About this apartment rental
Well-equipped, super cozy apartment with seating in the garden: once in the front garden and in the main garden with grills, clothes dryer, sandpit, children's slide, etc.
Your apartment in the state-approved seaside resort Altefähr has a fitted kitchen, bath / shower, central heating, living room and two bedrooms. It also has a 3-drawer freezer in the fitted kitchen.
Bicycles are available to borrow free of charge. In addition to the freezer mentioned in the apartment, there is also a freezer in our large bike room with the free rental bikes for very large freezing volumes.
You will find everything at a modern level in a historic, approx. 150 year old house. For the most part it has beamed ceilings with an average height of 2.20 m in the house, which makes the stay in a "monument of the seaside resort Altefähr" particularly cozy (in this apartment on the first floor an original, historic door could still be preserved under who have to pull their heads up when walking through it). On the stairs, the apartment has a footbridge as a transition from one half of the apartment to the other half (see Floor plan = picture 24 in the photos set here). The stairs are doubly secured for small children: through the apartment door and through toddler safety storks.
In addition to the climbing park and the restaurants, highlights in town are Altefähr's great sandy beach with its wooden promenade; it is unique on the island of Rügen. On the one hand, it is the only sandy beach on the island with a southern exposure, i.e. sun exposure from early in the morning to late in the evening ... and all of it, of course, with pool water to cool off.
Secondly, it is the only handicapped accessible beach on the island of Rügen. In addition to the family-friendly area, the view of the silhouette of the old Hanseatic city of Stralsund (world cultural heritage) is unique (and uniquely beautiful!).
Important note: In high season 1 from the beginning of July to the beginning of September, the day of departure must be a Saturday (otherwise we cannot confirm your booking). In the other seasons, every weekday can be the day of departure. For certain seasons, a minimum stay of 3 to a maximum of 7 nights applies.
