Very nice apartment of 70 m2, renovated in 2014. Located in a gated estate on sought Cassis, 'The Cottage'. A 5 minute walk from downtown, the harbor and the beach of the great Wed.
Large sun terrace and trees of 35 m2 facing south-west with sea view, old village and castle.
2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200cm, 2 beds 90x200cm, 1 sofa bed 140x190cm), office space, two bathrooms, fitted kitchen open to living room, large windows.

Would be nice to be told up front in listing the requirement for cash safety deposit for a foreigner to acquire the euros in time. Nicely forgave the deposit for me. Thank you.
At this time, mosquitoes made the use of the great balcony impossible.

Alle Voraussetzungen für einen Wohlfühl- Aufenthalt.
Bestens ausgestattet, alles geschmackvoll, sehr ordentlich, phantastische Aussicht und Lage, gute Parkplatzsituation, aber keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Räder. Gute, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und der Betreuerin der Wohnung.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Cassis. La région, la ville sont superbes. L'accueil et l'organisation de notre arrivée ont été parfaits. L'appartement avec sa grande terrasse sont magnifiques... bref ! C'est une addresse à garder!

Strände, Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.
Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Großer Balkon/Terrasse mit sehr tollem Blick aufs Meer und die Burg. Wegen Nähe zur Straße bei geöffneten Fenster nachts etwas laut. Keine Klimaanlage, aber 2 Ventilatoren. Zwei Bäder mit Dusche, eins davon mit Toilette. Insgesamt sehr schön.

Mon épouse et moi avons passé un excellent séjour à Cassis, l'appartement spacieux est très bien situé par rapport au centre du village. La terrasse est un réel plus pour cet appartement bien équipé et nous avons également apprécié les facilités du parking.

Really lovely apartment in a great position in Cassis. The apartment is exactly as shown in pictures and the balcony is especially a great place to sit and relax or eat. Overall I would recommend this apartment without hesitation. When we stayed last week we had a really nice time and were sorry to leave.

This was a perfect choice for our small group of three and all our needs were catered for in this well-equipped accommodation (but no beach towels). Cassis itself is a great place to stay with lots to offer visitors - be that exploring the calanques by boat or on foot, walking in the beautiful countryside, enjoying the beaches, great restaurants or simply soaking up the atmosphere of a quintessential French harbour town.

C'était notre deuxième séjour à Cassis dans ce bel appartement.
Il est idéalement situé, très bien équipé, très lumineux, et il dispose d'une grande terrasse avec une vue imprenable. Le tout dans un état de propreté à souligner.
Nous avons pu continuer notre découverte des alentours; calanques, caves vinicoles, restaurants,........
Nous remercions la propriétaire Madame Marce avec laquelle les rapports téléphoniques ont été très cordiaux , ainsi que la Dame mandatée pour l'accueil car elle s'est montrée très prévenante.
Oui, c'est l'endroit idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances et je le recommande vivement.

Excellent location
We stayed in this apartment (for the first time) for 10 days. We know Cassis very well after many years of holdays there and we consider the location of this apartment with its the view from the very large terrace as being ideal.
Inside, the apartment is very well equipped with up to date tv and wifi.
In Cassis we never use our car which can be put in the garage in a private box.
The owners are correct and very friendly. Also handing over the keys on arrival and departure went smoothly.
We certainly intend to come back here next year.

Tout était parfait
Magnifique appartement, très confortable, très fonctionnel, parfaitement équipé et très bien situé par rapport au cœur du village, du port et de la plage, sans oublier l’arrêt des cars situé à 100m.
La terrasse (nous n’avons pris aucun repas à l’intérieur) en est sans contestation possible le point fort, du fait de sa superficie, de son équipement et du magnifique point de vue qu’elle offre sur la mer et le château (surtout la nuit).
Un bon rapport qualité/prix (pour la période à laquelle nous avons loué : Septembre), surtout si l’on considère que sont compris, le ménage, la fourniture des draps et des serviettes de toilette.
Enfin, à souligner la qualité des échanges, tant avec la propriétaire qu’avec la personne chargée de nous accueillir, elle s’est montrée efficace, sympathique disponible et ponctuelle.

Bel appartement très agréable, tout confort et fonctionnel. Bien situé à 5 mn à pied du centre ville, du port et de la plage. Agréable terrasse ensoleillée donnant sur un cadre verdoyant et une vue mer appréciable ainsi que sur le château joliment éclairé la nuit. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec la propriétaire et avons été très bien accueillis par la représentante de la propriétaire. Si nous devions revenir à Cassis qui est un charmant village, nous aurions le plaisir de revenir dans cette location.

Nous venons de passer quinze jours a Cassis.
L'endroit que nous ne connaissions pas s'est révélé magnifique, calanques, vignobles, eau turquoise et..chaude.et le must en matière de location!!!!
Nous avons loge dans un super appartement situé a 5 minutes du port et disposant de tout le confort possible..et d'une terrasse hors norme, avec une superbe vue sur la mer et le cap Canaille.
Le contact avec la propriétaire a ete sympa, et l'accueil soigné par une dame mandatee.
Que dire de plus?
Nous avons vraiment tout apprécié et nous aurons grand plaisir a revenir.

C’est notre second séjour à Cassis avec ses paysages magnifiques et ses belles balades dont on ne se lasse pas.
Et c’est avec grand plaisir que nous avons retrouvé cet agréable appartement car on s’y sent bien et il ne présente que des avantages. Nous sommes bien accueillis. Nous apprécions ses prestations, son environnement, son agréable terrasse avec un cadre verdoyant, sa vue mer. De plus, il est situé à proximité de la ville, du port, de la plage et des balades. Je pense que nous y reviendrons à nouveau car nous trouvons tout ce qu’il faut pour réussir notre séjour dans de bonnes conditions.

L'appartement est équipé très bon et ni trop grand ni trop petit pour trois ou quatre personnes. Il situé très proche du port avec beaucoup de restaurants et petits magazins.La terrasse est superbe avec une vue formidable! Nous avons passé des très bonnes vacances!
