LOCATION
Busaba Estate is just off Soi 112 at the southern end of Hua Hin town, near Vana Nava water park. The villa is perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday in luxurious surroundings, but with Hua Hin's beaches, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and golf just a few minutes away.
Pool villas are not typically found in the centre of Hua Hin or directly on the beach, mainly apartments and hotels. Busaba Estate is one of the nearest to the beaches and the town centre, but with local shops, restaurants, bars and a fresh food market nearby.
Busaba is a peaceful and relaxing place. Guests are asked to ensure that noise is kept to a minimum. Busaba is not a place for noisy parties.

GETTING HERE - we can arrange your taxi or minivan transfers from/to Bangkok. Guests will be met at the airport or their hotel and taken directly to the villa.
YOUR HOST - Kay lives in Busaba and will meet you on arrival. She will be happy to offer advice on the local area or assist in any way, but will always respect your privacy. Guests are provided with a local mobile phone for easy contact, but you are welcome to call at Kay's home.
GETTING AROUND - taxis are cheap and readily available. There is usually one waiting at the estate entrance. The 10-minute ride to the beaches or the downtown shops, restaurants and nightlife costs just 200 Baht (about £5). A trip to the local shops and restaurants (a 10-minute walk) is just 100 Baht. Grab taxis (usually cheaper) are also available.
CAR RENTAL - a car is not necessary, but if you want to explore the area we highly recommend EasyCarRentalHuaHin. They offer a great service at very competitive prices and will deliver your car to the villa.
HUA HIN is a favourite beach resort year-round for both Thai and foreign visitors. The town has retained its traditional charm, but has also developed all the modern facilities required by visitors.
BEACHES - apart from the main Hua Hin and Khao Takiab beaches there are many other beautiful and often deserted beaches to explore all along the coastline. Many offer water sports, restaurants serving the freshest seafood, Thai massage and manicure, or just relax with a beer taking in the tropical atmosphere.
DINING - there are lots of restaurants and bars in Hua Hin. Right next to Busaba is Olive restaurant, serving delicious Thai and Italian dishes. Yao restaurant nearby will deliver tasty Thai food to the villa.
SHOPPING - there are some interesting markets and two modern shopping malls ... Market Village and Bluport. Near the villa there are local shops and a fresh food market.
ACTIVITIES - golf, elephant and horse riding, water sports, go-karting or a day at the water park. The spectacular Vana Nava water theme park is just a short walk from the villa. Less active pursuits include the night markets offering a wealth of Thai crafts, a visit to the National Park, a relaxing spa treatment or a wander round the many temples.
GOLF - Sea Pines and Pineapple Valley (formerly Banyan) are the nearest courses, just 10 minutes from Busaba. Black Mountain is considered one of the finest courses in Asia, just 25 minutes from the villa. Both Pineapple Valley and Black Mountain offer spectacular scenery and restaurants serving great food. Other nearby courses include Royal Hua Hin, Palm Hills, Springfield, Majestic Creek and Imperial Lake View.
If this all sounds just a bit too energetic, the villa with its private pool is the perfect spot to simply relax.
