**Please note that due to damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton, this property temporarily has no access to Sunset Beach (beach access available north of Sunset Beach), elevator, pool, or amenities. At this time, we do not have a guaranteed date for these to be accessible, though to our knowledge this should not impact 2025 stay dates. Please reach out with any questions. Rates lowered!** Please be aware that our beautiful beach town did experience damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Completely remodeled, this top floor Gulf front condo is the perfect spot for your beach vacation. The bright modern décor and the state of the art fully equipped kitchen will enhance your stay. The private balcony facing the beach and the Gulf of Mexico is a great spot for watching the glorious Florida sunset. Your master bedroom has a door to the balcony and a large window facing the Gulf. After a day spent on the beach, let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, flat screen TV’s in the living room as well as both bedrooms and wireless internet service. Building #10 is located right next to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi tub onsite.

This was our 2nd time staying at Land's End and we loved this condo. It was a top floor condo with beautiful views of the ocean, beach and direct sunset views. The condo was very nice, updated, clean and comfortable beds. The condo had all the essentials and even plenty of beach chairs. We traveled this time in December and we thought that the condo pool was heated but it was not so that was a little bit of a let down however it was no big deal as we did get a couple of days of nice warm weather that we were able to spend on the beach. Overall we truly enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend!

Spoke to many down by pool that said they would not be coming back due to the 17 year old restriction for hot tub which is quite silly. That is overkill. Otherwise it was fine.

Amazing experience staying in this unit. This unit has been completely renovated and contains high quality finishes throughout. There is beautiful granite everywhere. The view from this top floor condo is fantastic. My wife and two daughters, age 15 and 18, have stayed in many condos down south and have stayed at Land's end before, but this is one of the nicest condos you will find anywhere.

We had a fantastic vacation. The location and condo were wonderful. The private beach and walking trails were fantastic. Lots to do and wonderful restaurants close by. My kids had a blast in the pool and at the ocean! Only drawback was it being a little hot in the condo. You couldn’t turn the air down due to it being so warm outside. But we would definitely stay there again! The only other snafu we had was a cranky old man walking into our condo to berate me while I was cleaning the condo before we left. I forgot to lock the front door after coming in for lunch and the person didn’t like that I was cleaning tiny bugs off the balcony and actually walked into our condo even though I’m sure he could hear me vacuuming and I could not hear him knocking right away. I thought this was extremely rude and it scared me. My very young daughters and I were alone and I told him it was not okay for him to walk in someone else’s home, rented or owned, even if the door was unlocked. I contacted the rental company regarding this. Apparently, he felt it was okay to walk in on someone while vacuuming to criticize them and scare them just to make his point he didn’t like me cleaning.

Enjoyed the condos (2) we rented in June. We brought our teenage dgtrs here in the 1990's and hoped it had not deteriorated. The entire complex was very well maintained and the condos were modern and high quality.

We had a fantastic time at Lands End #402 Building 10! The condo was beautiful and in impeccable shape. For the most part it had everything you’d need for your stay. The beach chairs and umbrella were great and it had a Kuerig (I must have missed that on the condo detail list!) I would recommend a new iron as the one provided is quite old and leaks. In addition, there were only 4 sleeping pillows for both rooms. I’d recommend additional sleeping pillows. There were several decorative pillows and great blankets which was nice. I know it stated that beach towels weren’t provided, but I’d strongly recommend that the owners re-think this. We purchased inexpensive beach towels and left them for the next guests. More bath and hand towels would also be great from the linen service so you don’t have to do laundry so often. The entire complex was fantastic! The grounds were so well kept, the pool was wonderful with great bathroom facilities and Jim was super friendly and played us great music! The complex was also very secure and the beach was wonderful. I’d highly recommend renting at Lands End through resort rentals.

The main issue was the elevator which we were aware of the repair issue which was to begin Monday August 5th. We arrived August 3. Used the elevator, when we reached the 3 rd floor. It started to shake horribly, but arrived on the 4th floor.
Very scary experience. We did not use it for the rest of our stay, for fear of getting stuck. It did not spoil our stay, as using the steps really toned my legs.
Management had a notice to the side of the elevator, stating repair were to begin
August 5th, no one ever arrived to work on the elevator during our stay.
The beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay in this unit again.

It started to shake horribly, but arrived on the 4th floor.Very scary experience. We did not use it for the rest of our stay, for fear of getting stuck. It did not spoil our stay, as using the steps really toned my legs.Management had a notice to the side of the elevator, stating repair were to beginAugust 5th, no one ever arrived to work on the elevator during our stay.The beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay in this unit again.
