Living spaces are very pleasant.
Swimming pool deprived with overflowing (15 x 5) and with alarm. His(her,its) PH is regularly adjusted by a swimming pool specialist who comes on every Monday morning.

Upon your arrival you will find in the refrigerator some drinks (waters and rosé wine) and foodstuffs(commodities) to prepare a light dinner before taking a rest deserved well after a long journey.
The villa is at the top on the hill, in 1km of the sea. You can bathe in the attractive creeks of Issambres.
All the businesses, the banks and the post office are in 2km, supermarkets in 5km
The first sandy beach, attractive and shaded, is next to the businesses.
Saint Tropez is reachable either by car (23km, or by boats-shuttles regular since the Port(Bearing) of Issambres: travel time 25 minutes.

The Golf of Roquebrune is in 10km. Haven of peace, he proposes you a natural route. Route(course) approved by the FFG in 18 holes.

It is situated that in the plain of Argens small river which flows(sinks) between the massif of the Moors (Saint Tropez) and the massif of the Esterel ( St Raphaël)
There is also very beautiful wild beaches(ranges) near(on the side of) St-Tropez ( the white Ancient country-house) by going towards the monastery of Verne and via(including) Ramatuelle, the domain of Rayol. We can stop and visit the Citadel of St-Tropez and his(her) new museum on the peach(fishing) and the coastal navigation in the Mediterranean Sea and the museum of Annonciade next to the port(bearing) and to its impressive yachts.

The fishermen propose you a day of peach(fishing) (6 hours) on their boats power-driven monohull. You can fish for wolf, blessed, sea bream, sar, pageot, red mullet, barracuda. The children are admitted from 12 years

For those who like going out and going to the casino: there is a Barrier casino to St Raphaël and Casino Barrière de Ste Maxime and of course discotheques(record collections), bars and restaurants during the coast(rib).
