**Please note that due to damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton, this property temporarily has no access to Sunset Beach (beach access available north of Sunset Beach), pool, or amenities. At this time, we do not have a guaranteed date for these to be accessible, though to our knowledge this should not impact 2025 stay dates. Please reach out with any questions. Rates lowered!**

If you prefer a unique view, this condo is located on the very tip of the island. The breathtaking view from the private balcony and the master bedroom is of Blind Pass (the opening between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. You may see dolphin, sea birds and boats on the water right outside your sliding doors as the tide moves in and out of the Pass. The fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen features granite counter tops and state of the art appliances. Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for the family! The condo has stunning wooden floors throughout. Washer/Dryer in the condo, free Wifi and free parking is available. Plus, you just walk across the property to the beach.

I probably wouldn’t have booked this had I known the stringent contract that had to be signed after you paid and you don’t get it till after the cancellation period runs out. To tell people you can’t turn the thermostat down under 72 degrees when it’s 90 degrees out is ridiculous. There are some updates but the bathroom having been redone since the 80’s some repairs that were reported last year still haven’t been fixed and we didn’t have any hot water for a day and Jo be responded to our calls on the “monitored “ line. That was fun after a sandy day at the beach.

Much higher than what we had read from reviews. Beds were very comfortable (aside from sheet preferences). The property was very clean.
There were minor things that needed attention, like toilet paper holder and handle for toilet.
Two of the biggest issues were that there were too many panels missing from the blinds and let way too much light in. Second, the couch and the chair are well past their life span.
Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay. You have a great place. Please, when reading reviews, remember that some people just like to complain and not give accurate reviews. I would recommend staying at 303 Lands End.

Both bathrooms need a total revamp.
We have travelled quite exclusively and this is by far our worst accommodation.If we had been aware of these problems we would never of booked.

When we arrived the condo has several of the blinds broken or missing the slates. The master bedroom door bottom hinge wasn't screwed down and couldn't open and shut the door. The condo wasn't cleaned very well either, with hair on the floor and on the bed sheets. There was also bad flooring in front of the washing machine and bathroom.
We have stayed at resort rentals several times over the years and for the price increase along with the new 30 parking permit, its turning into the place not stay stay at in the future. We had 3 condos rented this week with other family members and they experienced similar issues as well.
I did call maintenance for the repairs in our condo and they was addressed.

Property was satisfactory, although Unit a bit dated. Pullout sofa was awful and unusable. The view was great and the floor plan adequate. My biggest complaint was the pool and hot tub N A Z I that made it a point to call out every little minor indiscretion that occurred and did so, quite rudely. That woman (Yes, you. I am talking about you) and one of the Guards (who takes his job way to seriously) , ruined a couple of our days due to the rudeness. I will question staying here again due to those two individuals. Sad for the other property owners.

Excellent, spacious and comfortable condo. The views were incredible and the sun shines into the apt. The kitchen is spacious and inviting with all the essentials you need. The master bathroom is huge and the bedroom has a walk in closet. The bed makes a lot of noise though and isn't the most comfortable. We had a running dishwasher that was fixed within 90 minutes. The team, especially Gail, is incredibly reliable and friendly. HIGHLY recommend!

Simply amazing! Gorgeous and clean complex and our condo at the end facing canal and ocean was great! We loved it!! Highly suggest if coming to the area to stay at Lands End. 2 of the days we had manatees swim right by us in the ocean! Literally within inches of us!!!

We booked last minute through Resort Rentals. They were so kind and informative. We will definitely use them again. Condo was amazing. In high tide the water would splash onto the boardwalk railing and our room was directly above the boardwalk. Never been so close to the ocean. We were surrounded by water. The unit was very clean and complex was quite. We never saw or heard anything loud or disturbing. If you want a relaxing and memorable place to stay, this is it! Beach was beautiful and not crowded at all to have been summer break. Swimming pool was also very clean and management/staff on the grounds were all very kind and helpful.

We have been staying at Land's End for over 10 years and love the location. The beach is not crowded at this time of year and the water is wonderfully warm.This condo could use to have more kitchen cookware- like a cookie sheet or some other bakeware for oven use. The beds were pretty comfortable though. The noise this year from the beach construction project was not pleasurable. They must work night and day since you could hear the equipment when the weather was calm.

We love Lands End and have stayed at the property around 4 times. This unit was ok but the bathrooms need a total gut job. The toilets did not work and everything was very outdated. Sheets were not good quality. But overall we enjoyed the stay. We will go back to lands end but not that unit.

Biggest complaint was the beds. Master bed and pullout couch both are way beyond needing replaced; You can feel the springs in your back, and we woke up with a neck/back pain every day. There is a bar across the inlet that blasts music until 10pm every night, so no going to bed early for the kiddos with the thumping base. Kids were super excited to find beach supplies in the closet since we flew in, then devastated to find everything broken. Two boogie boards broken, both chairs busted, and a beach umbrella with holes everywhere. Not sure why that stuff wasn’t thrown away.
With that being said, it had beautiful views. We saw dolphins and manatee every morning from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were dated, but I knew that from other reviews and it didn’t bother us. Quiet location away from everything.

We enjoyed our family of 4 vacation so very much! Lands End is a well-maintained, quiet property nestled along a gorgeous beach. We loved that this property is away from the hustle and bustle, but we could be in the heart of Tresure Island in minutes. The view from on condo was breathtaking! We enjoyed watching daily dolphin shows in the gorgeous blue waters of the inlet and hearing the crash of the waves from our bedroom. The condo was clean and well kept. The only exeption to this was the bathrooms. The shower tile and floor of the hall bathroom was as clean as it could be considering it is very worn out. Both bathrooms are very dated in in need of renovation.
