We had a great time in this well equipped apartment. Not the only highlight is the garden. Perfectly for a daily Apéro!

We used this location as a base to travel to surrounding villages. It was easy to access and was easy to get to the center of Aix which is a great location to explore and shop. The only thing you need to know is the walk back to the apartment from Aix is uphill for approximately 1/2 mile. Uber or bus are better options.

Great location in quiet neighbourhood, a short walk or bus ride to the centre of Aix from nearby stops.
The ground floor apartment has all the necessary facilities, ideal for 2 couples or a family. The patio and garden are a lovely bonus.
Jacqueline was extremely helpful at every stage and we would gladly return if the opportunity arises.

The house was very comfortable, well appointed, with comfortable beds, a nice terrace, and a completely stocked kitchen. We were driving, so having access to a private parking area, within the development, was a huge plus. We are two senior couples so we had to deal with the Aix car parks, as opposed to walking to Centre Ville, but we managed. Our host was most welcoming, taking our friends on a neighborhood shopping trip, at the beginning of our stay. Merci !

We found this property to be just as presented and appropriately priced. There were no surprises. Although there are three bedrooms the apartment is mostly suitable for a young family or two couples. My wife and I were very comfortable in this well equipped apartment, but would not have wanted to be sharing it. The ground floor location provides access to an out door patio and large private enclosed garden. The location is an easy 10 - 15 minutes walk down a hill into the town. We walked back to the apartment a few times, but found it more convenient and comfortable to either Uber or take a taxi, especially if we carrying packages. The owner Jacqueline was extremely helpful and responsive.

We could not fault the accommodation:
10 minutes walk from the old town
Ground floor apartment / quiet / tranquil / well equipped / comfortable / patio with sun shades / secure (in a gated development) / parking / bus stop 50m (no.5 to Gare Routiere)
The owner, Jacqueline, is a delight and even ferried us from the Gare Routiere to the apartment upon arrival. She was always available and gave helpful tips on what to do and where to go, without ever intruding.
We would certainly stay here again.

Perfect accommodation for a month's work in Aix: spacious with terrace and garden, close to the city and at the same time very private and quiet. Fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home immediately; very easy and reliable contact with an immensly friendly and helpful hostess right from booking and throughout the stay: tutto bene, highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The location was excellent as it was a 10 minute walk from the centre of Aix so we were able to walk in to do sightseeing and also for meals in the evenings. The added bonus was that there was plenty of secure parking. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped - ideal for our group of 6 friends. The weather was beautiful so we were able to relax outside in the garden on the sheltered terrace. The communication with Jacqueline was excellent. She responded very quickly to emails and arranged for us to be met by a friend as she was away. There was good information about the local area and recommendations for restaurants for a variety of budgets. We were delighted to meet Jacqueline when we checked out and she was very accommodating with our departure time - in fact nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you Jacqueline for providing such an ideal apartment which we would thoroughly recommend.

The airy apartment was ideal for our three-generational family's vacation. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, delightfully appointed, and completely stocked with household necessities, the apartment boasted easy access to city-center and to auto-routes for Provencal exploration. The patio and enclosed lawn area extended the living space of the one floor, two bath, and three bedroom layout and added a country atmosphere while heightening relaxation and entertainment possibilities for ages 2-75. The #5 bus stopped directly in front of the building, for the convenience those who chose to engage in less exercise. We were often torn by the desire to partake of Aix's wide ranging restaurant offerings or to engage in creative home cuisine supplied by the fantastic, fresh offerings available in the superb outdoor markets. While the apartment with its well-thought-out amenities was perfect for us, it was our amazingly gracious and communicative hostess Jacquie who lifted our wonderful vacation to the realm of the sublime. She made us feel like welcome guests rather than just renters, anticipating and answering every question promptly and providing for our needs without apparent strain. Just writing this makes me want to re-board a plane and head for Aix for the rest of the month! Thank you, Jacquie

Delightful, stylish & comfortable Jacqueline was warm, welcoming & generous with greetings and fantastic recommendations. She had prepared great information sheets & took further time to consider what we might find enjoyable on meeting us. It was a great pleasure to stay & we hope to return.

We stayed here for a week in September. I can't say enough about the home. For one, the WiFi was perfect (trust me, this can be a biggie). The apartment really is ten minutes from town, up a small slope. I never found it arduous and my 88-year-old mother-in-law managed it (but we also sometimes took the No. 5 bus on the way back from town. Cost was about one euro and it stopped right in front of our building.) The apartment complex is gated. The ground floor unit is light, clean, comfortable and has a great yard. Jacqueline is a lovely woman who supplied the home with everything, including coffee and butter (sorry we drank so much coffee, Jacqueline!). She also had suggestions for restaurants and attractions. I have just one minor caveat; in one bedroom near the front (but not in the two back rooms) you can hear the neighbors' noisy bathroom pipes when they shower or use the bathroom at night. Even so, we loved our visit and definitely will be staying there again.

Jacqueline was incredibly helpful throughout our stay! The apartment was very spacious and as a family of five we didn't feel lacking in space. The town is a short 10 min walk down a small hill or there is an option to catch the local, regular bus. We walked into town most days in the morning for fresh croissants, as the town is literally of your doorstep. The apartment was spotlessly clean and contemporary, but felt like a nice, lived in and well cared for home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
