About this apartment rental
Elegantly decorated, this very luxurious and Hight Tech penthouse of 300 m2
" le 401 " offers high standard services.
It is also very cosy thanks to its beautiful parquet floor and numerous wood panelling.
On 3 levels, it has large windows giving access to very beautiful terraces from which you can admire an incredible view of the roofs of Brussels.
Thanks to the two exposures East and West you will be able to contemplate beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
The penthouse is permanently bathed in a very nice light.
It is located on the 9th floor and the private lift arrives directly in the flat.
You will appreciate a beautiful dining area equipped with a very large table for your meals and a very spacious kitchen with a very noble look.
The kitchen is equipped with a beautiful central island, a gas cooker, two ovens, a microwave, a Nespresso machine and all the necessary equipment for cooking.
Upstairs, the first bedroom, the "Master Bedroom" with a king size bed, has a double east/west exposure with a private terrace on each side with a spectacular view from the bed!
It is equipped with a flat screen TV that fits into a console at the foot of the bed.
You will enjoy an adjoining private bathroom with Italian shower, underfloor heating, a double washbasin and a separate toilet.
In the second bedroom on the east side, there is a double Queen Size bed from which you can contemplate a very nice view too !
This room also has a private Italian shower room and a toilet.
The 3rd bedroom has two single beds ( 90x190) that can be made into a double bed and also offers a superb view of the roofs.
And there is a 3rd bathroom with bath and toilet on this floor.
All bedrooms have plenty of storage space.
The two living areas are both equipped with a high quality Bose Sound System.
One is more of a reception area with an ethanol fireplace and the other is a great place to watch a movie on a state of the art large screen with a Bose 5.1 Home Cinema; you can choose from a selection of movies on Netflix and Apple TV! You can also enjoy the Play Station 3.
On the 3rd level, you can use the elliptical trainer in a beautiful room with an unobstructed view of the roofs of Brussels.
You will have a parking space in the basement with a direct access by lift in the flat.
Services of house staff are included in the rental price from one week stay
(2 hours every 2 days during the week to make beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen between 10am and 12 noon).
-Linen is included from one week stay.
For less than one week, price is 30 euro per person.
-Final cleaning : 120 euro

The condo is a penthouse on the 9th floor. Multiple balconies. Sunshine both sides east and west. Very clean and plenty of storage. Good supplies and king size beds. Bathrooms ample and good facilities. A care four express right on the corner for groceries and fresh croissants. Neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops.

The apartment was amazing in almost every way! Large, well stocked, clean and the views are not to be missed. Very convenient to the tram to get around Brussels. The manager (Michael) was very helpful but the owner (Deborah) asked for an additional 240Euro for "linens" and "services" after we arrived. We saw that about "linens" in a previous review but ignored it which was a mistake. We would have paid the additional amount earlier if we had known about it since the apartment was sensational but the way that it was handled during our stay was very inappropriate. Great apartment but be carefull!

Beautiful, well maintained property. Every necessary convenience. Nicely located as not too far from City Center, yet far enough away to enjoy an escape from the busyiness of Grand Place. Very comfortable, clean and a magnificent view of the City from the multiple decks. Michel, the manager, and Deborah, the owner rep, were helpful and accomodating. Very enjoyable stay of 6 days.

As good as, or better than, it appears
Beautiful, well maintained property. Every necessary convenience. Nicely located as not too far from City Center, yet far enough away to enjoy an escape from the busyiness of Grand Place. Very comfortable, clean and a magnificent view of the City from the multiple decks. Michel, the manager, and Deborah, the owner rep, were helpful and accomodating. Very enjoyable stay of 6 days.

Perfect city stay
We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful penthouse appartement. Everything was very comfortable and convenient and the owner was very accommodating. The Air conditioning was a lifesaver in the blasting heat. We will be looking to come back next year. Great location for everything.

We loved our stay in Brussels. The flat is furnished with beautiful furniture. The views are lovely in every direction. It is close to the park and tram. Lots of restaurants and close to grocery stores. The kitchen is stocked with good quality cookware and dishes. The microwave is a bit wonky but we managed to get it to work. There was a leaky sink problem and some tiny ants.
Michel was very nice. Easy to communicate with. He answered all our questions.
The one problem we had was with Deborah. A couple of days before we checked in, she sent me a text telling me to pay Michel cash for the linens and the housekeeper. When I have rented VRBO in the past, these charges have always been included in the daily rental rate. This was unusual but not as odd as her other request for me to text my credit card information to her so she could take a $5,000 security deposit. I told her I was only comfortable with charges through VRBO. She said it was too late to use VRBO but I could send her a photo of my card if I would rather. Sending credit card information this way is not secure and not recommended (or guaranteed) by VRBO. Deborah insisted that the request was listed on her description of the apartment and that if I didn't agree I should not have rented the apartment. I double checked on the website and it does not include this very odd and unprofessional request. After a very lengthy and uncomfortable exchange with Deborah on the phone, when we arrived at the flat, she spoke to Michel and I guess they decided to let us stay without my credit card information but it was a very uneasy position to be put in.
We spent New Years in the flat and it was a lovely place to begin the new year.

The apartment was beautiful and expansive.
The apartment is in a nice location within walking distance to many restaurants. Downtown is an easy 10 minute tram ride. The apartment is very large and very beautiful, the Best rental you could find in Brussels.

Amazing
We visited the Penthouse in August and it was amazing. We have stayed in some very nice places and this was up there. The elevator opens up right into the penthouse, the views are amazing and the home has every luxury and upgrade you could ask for. Location was perfect as it wasn't in the middle of all the tourists but close enough to take the train or walk if your adventurous. Great coffee shop down the street (can't remember the name). Michel was great also. He helped us with reservations and recommendations and was spot on. If you have a chance to stay here I would not think twice about it. Worth it!

Just amazing!!
We spent 2 weeks in May 2015 in this wonderfull Penthouse, it's even better than the pictures, the view is incredible! Everything is very high standing.
Michel warmly welcomed us and he was very helpful coming every day during one hour.
The location is perfect as it is really close to the nicest areas of Bruxelles, and there is a tram's stop just in front of the prestigious building.
Thank you for this amazing stay!!
