drink tap water sorry

Everything was excellent. Thank you.

Everything and everyone was fantastic. We were very warmly welcomed on arrival by Dee and shown to our lovely room which was very comfortable and clean. The facilities were excellent. We had a fabulous meal in the evening and an equally fab breakfast. I accidentally left my cardigan and brooch at our table and the staff had kindly put them safe for me. Couldn’t fault anything
