About this vacation rental
Nice 2 rooms on the 5th floor with elevator. Maximum comfort. A closed bedroom and two bunk beds in the entrance also closed. A bed BZ in the living room. Balcony of 6m2. Building located in Charruyer Park. On foot: 100m from a spa, 4 minutes from the beach, 7 minutes from the historic center, the Old Port and the casino. Quiet location, free parking in front of the residence. Shops very close; children's games and animal park close by.

Près de tout et confortable
Appartement très bien situé, avec accès facile à tout ce qui est nécessaire. Excellente communication avec Pauline qui a été aussi très serviable. Merci encore!

Well equipped flat in good location
The flat was clean, well equipped with plenty of room for the two of us. Pauline was there to meet us on arrival and introduce us to the flat. She is only a phone call away if there is a problem. It helps if you can speak some French. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet and you can walk easily into town and also through the park down to the beach. The balcony is in the shade and overlooks a small park and other residences. There is parking outside the residence but if you want to be sure of finding a space,you need to rent the garage at 50€ a week. We had an enjoyable 2 weeks.Thank you Pauline.

Appartement fonctionnel et proche de tout à pied le seul petit reproche le balcon très venteux et pas ensoleillé peut-être normale arrivant fin août comme moi. Quartier calme avec tout pour le quotidien de vacanciers tranquille où avec enfants. Merci Pauline.!

The apartment was excellent! Very clean and functional with lots of light; also very close to the harbour and city centre and close to all amenities (supermarket and bus stop). The owner was an excellent lady. We would definitely go again!

Innenstadt und Atlantik sind zu Fuß in ca 10 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Mit 6 Personen (siehe Beschreibung) wäre sie mir jedoch zu klein.

Un petit appartement bien agencé non loin du centre ville et de ces attraits touristiques. Parfait pour séjourner au calme et sans forcément prendre sa voiture que vous pouvez d'ailleurs laissé dans le parking en sous sol que la propriétaire du logement peut vous louer. Une adresse que je garde si l'envie me prenais de retourner à La Rochelle.

Bien que petit l'appartement est particulièrement bien situé: proche des commerces, du parc de la plage du port et du centre ville. Il est pourvu d'un confort maximum. Le matériel de périculture ( lit, poussette ...) est un plus très appréciable. Très bon rapport qualité prix

location sympathique, calme et propre à proximité du centre ville à pied et de la place (centrale) de Verdun. Quelques difficultés pour stationner notre voiture, sûrement dû au fait que notre séjour s'est déroulé pendant les Francofolies.De nombreux prospectus dispo pour les visites et activités aux alentours.

Appartement très bien situé à qq minutes du Vieux Port et à proximité d'un parc avec des animaux. Très bon état et bien équipé. Propriétaire très sympa, prêt de lit bébé. Parfait pour nous 2 et notre petite de 11 mois à l'époque.
