About this apartment rental

The apartment on the ground floor is located in a small residence (1 floor), with a private garden.
It is located directly on the dune which overlooks the large beach of La Turballe.
Given the configuration of the beach, the impact of the marshes is very low, the sea is there at any time of the day.
The exposure due west offers a magnificent sunset every evening.
It consists :
- a 27 m² kitchen living room opening onto a large terrace and a sandy garden, with TV (TNT) and wifi (ADSL).
The kitchen is equipped: induction hob, microwave, extractor, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, small appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine.
- an alcove included in the living room (sleeping in 2 separate beds or large 140 cm bed)
- a bedroom for 2 people (sleeping in 2 separate beds or large 140 cm bed)
- bathroom, bath with glass wall for the shower, hairdryer
- an independent WC
- an entrance with a dressing room
- a linen room (washing machine + dryer)
The bedding is of good quality and new (BULTEX - 2017).
The household linen is provided (sheets, bathroom towels, shower mat, tea towels, foutas).
It is located in a luxury condominium with tennis and has private parking, near the port and its shops (900m) and the salt marshes (200m).

Important note: the apartment is completely renovated in early 2017 (kitchen, bathroom, WC, bedroom, living room, alcove and dressing room), it remains "basic" in decoration.

This is a beautiful, well located apartment. We returned because we were very pleased with the apartment and area. Such peace and quiet which gave a good atmosphere to relax. Communication with the owner was excellent and she settled any difficulties amicably and without fuss. Lovely place. Highly recommended.

A wonderful, compact, clean and well equipped property

Easy access to the extensive beach and not too far from the town centre. La Turballe has a fantastic covered market to buy fresh produce, plenty of restaurants, small shops and supermarkets. This is a good place to have a relaxing, lazy holiday. Thoroughly recommend the accommodation and area Accès facile à la grande plage et pas trop loin du centre-ville. La Turballe possède un fantastique marché couvert pour acheter des produits frais, de nombreux restaurants, petites boutiques et supermarchés. C'est un bon endroit pour passer des vacances reposantes et paresseuses. Je recommande vivement l'hébergement et la région.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf die Düne und das Rauschen des Atlantik wirkten sofort sehr beruhigend. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Très bon accueil par la propriétaire et communication facile par téléphone pour gérer notre arrivée. Appartement bien équipé et très propre. Il y a des voisins sur les côté et au dessus, mais cela n'a pas été gênant pendant notre séjour. Cadre très reposant. Géographiquement bien situé si on veut visiter la région. Juste une petite remarque, pas sur la location mais par rapport à la caution qui met un peu trop de temps a être remboursée par Abritel (15 jours + le temps que l'argent transite vers notre banque, soit environ 2 semaines et demie après notre départ), ceci pourrait être optimisé puisque le montant n'est pas négligeable.

wir haben das gebuchte Objekt in einem sehr guten sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Es fehlte an nichts und entsprach genau der Beschreibung....sehr schön war, dass man die ganze Zeit das Meerrauschen gehört hat......Entspannung pur...jederzeit gerne wieder....Kompliment an das Vermieterehepaar.....

Tolle Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren mittlerweile zum dritten Mal in La Turballe und haben es auch diesmal nicht bereut. In der Wohnung von Brigitte und Alain waren wir zum ersten Mal. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu renoviert und toll ausgestattet. Es gibt zwar zwei zusätzliche Schlafplätze auf der Couch, aber ich glaube die ideale Belegung sind max vier Personen. Unserer Tochter hat im separaten Zimmer geschlafen wir Eltern in einer Nische im Wohnzimmer. Vom Bett aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Düne. Man kommt von der Terrasse aus direkt (wenn man mag, sogar ohne Schuhe) zum riesigen Strand. Für Kinder und Strandläufer ideal. La Turballe ist ein ganz bodenständiger Ort, mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreichen Restaurants. Wir hatten ein bisschen Pech mit dem Wetter, aber tagelang schlecht ist es eigentlich nie. Man kann in der Umgebung viel unternehmen und für richtige Regentage gibt es in der Wohnung Spiele und TV. Die Wohnung war bei der Übergabe sehr sauber und die beiden Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns eine tolle Woche bereitet. Herzlichen Dank dafür, wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und würden nochmal hinfahren! :)
